Abstract

本发明公开一种适用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其基础粉末采用专为新型烧结工艺开发的粉末WY011,主要成分为FeCuNi,并添加超细铁粉、Co粉末、WC粉末以及铜锡8020粉末等。金刚石浓度为25%~55%,成型剂的添加量为0.3%~1.0%,采用该配比的新型烧结工艺串珠不仅能提高生产效率,降低烧结成本,而且由于烧结时并未加压,产品具有自锐性较好、锋利度高的特点,能够较大幅度地提高切割效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及金刚石工具串珠加工领域,特别地,涉及一种金刚石串珠烧结工艺材料。
背景技术
金刚石串珠绳由于具有成材率高、加工质量好、不易损坏荒料以及生产效率高等优点,以及切开采过程中少有污染,目前已成为石材开采和板材加工不可少的工具。随着金刚石串珠绳锯生产厂家的不断增多,竞争激烈,串珠绳的价格不断降低,以及组合绳锯不断向小直径串珠发展,传统热压烧结串珠面临着生产成本高、生产工艺繁琐、小直径串珠生产效率低以及大理石串珠自锐性差等一系列问题。
采用新型烧结工艺刚好可以解决这一系列问题,不仅生产过程简单化,同时降低压制成本及烧结成本,而且由于新型烧结工艺不加压烧结,因此产品自锐性较好的特点,能够同时提高效率。
然而目前国内不加压烧结工艺主要采用下列两种方式:
先进行串珠环烧结,再采用钎焊方式将串珠环与铁基体焊接在一起,生产工序复杂,生产成本高;
将串珠环压坯与铁基体一起烧结,但存在着开裂率高,生产成本仍然无法降低问题。
本发明不仅解决了上述两个问题,生产成本低,烧结效率高,同时采用该方法生产的金刚石串珠绳还具有自锐性好,锯切效率高等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通用性强、自锐性好、效率高,生产综合成本低的新型工艺金刚石串珠,为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于:金属粉末、金刚石和成型剂。
进一步的,所述的金属粉末配比如下:WY011粉末 60%~80%,超细铁粉5%~15%,WC粉末2%~12%,Co粉末 2%~12%,铜锡8020粉末 5%~10%;
进一步的,所述的WY011粉末主要成分为Fe 82%~85%,Cu10%~12%,Ni6%~8%,WY011粉末采用雾化法进行生产,之后将粉末成品进行氧化后再还原处理,以提高粉末的压制性和成型性;
进一步的,所述的WY011粉末粒径400~500目,超细铁粉粒径3000~5000目,WC 粒径2~3μm,铜锡8020粉末粒径300~400目,Co粉末粒径3~6μm;
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于所述的金刚石浓度为25%~55%;
进一步的,所述的金刚石粒度为30/40#20%~60%,40/50#20%~60%,50/60#20%~60%。
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于所述的成型剂的添加量为0.3%~1.0%;
进一步的,所述的成型剂的成分为聚乙二醇5%~15%和硬脂酸锌85%~95%。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所揭示的一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于:金属粉末、金刚石和成型剂。
实施例一:
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其各组分如下:
粉末配比:WY011 粉末78%,超细铁粉5%,WC 粉末10%,Co粉末 3%,铜锡8020粉末4%;
金刚石浓度及配比:浓度48%,其中30/40#40%,40/50#35%,50/60#35%。
成型剂的成分及比例:添加比0.4%,其中聚乙二醇10%和硬脂酸锌90%。
采用上述材料配方进行新型烧结工艺,宜采用较大规格的金刚石串珠,建议金刚石串珠外径为10.0~12.0mm,适用于矿上的开采,在其他参数均相同的情况下,寿命可以达到常规烧结的90%~100%,但切割效率提高25%~50%。
实施例二:
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其各组分如下:
粉末配比:WY011粉末 70%,超细铁粉7%,WC粉末 8%,Co 7%,铜锡8020粉末8%;
金刚石浓度及配比:浓度43%,其中30/40#30%,40/50#40%,50/60#30%。
成型剂的成分及比例:添加比0.4%,其中聚乙二醇10%和硬脂酸锌90%。
采用上述材料配方进行新型烧结工艺,适合于中等规格的金刚石串珠,建议金刚石串珠外径为7.0~11.0mm,适用于矿上的开采,以及工厂整形加工或者异型切割,在其他参数均相同的情况下,可以达到与常规烧结相似的寿命,但切割效率提高20%~35%。
实施例三:
一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其各组分如下:
粉末配比:WY011 粉末65%,超细铁粉10%,WC粉末 5%,Co粉末 10%,铜锡8020粉末10%;
金刚石浓度及配比:浓度37%,其中30/40#20%,40/50#20%,50/60#60%。
成型剂的成分及比例:添加比0.6%,其中聚乙二醇15%和硬脂酸锌85%。
采用上述材料配方进行新型烧结工艺,适合于小规格的金刚石串珠,建议金刚石串珠外径为5.0~9.0mm,适用于工厂异型加工或者多绳锯切割,在其他参数均相同的情况下,可以达到与常规烧结相似的寿命,但切割效率提高25%~45%。

1.一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于包含:金属粉末、金刚石和成型剂;所述的金属粉末配比为:WY011粉末 60%~80%,超细铁粉5%~15%,WC粉末 2%~12%,Co粉末 2%~12%,铜锡8020粉末 5%~10%;所述的WY011粉末成分为Fe 82%,Cu10%,Ni8%,WY011粉末采用水汽联合雾化法进行生产,随后再将粉末成品进行氧化还原处理,以提高粉末的压制性和成型性;所述的WY011粉末粒径400~500目,超细铁粉粒径3000~5000目,WC粉末粒径 2~3μm,铜锡8020粉末粒径300~400目,Co粉末粒径3~6μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于金刚石串珠烧结工艺的材料,其特征在于:所述的金刚石浓度为25%~55%。
