本发明公开了一种食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜及其制备方法,使用银耳提取物、燕窝提取物、雪莲花提取物、大豆多肽、人参提取物、山药提取物、蜂胶提取物、枣提取物、银杏叶提取物及茶多酚等顶级有效成分制成精华液,该精华液具有抗氧化、消炎、杀菌、抗衰老、嫩肤、美白、去皱及祛斑等护肤作用。同时,本发明通过特定的制备方法通过在不同步骤添加适量的两组膜辅助组分而制得食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜,干净、卫生、方便,而且制备方法简单容易操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化护肤技术领域,特别是涉及一种食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜是护肤品中的一个类别,是美容保养品的一种载体,敷在脸上用于美容功能例如补水保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂等作用,在现代生活中备受青睐。目前市面上存在的面膜主要有以下几类:(1)揭剥式面膜。清洁原理与泥膏型相同,要自上而下撕剥,不适合干性皮肤,撕剥的方式不适合敏感型皮肤,容易损伤皮肤。(2)冻胶型面膜。涂抹要有一定的厚度,用后需要清洗干净否则容易堵塞毛孔及造成水油失衡,使用麻烦,而且相比于湿纸巾型面膜流动的液态精华液,有效成分被肌肤吸收的效果更差。(3)乳霜型面膜。效果与一般晚霜的效果差不了多少,质地跟护肤霜差不多,由于乳化程度较高肌肤对有效成分的吸收率比较低。(4)膜粉型面膜。需要加水调配,使用后需要清洗干净,使用麻烦。(5)湿纸巾型面膜,精华液充足而且浓度也十分的高,给皮肤供给足够的营养,有效成分为液态容易被肌肤吸收,湿纸巾型面膜是最常见且最受欢迎的面膜种类之一,但此类型的面膜存在以下的问题,第一、面膜纸的形状固定但每个人的脸型、肥瘦长短、大小、眼睛鼻子的位置略微不同,因此湿纸巾型面膜普遍存在不能良好吻合用户脸部的问题,而且此类湿纸巾型面膜使用过程容易弄脏手,面膜纸吸收了大部分精华液造成浪费。是否存在一种保持有效成分为液态精华状又能无需使用固定形状大小面膜纸并能完美吻合用户脸部的面膜成为了本领域技术人员渴求解决的问题。
因此,针对现有技术中的存在问题,亟需提供一种保持有效成分为液态精华状又能无需使用固定形状大小面膜纸并能完美吻合用户脸部的面膜技术显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种保持有效成分为液态精华状又能无需使用固定形状大小面膜纸并能完美吻合用户脸部的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜,其包括有以下重量份的有效成分:
银耳提取物1.8~2.2份
燕窝提取物3.8~4.2份
雪莲花提取物0.8~1.2份
大豆多肽0.8~1.2份
人参提取物0.6~0.8份
山药提取物0.8~1.2份
蜂胶提取物0.8~1.2份
枣提取物0.4~0.6份
银杏叶提取物0.8~1.2份
茶多酚1.6~1.8份。

本发明的另一目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供一种食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将二甲基硅酮0.2份、0.1份多乙氧基醚60、去离子水2份、银耳提取物2份、燕窝提取物2份、雪莲花提取物1份、大豆提取物1份、人参提取物0.5份、山药提取物1份、蜂胶提取物1份、枣提取物0.5份、银杏提取物1份加入到反应器中;
(2)将步骤(1)的原料室温下充分搅拌混合;
(3)将步骤(2)混合后的物料采用均质仪进行乳液合成,均质仪转速15000转/分钟,搅拌8~15分钟,制得活性提取物包埋物质;
(4)将海藻酸钠1份、淀粉0.02份、碳酸钙0.02份、硅藻土0.08份,酒石酸0.3份混合研磨,研磨后转移至反应器中;
(5)往步骤(4)的反应器中加入5份水和4份步骤(3)制备的活性提取物包埋物质,水浴加热恒温37℃,搅拌,缓慢蒸发水分至粘稠状。
优选的,所述银耳提取物的制备方法:将银耳洗净后与水以1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述燕窝提取物的制备方法:将燕窝与水按1:5的质量比例在58℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述雪莲花提取物的制备方法:将雪莲花与水按1:10的质量比例在65℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述大豆提取物的制备方法:将大豆与水按1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述人参提取物的制备方法:将人参与水按1:8的质量比例在70℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述山药提取物的制备方法:将山药与水按1:8的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述蜂胶提取物的制备方法:将蜂胶与水按1:6的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述枣提取物的制备方法:将枣与水按1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述银杏提取物的制备方法:将银杏与水按1:10的质量比例在78℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述茶多酚的制备方法:将茶叶洗净后与乙醇以1:6的质量比例置于反应器中,反应器上安装有冷凝回流装置,60℃蒸煮20±2个小时,所得溶液在40℃,负压(50帕斯卡)条件下用旋转蒸发仪将乙醇旋出,得到富含茶多酚的膏状物备用。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明使用银耳提取物、燕窝提取物、雪莲花提取物、大豆多肽、人参提取物、山药提取物、蜂胶提取物、枣提取物、银杏叶提取物及茶多酚等顶级有效成分制成精华液,该精华液具有抗氧化、消炎、杀菌、抗衰老、嫩肤、美白、去皱及祛斑等护肤作用。同时,本发明通过特定的制备方法通过在不同步骤添加适量的两组膜辅助组分而制得食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜,此面膜存储状态时呈略粘稠的液态可流动的面膜液,此时的有效成分分散并被透明的二甲基硅酮和多乙氧基醚60膜包裹着形成活性提取物包埋物质,活性提取物包埋物质在面膜液中,而当涂抹到皮肤上时,二甲基硅酮和多乙氧基醚60膜破裂释放有效成分,与此同时,在人体的体温作用下,面膜液中的第二成膜辅助成分形成一层均匀饱含精华液的半透明薄膜。本发明的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜可以用刷子刷涂于肌肤上,也可以使用涂药瓶,例如滚珠瓶、海绵头涂药瓶等存储及使用,由于初始时面膜为液态,故而每个根据每个人的脸型及五官位置进行涂抹,而在体温作用下成膜组成形成薄膜起到固定精华液的作用,相对于现有技术,本发明的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜的薄膜能够完美贴合用户的脸部或者身体其他部分,不受传统湿纸巾型的面膜纸形状限制。而且由于精华液仍然保持液态状,相比于传动膏状、粉末型、撕扯型及乳霜型的面膜,不仅更温和不堵塞毛孔而且肌肤对有效成分的吸收率更高,肌肤更容易从液态的精华液吸取小分子的精华成分(营养成分)。进一步的,由于本发明的液态自动成膜的面膜在使用前为液态状,因此可以存在涂药瓶中,方便携带且使用时不会弄脏手,为了杜绝污染,还可以制作一次性的涂药海绵头配合涂药瓶使用,干净、卫生、方便。

具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜,其特征在于,包括有以下重量份的有效成分:
银耳提取物 1.8份
燕窝提取物 3.8份
雪莲花提取物 0.8份
大豆多肽 0.8份
人参提取物 0.6份
山药提取物 0.8份
蜂胶提取物 0.8份
枣提取物 0.4份
银杏叶提取物 0.8份
茶多酚 1.6份。
原料还包括成膜辅助组分:0.05份二甲基硅酮和0.1份多乙氧基醚60。
原料还包括第二成膜辅助组分:1份海藻酸钠、0.02份淀粉、0.02份碳酸钙、0.08份硅藻土和0.3份酒石酸。
本实施例中,银耳提取物、燕窝提取物、雪莲花提取物、大豆多肽、人参提取物、山药提取物、蜂胶提取物、枣提取物、银杏叶提取物和茶多酚均为从市面直接购买的食用级材料。
食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将二甲基硅酮2g、1g多乙氧基醚60、去离子水20g、银耳提取物20g、燕窝提取物20g、雪莲花提取物10g、大豆提取物10g、人参提取物5g、山药提取物10g、蜂胶提取物10g、枣提取物5g、银杏提取物10g加入到反应器中;
(2)将步骤(1)的原料室温下充分搅拌混合,搅拌1小时;此步骤的目的是,将二甲基硅酮、多乙氧基醚60和提取物进行混合,避免局部提取物浓度过高,造成产品均一性不佳。
(3)将步骤(2)混合后的物料采用均质仪进行乳液合成,均质仪转速15000转/分钟,搅拌8分钟,制得活性提取物包埋物质;搅拌时间在8~15分钟内,略微偏差并不会对制备产品产生严重的影响。
此步骤中,二甲基硅酮、多乙氧基醚60将形成O/W型乳液,乳液外侧是亲水性,内测输水,可以实现对各种提取物进行包埋,保护有效成分避免有效成分受到污染或者失效。在产品使用过程中,通过揉搓的方式,将二甲基硅酮和多乙氧基醚60膜破裂,各种提取物将可以进行释放作用于皮肤表面。
(4)将海藻酸钠10g、淀粉0.2g、碳酸钙0.2g、硅藻土0.8g,酒石酸3g混合研磨,研磨后转移至反应器中;
此步骤是为了进一步的延长活性组分(各种提取物)在皮肤表面的停留时间和渗透效果,与(3)中的二甲基硅酮和多乙氧基醚60膜共同形成“双保险”,锁住活性组分。
(5)往步骤(4)的反应器中加入50g水和40g步骤(3)制备的活性提取物包埋物质,水浴加热恒温37℃,搅拌,缓慢蒸发水分至粘稠状即获得食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜。
此步骤中,碳酸钙中的钙离子将起到交联剂的作用,海藻酸钠将在交联剂的作用下形成网状结构,硅藻土和淀粉起到进一步填充空隙的作用,酒石酸钠起到调节交联过程中pH值的控制,其膜结构示意图如图1所示。
将食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜进行成膜测试:用玻璃棒沾取少量(5)中食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜(简称面膜液),并均匀涂于玻璃板上,放入37℃恒温烘箱进行成膜测试,1分钟后观察,面膜液具有成膜趋势,再过2分钟后,面膜液生成了一层超薄的膜片,精华液粘附在膜片上,再过2分钟后,面膜液生成了一层均匀的半透明薄膜并粘附有精华液。最终成膜如图3所示,且具有一定的拉伸强度和透气性。同样的方法,在温度为25℃、35℃、36℃、38℃和40℃时分别测试,结果为在温度为25℃时面膜液不成膜,在35℃时面膜液不成膜但表面含有细微零散的膜片,在36℃时面膜液生成了一层薄膜片但该薄膜片厚度薄于37℃下形成的薄膜,38℃和40℃时均可以形成均匀的半透明层。
通过成膜测试可知,本发明的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜可在人体正常体温下自动形成薄膜,薄膜具有一定的拉升强度和透气性,能够起到固定精华液的作用。
对本实施例的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜利用傅里叶红外光谱仪对面膜进行测试,发现典型的羰基和羟基的特征峰存在,证明成膜过程中,各种活性组分有很好的保留,FTIR光谱如图4所示。

银耳提取物的制备方法:将银耳洗净后与水以1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
燕窝提取物的制备方法:将燕窝与水按1:5的质量比例在58℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
雪莲花提取物的制备方法:将雪莲花与水按1:10的质量比例在65℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
大豆提取物的制备方法:将大豆与水按1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
人参提取物的制备方法:将人参与水按1:8的质量比例在70℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
山药提取物的制备方法:将山药与水按1:8的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
蜂胶提取物的制备方法:将蜂胶与水按1:6的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
枣提取物的制备方法:将枣与水按1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
银杏提取物的制备方法:将银杏与水按1:10的质量比例在78℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
茶多酚的制备方法:将茶叶洗净后与乙醇以1:6的质量比例置于反应器中,反应器上安装有冷凝回流装置,60℃蒸煮20±2个小时,所得溶液在40℃,负压(50帕斯卡)条件下用旋转蒸发仪将乙醇旋出,得到富含茶多酚的膏状物备用。

5.根据权利要求1所述的食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜,其特征在于,银耳提取物、燕窝提取物、雪莲花提取物、大豆多肽、人参提取物、山药提取物、蜂胶提取物、枣提取物、银杏叶提取物和茶多酚均为从市面直接购买的食用级材料。
6.食品级深层补水保湿抗衰老面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括有以下步骤:
(1)将二甲基硅酮0.2份、0.1份多乙氧基醚60、去离子水2份、银耳提取物2份、燕窝提取物2份、雪莲花提取物1份、大豆提取物1份、人参提取物0.5份、山药提取物1份、蜂胶提取物1份、枣提取物0.5份、银杏提取物1份加入到反应器中;
(2)将步骤(1)的原料室温下充分搅拌混合;
(3)将步骤(2)混合后的物料采用均质仪进行乳液合成,均质仪转速15000转/分钟,搅拌8~15分钟,制得活性提取物包埋物质;
(4)将海藻酸钠1份、淀粉0.02份、碳酸钙0.02份、硅藻土0.08份,酒石酸0.3份混合研磨,研磨后转移至反应器中;
(5)往步骤(4)的反应器中加入5份水和4份步骤(3)制备的活性提取物包埋物质,水浴加热恒温37℃,搅拌,缓慢蒸发水分至粘稠状。

所述燕窝提取物的制备方法:将燕窝与水按1:5的质量比例在58℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述雪莲花提取物的制备方法:将雪莲花与水按1:10的质量比例在65℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述大豆提取物的制备方法:将大豆与水按1:10的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述人参提取物的制备方法:将人参与水按1:8的质量比例在70℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
所述山药提取物的制备方法:将山药与水按1:8的质量比例在60℃下,缓慢将水分蒸发至膏状;
