Abstract

The electrodeless UV curing device strictly controls the capacity of curing glue in the curtain coating box by arranging the pressing wheel, the conveying pipe, the adjusting wheel and the halogen lamp, and improves the drying efficiency of the curing glue.

Background
The principle of UV curing is that special glue is irradiated by ultraviolet rays to cause the glue to generate polymerization reaction so as to be cured, if the curing application is printing or wood surface coating, a large-sized high-power UV curing machine is needed, and the common small-sized curing machine is not suitable due to the requirements on speed, curing area and machine power. The traditional coating glue brushing modes comprise manual coating, spraying, roller coating and the like, and the methods have the defects of low efficacy, uneven coating distribution, uneven thickness, large raw material loss and the like, and meanwhile, the efficiency is low, and the coating quality is influenced.

the electrodeless UV curing device is provided with the pinch roller, the conveying pipe, the adjusting wheel and the halogen lamp, the pinch roller can absorb dust on the surface of the body, so that when the body passes through the curtain component, no dust is adsorbed on the surface of the body to influence the surface gluing of the body, thereby affecting the quality of the product, the conveying pipe conveys the curing glue into the curtain coating box, replaces manual feeding, not only increases the efficiency, meanwhile, the volume of the curing adhesive in the curtain coating box is strictly controlled, the curing adhesive is not wasted, the adjusting wheel can adjust the caliber size of the adhesive coating opening, thereby controlling the flow of the curing glue, preventing the curing glue from being used too much or too little in the gluing process, therefore, the problem of uneven gluing on the surface of the body is caused, the halogen lamp replaces the traditional self-drying or hot-drying type and environmentally-friendly auxiliary raw materials, the drying efficiency of the curing glue is improved, and the process is improved.
