Abstract
本发明是一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，由刷子组合器件和循环控制管路套件组成，在超长管道内由水流推动刷洗管道内壁，十次水冲洗，不如一次毛刷洗，此机械式刷洗方法，没有药物残留，适于管道内壁有结垢和粘稠粘贴污物的管路，程序可控制刷洗次数和时间，保证管道清洁卫生。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，尤其是可在任意弯曲的超长管道内壁上进行刷洗污垢，可进行多次循环刷洗，刷头按需要换装、组装。
背景技术
目前，公知的超长管道内壁污垢去除方法是用药剂物理溶解、化学反应，成本高，时间长，管道管件被腐蚀，药剂残留大，尤其是食品用管道，为去除除垢药剂残留，要用大量中和药液冲洗，而污垢的顽固超乎想象，所以管道细菌污染时有发生，基本原理犹如用水清洗瓶子内壁十次，不如用刷子刷洗一次。
发明内容
为了彻底解决管道内壁去垢问题，本发明使用毛刷机械除垢方法，使用一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，装置上有适用的圆毛刷，水流推动使毛刷在管道运动时，毛刷刷洗管道内壁，机械去除内壁污垢，并使污垢被水流带走，该装置可在管道内反复循环，彻底刷洗内壁污垢。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置为刷子组合器件和循环控制管路装置组成，刷子组合器件由导向头、皮碗、万向节、磁环、圆刷组成，水流推动皮碗，导向头使皮碗封住管道，水流推动导向头在管道中通过直管弯头，皮碗带动万向节连接的刷子在管道内运动，依靠毛刷与管壁的摩擦力，清理内壁污垢。当刷子组合器件到达管道末端，进入循环控制管路后，污垢排出管道外，循环控制装置识别磁环，循环控制装置由管路套件、电动球阀和PLC程序控制器组成，转换管路控制球阀，达到水流压力变换转入刷子组合器件后方，刷子组合器件前方管路球阀开启，推动刷子组合器件重新进入管道，再次循环刷洗内壁，循环控制装置控制刷子的循环次数、速度和冲洗时间。
本发明的有益效果是，一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，由刷子组合器件和循环控制管路套件组成，在超长管道内由水流推动刷洗管道内壁，十次水冲洗，不如一次毛刷洗，此机械式刷洗方法，没有药物残留，适于管道内壁有结垢和粘稠粘贴污物的管路，程序可控制刷洗次数和时间，保证管道清洁卫生。

具体实施方式
在图1中，导向头(1)螺纹连接前万向节(3)，前万向节(3)套装前皮碗(2)和后皮碗(4)，后万向节(5)前部连接前万向节(3)，后部连接磁性钢环(7)和园刷子(6)。
在图2中，所示循环控制管路套件装置系统，水泵(17)出口管道三通接蝶阀(8)和蝶阀(9)，再循环管路四通接蝶阀(9)、蝶阀(11)、球阀 (14)和感应器(15)，主路三通接感应器(16)、球阀(13)和蝶阀(8)，回水管路接蝶阀(10)、蝶阀(11)和蝶阀(12)，蝶阀(12)连接回水管道和球阀(14)前的管道。
在图3中，所示运行程序状态表格，所有管道上的阀门开关位置，均按照三种运行状态，程序控制所有阀门给出相应开关状态。

Claims (4)
1.一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，由导向头、前皮碗、前万向节、后皮碗、后万向节、磁性钢环、园刷子顺序连接，其特征是：三组件由两个万向节连接，整体柔性运动，可在弯曲管道内运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，其特征是：第一节前导向头使前皮碗不翻转，前皮碗边缘封住管道，使水流推动前皮碗运动，第二节后皮碗也产生向前推力，第三节磁性钢环产生磁感应信号，园刷子外缘紧贴内管壁，产生刮削力，剥离内管壁污物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，其特征是：管路按图二原理连接，完成正常生产程序和收放装置程序，15感应位再循环清洗程序，16感应位清洗程序。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超长管道内部污垢刷洗的装置，其特征是：循环控制管路上的阀门开关位置按程序表格图三执行。
