Comparative test of the effects of the compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the invention with the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 5:
(1) DPPH radical scavenging activity test:
test materials: compositions prepared in examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-5 and commercially available lipstick of a certain brand;
the test method comprises the following steps: taking 0.5g, 0.75g and 1.0g of each of the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 and a commercially available lipstick of a certain brand, adding 5mL of DMSO solution containing DPPH respectively, mixing well, standing in the dark at room temperature for 30min, measuring the light absorption value at 519nm, and taking the solvent as a blank control, wherein the light absorption value is A0The absorbance A of the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 was measuredx
The DPPH clearance of the composition was calculated as follows: clearance (%) - (1-A)x/A0)×100%。
The test results are shown in table 3.
Table 3:
Figure BDA0002630926350000071
Figure BDA0002630926350000081
as can be seen from the test results in Table 3, the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 all have a high DPPH radical scavenging rate, wherein the composition of example 1 has a scavenging rate above 97% at 0.75g, which is significantly higher than that of a commercially available lipstick; whereas the compositions of comparative examples 1-5, when the haematococcus pluvialis extract, tocopherol, sodium hyaluronate, phytosterols and hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate were removed from the composition, the compositions prepared all had a different degree of reduction in DPPH free radical clearance, with the compositions of comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 being the greatest degree of reduction; thus, the haematococcus pluvialis extract is used as a high-efficiency antioxidant and skin conditioner in the application, the antioxidant performance of the composition can be greatly improved, lipid peroxidation damage of lips can be inhibited, and blood circulation of the lips can be promoted; the tocopherol as an antioxidant can act synergistically with haematococcus pluvialis extract, can further neutralize free radicals, eliminates the free radicals generated by sun exposure and air pollution, and protects lip skin tissues.
(2) Moisturizing, lip line lightening and ultraviolet spot testing:
test objects: 180 female volunteers aged 28-35 years, healthy, without history of skin disease and allergy, with non-sensitive skin and wrinkled lips were selected as subjects and randomized into 9 groups of 20 individuals each.
The test method comprises the following steps: volunteers applied lips 2 times a day for 20 consecutive days using the compositions of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5, respectively, and a commercially available brand of lipstick; recording the lip wrinkle state, uv spot and moisture content of all volunteers before use, and after 20 days of use;
the test results are divided into four grades, namely 9-10 scores of very satisfactory results (the test results are improved by more than 50 percent compared with the test results before use), 7-8 scores of satisfactory results (the test results are improved by 20-50 percent compared with the test results before use), generally 4-6 scores (the test results are improved by 0-20 percent compared with the test results before use), and 1-3 scores of unsatisfactory results (the test results are not improved by any percent compared with the test results before use);
testing an instrument: VISA digital skin analyzer (usa) and moisture tester (home-made); the test results are shown in table 4.
Table 4:
components Changes in the lip lines Ultraviolet spot change Change of moisture
Example 1 10 10 9.8
Example 2 9.2 9.2 9.2
Example 3 9.2 9.4 9.2
Comparative example 1 3.2 3.5 3.5
Comparative example 2 4.8 3.6 5.4
Comparative example 3 5.6 6.0 4.4
Comparative example 4 6.0 6.4 6.8
Comparative example 5 6.2 6.6 6.8
Commercially available lipstick 5.5 5.4 5.2
From the test results of table 4, it can be seen that the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 all had significant effects on lip gloss reduction, uv spot reduction, and lip skin moisturizing, with the combination of example 1 having the most significant effect. Whereas the compositions of comparative examples 1-5, when the haematococcus pluvialis extract, tocopherol, sodium hyaluronate, phytosterols and hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate were removed from the composition, produced compositions with varying degrees of reduction in lip gloss, uv spot reduction and lip skin moisture replenishment, with the compositions of comparative examples 1 and 2 being the greatest; therefore, the haematococcus pluvialis extract serving as a natural antioxidant and a skin conditioner not only has the functions of nourishing, moisturizing and protecting color, but also can prevent ultraviolet rays and damage of adverse environment and has the effects of preventing sun and beautifying the skin; and the tocopherol can promote the micro-vascular circulation of the lip skin, and has the effects of lightening the cheilogramma and ultraviolet spot and beautifying the lip color.
(3) Action time test:
the moisture content of the lips of the above volunteers was accurately recorded before, 1 hour after and 3 hours after use. The test results are shown in Table 5.
Table 5:
components Before use After 1 hour of use After 3 hours of use
Example 1 38.8 44.5 45.6
Example 2 39.1 43.1 44.2
Example 3 38.9 43.2 44.3
Comparative example 1 39.2 39.8 40.6
Comparative example 2 39.6 40.6 41.5
Comparative example 3 39.6 40.0 41.0
Comparative example 4 39.4 39.8 41.8
Comparative example 5 39.2 40.6 42.2
Commercially available lipstick 39.5 39.8 40.9
From the test results shown in table 5, it can be seen that the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 have a significant effect on the time for moisturizing the skin of lips, and can rapidly replenish more moisture within 1 hour, wherein the effect is most significant with the composition of example 1. Whereas the compositions of comparative examples 1-5, when the haematococcus pluvialis extract, tocopherol, sodium hyaluronate, phytosterols and hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate were removed from the compositions, all produced compositions with varying degrees of reduction in the time period for moisturizing the skin of the lips, with the compositions of comparative examples 1, 2 and 3 and 4 being the greatest; in comparative examples 1 and 2, the haematococcus pluvialis extract and the tocopherol both promote the microvascular circulation of the lip skin, thereby promoting the moisture absorption of the lip skin, but the effect of the haematococcus pluvialis extract is stronger than that of the tocopherol, so that the composition of comparative example 1 has a lower moisturizing effect than that of the composition of comparative example 2; the composition of comparative example 3, in which sodium hyaluronate was not added as a moisturizer, could permeate into the epidermis of the skin and promote the supply of nutrition to the skin of the lips, so the composition of comparative example 3 also had a remarkably reduced moisturizing effect in a short time as compared with the compositions of examples 1 to 3; the composition of comparative example 4, which does not contain phytosterols, has high permeability to the skin, can maintain moisture on the surface of the skin, promote skin metabolism, and inhibit skin inflammation by using phytosterols as a penetration enhancer; therefore, after the composition of comparative example 4 was used, the moisture content of the lip skin was not significantly increased within 1 hour, and the moisturizing effect thereof in a short time was also significantly reduced as compared with the compositions of examples 1 to 3.
5 of each of the compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention were stored at-15 deg.C, -10 deg.C, 0 deg.C, 25 deg.C, and 45 deg.C for 1 month, and the morphological changes were observed.
And (3) testing results: all the compositions can completely keep the original shape, and have no phenomena of sweating, cracking and surface patterns. The compositions of examples 1-3 are shown to have excellent stability properties.
In conclusion, the composition disclosed by the application is composed of multiple natural and non-irritant functional components according to a specific proportion, is good in compatibility, reduces the product risk and is higher in safety performance; meanwhile, the special functional components are added, so that the cosmetic can protect fragile lips, keep moisture for a long time, inhibit lipid peroxidation damage of the lips, promote blood circulation of the lips and beautify lip color.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and are considered to be within the scope of the invention.
