s7: and for qualified fasteners, the qualified fasteners are ejected out through the qualified product ejection device, the defective products are ejected out through the defective product ejection device, and when the ejection operation is actually carried out, the second telescopic motor pushes the connecting plate and the ejection rod connected with the connecting plate to move upwards to eject the fasteners in the fastener mounting grooves, so that the fastener detection is realized.

s5: the error calculation unit calculates errors between the fasteners and standards according to various standards of the production quality of the fasteners arranged in the MCU, and then feeds back calculation results to the MCU;
s6: the MCU judges and records the position of the problematic fastener according to the calculation result;
s7: and for qualified fasteners, ejecting qualified fasteners by the qualified product ejection device 19, ejecting defective fasteners by the defective product ejection device 18, and during actual ejection operation, pushing the connecting plate 1 and the ejection rod 26 connected with the connecting plate by the second telescopic motor 25 to move upwards to eject the fasteners in the fastener mounting grooves 5, thereby realizing fastener detection.
