Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textiles, and relates to a device and a method for recycling waste weft plain knitted fabric yarns.
Background
China is the most populated and largest textile producing country in the world, consuming about 4530 million tons of textile raw material each year. The recovery and reuse of fiber can bring unprecedented environmental benefits to China, including reducing waste, reducing waste of original resources and avoiding excessive pollution. Currently, there are three main methods for recycling waste textiles, namely physical recycling, energy recycling and chemical recycling. Wherein, the physical recovery is to convert the waste textile into fiber through a mechanical process and to spin the fiber into yarn through a fully traceable and transparent production line.
The invention discloses a 'regenerated yarn production process' (CN108842250A), which is used for extracting regenerated cotton, wherein waste textiles with the same color are cut off by a rotary cutter to obtain a waste cloth corner with the length of less than 20 cm; then, spraying water on the waste cloth corners, wetting and stacking; then, conveying the waste cloth corners to a pre-opener for pre-decomposition opening; and finally, feeding the cotton into an opening machine set by using a vibrating cotton homogenizing and feeding cotton box to carry out opening and carding treatment to prepare the regenerated cotton.
The invention discloses a processing method for recycling textile fibers, which washes the textile fibers with clean water once and then dries the washed textile fibers for later use, puts the washed textile fibers into a crusher, keeps the temperature in the crusher at-140-150 ℃, and takes out the cleaned textile fibers for later use after the crushing is finished.
Although the treatment method disclosed in the prior art can recycle waste textiles to a certain extent and avoid resource waste and environmental pollution, when the treatment method disclosed in the prior art is adopted, the waste textiles are cut or crushed, and the length and strength of fibers are greatly damaged.
Therefore, how to break and tear open specific structure fabrics to solve the big damage of fibre performance of traditional breaking and tearing open process becomes the problem that the waste fabrics of physical recovery need to be solved urgently.

(4) And weighing the skein after the yarns in one piece of weft plain knitted fabric are disassembled, and calculating the linear density of the yarns. The skeins with the same color, fineness and raw materials are classified into one type, and the skeins are made into cheese by a skein winding machine. The pneumatic connector in the bobbin winder firstly performs pneumatic untwisting on the fibers in the two yarn heads, then performs pneumatic twisting on the fibers, and makes the multi-section skeins into cheese. The winding linear speed of the winder is 700-1500 m/min.
(5) Packaging and brushing the cheese into a label, and entering a selling link.
The fiber strength in the waste textiles and the fibers in the yarns prepared by the method are tested by adopting the fiber monofilament tensile strength test standard ISO 11566 and 1996, and the strength of the fibers in the yarns prepared by the method is 95.6% of the strength of the fibers in the waste textiles.
The method for testing the length of the cotton fiber of GB T6098-once 2018 is adopted to test the mass weighted average length of the fiber in the waste textile and the yarn prepared by the method, and the length of the fiber in the yarn prepared by the method is 98.9% of the length of the fiber in the waste textile.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
