本发明公开了一种多效眼部冻干膜,所述多效眼部冻干膜采用将功效成分附着于无纺布或蚕丝布上后冻干制备而成;所述功效成分包含祛眼袋组合物和祛黑眼圈组合物;所述祛眼袋组合物包含金盏花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽‑5;所述去黑眼圈组合物包含人参提取物和枸杞根提取物。本发明所述眼部冻干膜中包含祛眼袋组合物和祛黑眼圈组合物,使所述眼部冻干膜具有祛黑眼圈、祛眼袋的效果,并且冻干后的功效成分可以较长时间保存,且功效成分损失较少。本发明还公开了一种蒸汽眼罩,将蒸汽眼罩和冻干膜结合,在蒸汽眼罩温热效果的作用下,可以促进皮肤对冻干膜中功效成分的吸收,从而加快血液循环,更好地实现缓解眼干眼涩、护理眼周肌肤的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种多效眼部冻干膜及蒸汽眼罩。
背景技术
蒸汽眼罩采用自发热控温技术,让空气中的水分和铁粉在眼罩内发生反应,形成发热体,生成细微的水蒸气,是应眼部护理市场需求而研发出来的一类通用名称的产品。蒸汽热敷眼罩能通过温热的蒸汽热敷,达到充分缓解眼疲劳、呵护眼部肌肤、保护视力、帮助睡眠等多种功效。
目前市场上的蒸汽眼罩会出现蒸汽温度一直过高或突然变高的现象,由于眼部的敏感性,容易造成烫伤,同时因长时间处于发热状态,容易导致眼周肌肤比较干。
另外,市场上的蒸汽眼罩对眼周的美容效果(比如祛黑眼圈、祛眼袋等) 均不大明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种多效眼部冻干膜及蒸汽眼罩。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种多效眼部冻干膜,所述多效眼部冻干膜采用将功效成分附着于无纺布或蚕丝布上后冻干制备而成;
所述功效成分包含祛眼袋组合物和祛黑眼圈组合物;
所述祛眼袋组合物包含金盏花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽-5;
所述去黑眼圈组合物包含人参提取物和枸杞根提取物。
本发明所述眼部冻干膜中包含祛眼袋组合物和祛黑眼圈组合物,使所述眼部冻干膜具有祛黑眼圈、祛眼袋的效果。其中,金盏花(CALENDULA OFFICINALIS)花提取物对表皮细胞和真皮细胞的增殖作用,可增强皮肤活性;钝叶决明(CASSIA OBTUSIFOLIA)籽提取物具有明目,利水,有祛肿功效;乙酰基四肽-5能快速祛除眼袋,排水功效在15天内就能达到减少眼袋的作用;人参(PANAX GINSENG)提取物与枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)根提取物能够发挥协同增效作用,具有活血功效,淡化黑眼圈。
本发明所述冻干膜通过将功效成分制备成均一的溶液后,将膜布浸渍于溶液中或者将溶液喷射于膜布上,通过在低温下冻干后制得,冻干后的功效成分可以较长时间保存,且功效成分损失较少。
本发明所述多效眼部冻干膜可以直接作为眼膜贴,使用时先进行喷雾润湿后贴于眼部即可;也可以设置在蒸汽眼罩中使用,设在蒸汽眼罩中的使用效果更佳。
优选地,所述祛眼袋组合物包含以下重量份的组分:金盏花提取物1~5份、钝叶决明籽提取物1~5份和乙酰基四肽-5 1~3份。金盏花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽-5三者在上述配比下能更好地协同互补,祛眼袋效果更好。
更优选地,所述祛眼袋组合物包含以下重量份的组分:金盏花提取物3份、钝叶决明籽提取物3份和乙酰基四肽-5 2份。三者在上述配比下的祛眼袋效果最佳。
优选地,所述祛黑眼圈组合物包含以下重量份的组分:人参提取物1~3份和枸杞根提取物2~6份。人参提取物和枸杞根提取物采用上述配比时能够使所述冻干膜更好地实现祛黑眼圈的效果。
更优选地,所述祛黑眼圈组合物包含以下重量份的组分:人参提取物2份和枸杞根提取物4份。尤其是上述配比下的黑眼圈祛除效果最佳。
优选地,所述多效眼部冻干膜还包含保湿去皱组合物;所述保湿去皱组合物包含以下重量份的组分:北美金缕梅水15~25份、银耳提取物3~8份、裂裥菌素1~3份、忍冬提取物1~5份、乙酰基六肽-8 4~6份和乙酰基八肽-3 1~3份。
北美金缕梅提取物在抗氧化、提高皮层局部雌激素水平等方面可增强皮肤细胞新陈代谢,有抗衰作用,可维持皮肤弹性和抗皱,具有抗炎,防敏舒缓和收敛的作用;同时还有良好的持水能力。银耳提取物对胶原蛋白酶活性的抑制,以及对若干生化成分生成的促进作用显示有活肤抗皱作用,还具有很好的保湿作用,可用作保湿剂。裂裥菌素对白介素IL-12的生成有促进,显示有免疫功能,可用作抗炎剂,还可维持皮肤角质层的含水量,可用作保湿剂。忍冬,也就是金银花,对表皮的角质细胞有增殖作用,以及对胶原蛋白的促进作用。
乙酰基六肽-8是一种生物活性多肽,该成分既可减少已有的面部皱纹,又可有效防止新的皱纹产生。通过抑制神经传导素乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine)的释放,来减少肌肉的收缩,从而达到减少动态纹、表情纹的产生。乙酰基六肽-8参与竞争SNAP-25在融泡复合体的位点,从而影响复合体的形成。当融泡复合体稍有不稳定,囊泡不能有效释放神经递质,从而致使肌肉收缩减弱,防止皱纹的形成。乙酰基八肽-3能祛除因面部表情肌收缩所引起的细纹,抗衰老,同时也降低由SNARE引起的神经元的兴奋程度。
上述保湿去皱组合物在上述配比下的添加能为冻干膜增加保湿和去皱的效果,尤其是在蒸汽眼罩的使用条件下能够相互配合持续稳定为眼周保湿,长期使用能减轻眼部皱纹的发生。
更优选地,所述保湿去皱组合物包含以下重量份的组分:北美金缕梅水20 份、银耳提取物5份、裂裥菌素2份、忍冬提取物3份、乙酰基六肽-8 5份和乙酰基八肽-3 2份。各成分尤其是在上述配比下的保湿和去皱效果最佳。
优选地,所述保湿去皱组合物还包含以下重量份的组分:水解胶原3~8份、乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物3~8份、茶叶提取物0.5~2份、石榴提取物0.5~2份、小果咖啡籽提取物0.5~2份、啤酒酵母菌提取物1~5份、红景天根提取物1~5份、水解小核菌胶0.1~1份、泛醇0.5~2份和透明质酸钠0.1~1份。
乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物包含菌体及在发酵过程中合成的全部活性成分,含有肽聚糖、磷壁酸、蛋白质、磷脂、甾醇、脂肪酸、各种酶类、肽和氨基酸、核苷酸、胞外多糖等,为肌肤提供丰富营养,具有良好的抗衰老效果。茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物为茶多酚,又名茶单宁、茶揉质,是一类存在于茶叶中的多经基酚性化合物,能够清除体内的各种自由基,达到抗氧化的效果。啤酒酵母细胞壁富含蛋白质和B族维生素,且富含甘露寡糖,可直接作为营养,提供皮肤细胞多种营养成分,能增强皮肤的渗透力,具有抗氧化和改善皮肤的作用。石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM)提取物有良好的抗脂质过氧化作用,可以起到延缓衰老作用。小果咖啡(COFFEA ARABICA)籽提取物对胰蛋白酶的抑制,即是对皮层弹性蛋白纤维的保护,从而避免皱纹的产生,且对若干种自由基均有强烈的消除作用,兼之能对二氧化氮的生成量有抑制,具有抗氧化、抗衰老的作用。红景天(RHODIOLA ROSEA)根提取物含有红景天甙、酪醇、酮等多种功能性成分中含有高含量的酚类成分,显示强烈和广谱的抗氧化性,可用作抗氧化剂,具有抗衰老的作用。
本发明所述保湿去皱组合物还添加了上述具有保湿和去皱功效的成分,各成分制备成冻干膜能够最大程度地保留这些成分的功效,尤其是乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物、茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物、石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM) 提取物、小果咖啡(COFFEAARABICA)籽提取物、啤酒酵母菌 (SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE)提取物、红景天(RHODIOLAROSEA) 根提取物这些成分中含有热敏性成分,在冻干条件下制备能较大程度地得到保护,且在蒸汽眼罩的使用状态下能够充分被眼周肌肤吸收。
更优选地,所述保湿去皱组合物还包含以下重量份的组分:水解胶原5份、乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物5份、茶叶提取物1份、石榴提取物1份、小果咖啡籽提取物1份、啤酒酵母菌提取物3份、红景天根提取物3份、水解小核菌胶0.5 份、泛醇1份和透明质酸钠0.5份。尤其是在上述配比下时,保湿去皱效果更好。
优选地,所述多效眼部冻干膜还包含以下重量份的组分:尿囊素0.05~0.5 份、柠檬桉叶提取物0.05~0.5份、硼酸0.5~2份、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物1~3份、 1,2-己二醇0.5~2份、甘草酸二钾0.5~2份、冰片0.05~0.5份、薄荷脑0.05~0.5 份、樟脑0.05~0.5份和聚山梨醇酯-20 0.05~0.5份。
硼酸外用一般毒性不大,可用作为防腐剂,硼酸水溶液呈弱酸性,与菌体蛋白质中的氨基结合,发挥抑菌作用,对细菌和真菌有弱的抑制作用。所述冻干膜还添加了上述辅助添加剂,能够增加蒸汽眼罩中的用户使用体验。
更优选地,所述多效眼部冻干膜还包含以下重量份的组分:尿囊素0.2份、柠檬桉叶提取物0.2份、硼酸1份、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物2份、1,2-己二醇1 份、甘草酸二钾1份、冰片0.2份、薄荷脑0.2份、樟脑0.2份和聚山梨醇酯-20 0.3份。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种蒸汽眼罩,所述蒸汽眼罩内设有所述多效眼部冻干膜。
优选地,所述蒸汽眼罩包括眼罩本体和挂耳;所述眼罩本体包括与眼睛接触的第一层和与所述第一层相对的第二层,所述第一层的边缘和第二层的边缘连接并于第一层和第二层之间形成空腔,所述空腔内设有所述多效眼部冻干膜和发热层,所述多效眼部冻干膜靠近第一层,所述发热层靠近第二层;所述发热层靠近所述多效眼部冻干膜的一侧为防水层。
所述蒸汽眼罩在发热层与第一层之间设置了具有祛黑眼圈、祛眼袋、去皱等功能的多效眼部冻干膜,使用时,通过使用喷雾将第一层润湿后使用,有助于缓解使用时温度过高现象,并且能很好解决因长时间处于发热状态导致眼周肌肤干的问题。在蒸汽眼罩温热效果的作用下,可以促进皮肤对冻干膜中功效成分的吸收,从而加快血液循环,更好地实现缓解眼干眼涩、护理眼周肌肤的效果。所述发热层靠近多效眼部冻干膜的一侧为防水层,该防水层可以采用任意可以防水的材料制成,目的是防止在眼罩使用时对第一层喷水润湿时影响发热层的发热效果。
优选地,所述发热层为囊袋结构,所述囊袋内设有发热片和负离子粉;所述冻干膜层与所述囊袋贴合连接。
优选地,所述第一层为无纺布层;所述第二层为不透气层。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种多效眼部冻干膜。本发明所述眼部冻干膜中包含祛眼袋组合物和祛黑眼圈组合物,使所述眼部冻干膜具有祛黑眼圈、祛眼袋的效果,并且冻干后的功效成分可以较长时间保存,且功效成分损失较少。本发明还提供了一种蒸汽眼罩,将蒸汽眼罩和冻干膜结合,在蒸汽眼罩温热效果的作用下,可以促进皮肤对冻干膜中功效成分的吸收,从而加快血液循环,更好地实现缓解眼干眼涩、护理眼周肌肤的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例和对比例中,各原料均购自市场。
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~4
实施例1~4所述多效眼部冻干膜的配方见表1,制备方法包括以下步骤:
1、将丁二醇、北美金缕梅(HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA)水、银耳 (TREMELLAFUCIFORMIS)提取物、裂裥菌素、金盏花(CALENDULA OFFICINALIS)花提取物、硼酸、PEG/PPG-17/6共聚物、人参(PANAX GINSENG)提取物、钝叶决明(CASSIA OBTUSIFOLIA)籽提取物、枸杞 (LYCIUM CHINENSE)根提取物、忍冬(LONICERA JAPONICA)提取物、水解胶原、1,2-己二醇、甘草酸二钾、尿囊素、水解小核菌(SCLEROTIUM ROLFSSII)胶、泛醇、透明质酸钠、冰片、薄荷脑、樟脑、柠檬桉(EUCALYPTUS CITRIODORA)叶提取物和聚山梨醇酯-20加入乳化锅中,搅拌升温到85-90度,均匀分散至无明显颗粒,送检,合格后出料储存在已消毒的容器中保温;
2、将乳化搅拌后的物料在烘干隧道内进行循环多次,然后涂在无纺布或蚕丝布上,制成初级半成品;
3、将乙酰基六肽-8、乙酰基八肽-3、乙酰基四肽-5、乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物、茶(CAMELLIA SINENSIS)叶提取物、石榴(PUNICA GRANATUM)提取物、小果咖啡(COFFEAARABICA)籽提取物、啤酒酵母菌 (SACCHAROMYCES CEREVISIAE)提取物、红景天(RHODIOLAROSEA) 根提取物搅拌均匀,送检,合格后出料储存在已消毒的容器中,喷射在初级半成品的面膜布表面,循环多次喷射至均匀;
4、将喷涂完成的半成品进行速冻(-196℃至-40℃),抽湿,并进行封装,即得所述多效眼部冻干膜。

实施例5
本发明所述蒸汽眼罩的一种实施例,本实施例所述蒸汽眼罩的结构示意图见图1,包括眼罩本体1和挂耳2,眼罩本体1的结构示意图见图2,所述眼罩本体1包括与眼睛接触的第一层101和与所述第一层相对的第二层102,所述第一层101的边缘和第二层102的边缘连接并于第一层和第二层之间形成空腔103,所述空腔103内设有多效眼部冻干膜104和发热层105,所述冻干膜层 104靠近第一层,所述发热层105靠近第二层102。所述多效眼部冻干膜104为可采用实施例1~4中任一个所述多效眼部冻干膜,所述发热层105为囊袋结构,所述囊袋内设有发热片和负离子粉。所述囊袋靠近多效眼部冻干膜104的一侧采用防水材料制成。所述第一层101为无纺布层。所述第二层102为不透气层。
使用时,将蒸汽眼罩从铝箔包装袋内取出,发热层开始发热,采用喷雾将第一层101润湿后使用即可。
实施例6
将实施例1~4所述多效眼部冻干膜分别作为多效眼部冻干膜104制成蒸汽眼罩,分别作为试验组1~4,并设置试验组5、6和对照组1、2,试验组5、6 和对照组1、2与试验组1的不同之处仅在于多效眼部冻干膜中人参提取物和枸杞根提取物的不同,试验组5、6和对照组1、2的人参提取物和枸杞根提取物的含量见表2。测试试验组1~6和对照组1、2所述蒸汽眼罩的祛黑眼圈功效。

检测方法:
调查用户使用试验组1~6、对照组1、2所述蒸汽眼罩及市售普通蒸汽眼罩前后的黑眼圈情况。
实验方法:各组均选取6名女性志愿者(25-55岁,平均年龄40岁),按下述评分等级进行评分,合计评估人员全体的评分,算出其平均值,根据下述等级判定基准进行判定。需要说明的是,试用人员每晚试用1次,每次试用约20 分钟,连续试用一个月后进行评价,结果如表3所示。

非常好:9-10分
好:6-8分
一般:3-5分
差:0-3分

从表3可以看出,使用添加了本发明所述多效眼部冻干膜的眼罩的评价要高于未含有冻干膜的市售普通眼罩,尤其是试验组1(实施例1所述多效眼部冻干膜)所述眼罩的祛黑眼圈效果最佳,试验组5、6和对照组1、2和试验组1 的对比结果可以看出,人参提取物和枸杞根提取物在一定程度上能发挥协同增效的祛黑眼圈效果。
实施例7
将实施例1~4所述多效眼部冻干膜分别作为多效眼部冻干膜104制成蒸汽眼罩,分别作为试验组7~10,并设置试验组11~13和对照组3~5,试验组11~13 和对照组3~5与试验组1的不同之处仅在于多效眼部冻干膜中金盏花花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽-5的不同,试验组11~13和对照组3~5的金盏花花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽-5的含量见表4。测试试验组7~13 和对照组3~5所述蒸汽眼罩的祛眼袋功效。

测试样品:试验组7~13和对照组3~5的眼罩样品和市售普通蒸汽眼罩样品;
受试人员:55位年龄30-50岁女性,平均分为11组,每组5人;
测试区域:眼袋;
测试方法:每天使用蒸汽眼罩约20min,8周后得出测试结果。
评价方法:样品使用0周、2周、4周、6周、8周后,对比各组人员眼袋厚度下降值,评价其效果。结果如表5所示:

从表5的测试结果可以看出,添加了本发明所述多效眼部冻干膜的眼罩的祛眼袋效果优于未含有冻干膜的市售普通眼罩,尤其是试验组7(实施例1所述多效眼部冻干膜)所述眼罩的祛眼袋效果最佳,试验组11~13和对照组3~5和试验组7的对比结果可以看出,金盏花花提取物、钝叶决明籽提取物和乙酰基四肽-5在一定程度上能发挥协同增效的祛眼袋效果。
实施例8
将实施例1~4所述多效眼部冻干膜分别作为多效眼部冻干膜104制成蒸汽眼罩,分别作为试验组14~17,测试试验组14~17所述蒸汽眼罩的去皱效果。
测试样品:试验组14~17和对比例1~3样品;
受试人员:40位年龄30-50岁女性,平均分为5组,每组8人;
测试仪器:VISIA皮肤检测仪;
测试方法:每天使用蒸汽眼罩约20min,8周后得出测试结果。
评价方法:样品使用1周、2周、3周、4周后,对比各组人员眼部皱纹数量的差异,评价其祛皱效果。结果如表6所示:

从表6可以看出,添加了本发明所述多效眼部冻干膜的眼罩具有一定的去皱纹效果,优于未含有冻干膜的市售普通眼罩。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种多效眼部冻干膜,其特征在于,所述多效眼部冻干膜采用将功效成分附着于无纺布或蚕丝布上后冻干制备而成;
所述功效成分包含祛眼袋组合物、祛黑眼圈组合物和保湿去皱组合物;
所述祛眼袋组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:金盏花提取物1~5份、钝叶决明籽提取物1~5份和乙酰基四肽-5 1~3份;
所述祛黑眼圈组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:人参提取物1~3份和枸杞根提取物2~6份;
所述保湿去皱组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:北美金缕梅水15~25份、银耳提取物3~8份、裂裥菌素1~3份、忍冬提取物1~5份、乙酰基六肽-8 4~6份和乙酰基八肽-3 1~3份、水解胶原3~8份、乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物3~8份、茶叶提取物0.5~2份、石榴提取物0.5~2份、小果咖啡籽提取物0.5~2份、啤酒酵母菌提取物1~5份、红景天根提取物1~5份、水解小核菌胶0.1~1份、泛醇0.5~2份和透明质酸钠0.1~1份;
所述多效眼部冻干膜还包含以下重量份的组分:尿囊素0.05~0.5份、柠檬桉叶提取物0.05~0.5份、硼酸0.5~2份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物1~3份、1,2-己二醇0.5~2份、甘草酸二钾0.5~2份、冰片0.05~0.5份、薄荷脑0.05~0.5份、樟脑0.05~0.5份和聚山梨醇酯-20 0.05~0.5份。
2.如权利要求1所述多效眼部冻干膜,其特征在于,所述祛眼袋组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:金盏花提取物3份、钝叶决明籽提取物3份和乙酰基四肽-5 2份。
3.如权利要求1所述多效眼部冻干膜,其特征在于,所述祛黑眼圈组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:人参提取物2份和枸杞根提取物4份。
4.如权利要求1所述多效眼部冻干膜,其特征在于,所述保湿去皱组合物由以下重量份的组分组成:北美金缕梅水20份、银耳提取物5份、裂裥菌素2份、忍冬提取物3份、乙酰基六肽-8 5份和乙酰基八肽-3 2份、水解胶原5份、乳酸杆菌发酵溶胞产物5份、茶叶提取物1份、石榴提取物1份、小果咖啡籽提取物1份、啤酒酵母菌提取物3份、红景天根提取物3份、水解小核菌胶0.5份、泛醇1份和透明质酸钠0.5份。
5.如权利要求1所述多效眼部冻干膜,其特征在于,所述多效眼部冻干膜还包含以下重量份的组分:尿囊素0.2份、柠檬桉叶提取物0.2份、硼酸1份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物2份、1,2-己二醇1份、甘草酸二钾1份、冰片0.2份、薄荷脑0.2份、樟脑0.2份和聚山梨醇酯-20 0.3份。
6.一种蒸汽眼罩,其特征在于,所述蒸汽眼罩内设有如权利要求1~5中任一项所述多效眼部冻干膜。
7.如权利要求6所述蒸汽眼罩,其特征在于,包括眼罩本体和挂耳;所述眼罩本体包括与眼睛接触的第一层和与所述第一层相对的第二层,所述第一层的边缘和第二层的边缘连接并于第一层和第二层之间形成空腔,所述空腔内设有所述多效眼部冻干膜和发热层,所述多效眼部冻干膜靠近第一层,所述发热层靠近第二层;所述发热层靠近所述多效眼部冻干膜的一侧为防水层;
所述发热层为囊袋结构,所述囊袋内设有发热片和负离子粉;所述冻干膜层与所述囊袋贴合连接;
所述第一层为无纺布层;所述第二层为不透气层。
