Claims (5)

1. A preparation process of bending-resistant triangular steel is characterized by comprising the following steps;
firstly, a U-shaped frame (72) is fixedly bonded on a raw material plate of a main body structure (71) part to be bent, then the raw material plate is placed on a supporting plate (33) of a triangular steel integrated production device, and the raw material plate is pushed forwards along the length direction of the supporting plate (33) through a clamping device;
secondly, the welding mounting block (61) moves on the smooth limiting rod (24) by being driven by the first driving air cylinder (25), the welding position of the welding gun (616) is adjusted, the welding gun (616) is positioned above a welding point, and the height of the welding gun (616) is adjusted by the second driving air cylinder (610) and the third driving air cylinder (611), so that the welding gun is positioned at a welding point;
thirdly, driving a stop block (82) to move through a fifth driving cylinder (81), driving a mold groove block (44) to be close to a welding supporting plate (3) through a fourth driving cylinder (41), enabling a blind hole in the stop block (82) to be clamped with a rod-shaped structure in the mold groove block (44), and vertically arranging the raw material plate of the main body structure (71) through a manipulator and sequentially passing through an L-shaped hole in a working platform (2) and a discharge hole (11) in a bottom mounting plate (1) after a U-shaped frame (72) is welded on the raw material plate of the main body structure (71);
fourthly, driving a pressing rod (53) to be close to a die cavity (45) on a die cavity block (44) through a driving device, extruding and pressing the raw material plate of the main structure (71), completing bending of the raw material plate, and enabling the pressing rod (53) to reciprocate to bend each part of the raw material plate along with uniform descending of the raw material plate to obtain the main structure (71) welded with the U-shaped frame (72);
fifthly, inserting the central supporting block (73) into a preset position, and welding and fixing the central supporting block (73) and the U-shaped frame (72) to obtain the bending-resistant triangular steel;
the integrated production device for the triangular steel comprises a bottom mounting plate (1), wherein a supporting structure is fixedly mounted on the bottom mounting plate (1) through a plurality of fixed supporting columns (12), and a welding supporting plate (3), a movable die cavity device (4), a stop block device (8), a pressing device (5) and a welding device (6) are mounted on the supporting structure;
the supporting structure comprises a working platform (2), one end of one supporting plate (22) is fixedly mounted at each of two ends of the working platform (2), the two supporting plates (22) are arranged in parallel, a reinforcing triangular support (23) is arranged at the joint of each supporting plate (22) and the working platform (2), two smooth limiting rods (24) are fixedly mounted between the other ends of the two supporting plates (22), a welding device (6) is slidably mounted on each smooth limiting rod (24), a first driving cylinder (25) is also fixedly mounted on one supporting plate (22), and buffering devices are fixedly mounted on the two supporting plates (22);
the welding device (6) comprises a welding installation block (61), a sliding hole (62) is formed in the welding installation block (61), the welding installation block (61) is sleeved on the smooth limiting rod (24) in a sliding mode through the sliding hole (62), a cylinder shaft connection block (63) is fixedly installed on one side of the welding installation block (61), and the cylinder shaft connection block (63) is fixedly connected with the end portion of a cylinder shaft of the first driving cylinder (25);
an upper mounting plate (65) is fixedly mounted at the top of the welding mounting block (61), the upper mounting plate (65) is fixedly connected with a cylinder mounting plate (66) through a plurality of first connecting rods (67), the cylinder mounting plate (66) is arranged in parallel with the upper mounting plate (65), a second telescopic cylinder (610) is fixedly mounted on the cylinder mounting plate (66), a cylinder shaft of the second telescopic cylinder (610) is fixedly connected with a T-shaped clamping block (69), one end of the T-shaped clamping block (69) is clamped with a clamping groove (68), the clamping groove (68) is fixedly connected with a third telescopic cylinder (611), a cylinder shaft of the third telescopic cylinder (611) is fixedly connected with a lower mounting plate (612), the lower mounting plate (612) is fixedly connected with a welding gun mounting plate (613) through a plurality of second connecting rods (614), the welding gun mounting plate (613) is arranged in parallel with the lower mounting plate (612), two welding guns (616) arranged in parallel are fixedly mounted on the welding gun mounting plate (613), a reinforcing support rod (615) is also fixedly arranged between the lower mounting plate (612) and the welding gun mounting plate (613);
the clamping groove (68) is connected with the upper mounting plate (65) in a sliding manner;
the welding supporting plate (3) comprises a first mounting base (31) fixedly mounted on the bottom mounting plate (1), a chute cushion block (32) is fixedly mounted on the first mounting base (31), the chute cushion block (32) and the supporting plate (33) are arranged in a sliding mode, one end of the supporting plate (33) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate supporting block (21) through bolts, and the supporting plate supporting block (21) is fixedly mounted on the working platform (2);
the movable die cavity device (4) comprises a cylinder mounting cushion block (42) fixedly mounted on the working platform (2), a fourth driving cylinder (41) is fixedly mounted on the cylinder mounting cushion block (42), a cylinder shaft of the fourth driving cylinder (41) is fixedly connected with one end of a die cavity connecting block (43), the other end of the die cavity connecting block (43) is fixedly connected with a die cavity block (44), and die cavities (45) are formed in two sides of the die cavity block (44);
the pressing device (5) comprises a second mounting base (51) fixedly mounted on the bottom mounting plate (1), a sliding limiting groove (52) is fixedly mounted on the second mounting base (51), a pressing rod (53) is arranged in the sliding limiting groove (52) in a sliding mode, one end, far away from the die cavity (45), of the pressing rod (53) is connected with a driving device, the driving device can drive the pressing rod (53) to reciprocate, and the moving directions of the pressing rod (53) and the die cavity block (44) are perpendicular to each other;
the stop block device (8) comprises a fifth driving cylinder (81) fixedly mounted on the working platform (2), a cylinder shaft of the fifth driving cylinder (81) is fixedly connected with a stop block (82), and the stop block (82) is slidably mounted on the working platform (2);
a discharge hole (11) is formed in the bottom mounting plate (1), and an L-shaped hole penetrating through the working platform (2) is formed in the butt joint position, corresponding to the end part of the pressing rod (53), of the working platform (2) and the die cavity (45);
the bending-resistant triangular steel prepared by the process comprises a main body structure (71), wherein the main body structure (71) is a steel plate structure with an L-shaped cross section, a plurality of center supporting blocks (73) are fixedly mounted on one surface of a bending part of the main body structure (71) at a smaller angle, a U-shaped frame (72) is fixedly welded on one surface of a center mounting block fixedly mounted on the main body structure (71), and two ends of the U-shaped frame (72) are fixedly welded with side walls of two adjacent center supporting blocks (73) respectively.

The manufacturing process of the bending-resistant triangular steel according to claim 1, characterized in that the buffer device comprises a structural cylinder (26) fixedly mounted on the support plate (22), the structural cylinder (26) is of a cylinder structure with one open end, one end, which is not open, of the interior of the structural cylinder (26) is fixedly connected with one end of a spring, the other end of the spring is fixedly connected with one end of a buffer needle (27), and the outer wall of the buffer needle (27) is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the structural cylinder (26).
