the after-sun repair composition is: cannabidiol 1.5%, oat beta-glucan 0.5%, borneol 0.04%;
humectant: 2% of sodium hyaluronate (added in the form of sodium hyaluronate stock solution, wherein the mass concentration of the sodium hyaluronate in the sodium hyaluronate stock solution is 1%), 5% of 1, 3-butanediol, 3% of dipropylene glycol, 0.4% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 4% of glycerol and 1% of propylene glycol;
the thickening agent is: 1% of Gemba gum (GRANHYDROGEL, GA-NP) and 0.35% of AVC (Acryloyldimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer);
the stabilizer is: 1% of PEG-400 (polyethylene glycol-400);
the softening agent comprises: DOWSIL 2511 (bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane) 0.5%;

1. preparation of phase A: preparation of cannabidiol microemulsion
Adding cannabidiol, tocopherol acetate, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and 1% of polysorbate-60 into dipropylene glycol, dissolving in water bath at 50 ℃, cooling to 30 ℃, adding borneol, stirring for dissolving, continuously adding 1, 3-butanediol and water, and stirring uniformly to obtain cannabidiol microemulsion as phase A;
2. preparation of phase B:
mixing sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, propylene glycol, 1,2 hexanediol, Gerber gum, AVC, PEG-400, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, p-hydroxyacetophenone and water, heating to 80 deg.C in water bath, swelling for 30min, and cooling to below 45 deg.C to obtain phase B.
3. Mixing B phase with A phase, and homogenizing at 7000rpm for 5min to obtain main phase
4. Adding the oat beta-glucan into the main phase, and uniformly stirring to obtain the post-basking repairing mask liquid. Designated sample 1 and the mask obtained using sample 1, designated M1.
Example 2

The preparation method of the mask liquid comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of phase A: preparation of cannabidiol microemulsion
Adding cannabidiol, tocopherol acetate, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and 1% of polysorbate-60 into dipropylene glycol, dissolving in water bath at 60 ℃, cooling to 40 ℃, adding borneol, stirring for dissolving, continuously adding 1, 3-butanediol and water, and stirring uniformly to obtain cannabidiol microemulsion as phase A;
2. preparation of phase B:

4. adding radix Saposhnikoviae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, and herba Avenae Fatuae beta-dextran into the main phase, and stirring to obtain after-sun repairing facial mask solution. Designated sample 2 and the mask obtained using sample 2, designated M2.
Example 3

The preparation method of the facial mask liquid is the same as that of the facial mask liquid in example 2. The resulting post-basking repair mask solution was designated as sample 3 and the mask obtained using sample 3 was designated as M3.
Example 4

post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 0.05%, ledebouriella root extract 2%, calendula extract 1.5%, oat beta-glucan 1%, borneol 0.03%; the other addition amounts were the same as in example 1, and the total of the above components was 100%, and the shortage was made up with water.
The preparation method of the facial mask liquid is the same as that of the facial mask liquid in example 2. The resulting post-basking repair mask solution was designated as sample 4 and the mask obtained using sample 4 was designated as M4.
Example 5

The preparation method of the mask liquid comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of phase A: preparation of cannabidiol microemulsion
Adding cannabidiol, tocopherol acetate, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and 1% of polysorbate-60 into dipropylene glycol, dissolving in 55 ℃ water bath, cooling to 35 ℃, adding borneol, stirring for dissolving, continuously adding 1, 3-butanediol and water, and stirring uniformly to obtain cannabidiol microemulsion which is phase A;
2. preparation of phase B:
mixing sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, Gerber gum, AVC, PEG-400, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, p-hydroxyacetophenone, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum and water, heating to 85 deg.C, swelling for 26min, and cooling to below 45 deg.C to obtain phase B.
3. Mixing the phase B with the phase A, and homogenizing at 8000rpm for 4 minutes to obtain a main phase;
4. adding radix Saposhnikoviae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, and herba Avenae Fatuae beta-dextran into the main phase, and stirring to obtain after-sun repairing facial mask solution. Designated sample 5 and the mask obtained using sample 5, designated M5.
EXAMPLE 6
The preparation raw materials and the addition amount of the after-sun repair mask are as follows:
post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 1.5%, ledebouriella root extract 0.1%, marigold extract 0.1%, oat beta-glucan 3%, borneol 0.02%, sclerotium rolfsii gum 1%, the other additives are the same as in example 1, the total of the above components is 100%, and the deficiency is compensated by water.
The preparation method of the facial mask solution is the same as that of example 5. The resulting post-basking repair mask solution was designated sample 6 and the mask obtained using sample 6 was designated M6.
Example 7
The preparation raw materials and the addition amount of the after-sun repair mask are as follows:
post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 0.05%, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum 0.1%, radix sileris extract 1.5%, calendula officinalis extract 2%, chamomile essential oil 0.1%, oat beta-glucan 1.8%, borneol 0.05%, the rest of the addition is the same as that of the example 1, the total of the above components is 100%, and the deficiency is filled with water.
The preparation method of the mask liquid comprises the following steps:
1. preparation of phase A: preparation of cannabidiol microemulsion
Adding cannabidiol, tocopherol acetate, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, 1% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil and 1% of polysorbate-60 into dipropylene glycol, dissolving in 57 ℃ water bath, cooling to 32 ℃, adding borneol and chamomile essential oil, stirring for dissolving, continuously adding 1, 3-butanediol and water, and stirring uniformly to obtain cannabidiol microemulsion which is phase A;
2. preparation of phase B:
mixing sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, Gerber gum, AVC, PEG-400, bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, p-hydroxyacetophenone, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum and water, heating to 82 deg.C, swelling for 28min, and cooling to below 45 deg.C to obtain phase B.
3. Mixing the phase B with the phase A, and homogenizing at 6500rpm for 7 minutes to obtain a main phase;
4. adding radix Saposhnikoviae extract, herba Sidae Rhombifoliae extract, and herba Avenae Fatuae beta-dextran into the main phase, and stirring to obtain after-sun repairing facial mask solution. Designated sample 7 and the mask obtained using sample 7, designated M7.
Example 8
The preparation raw materials and the addition amount of the after-sun repair mask are as follows according to the mass percentage:
post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 0.3%, ledebouriella root extract 0.3%, calendula extract 0.4%, chamomile essential oil 0.05%; 0.25% of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 0.8% of oat beta-glucan, 0.04% of borneol and the balance of additives are the same as in example 1, the total amount of the components is 100%, and the deficiency is filled with water.
The facial mask solution was prepared as in example 7. The resulting post-basking repair mask solution was designated as sample 8 and the mask obtained using sample 8 was designated as M8.
Example 9
The preparation raw materials and the addition amount of the after-sun repair mask are as follows according to the mass percentage:
post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 1.5%, ledebouriella root extract 0.3%, calendula extract 0.3%, chamomile essential oil 0.01%; 0.1% of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, 3% of oat beta-glucan and 0.01% of borneol, and the rest of the components are the same as the components in the example 1, wherein the total amount of the components is 100%, and the deficiency is filled with water.
The facial mask solution was prepared as in example 7. The resulting post-basking repair mask solution was designated as sample 9 and the mask obtained using sample 9 was designated as M9.
Comparative example 1
The after-sun repair composition is: cannabidiol 1.5%, the balance of adjuvant ingredients are the same as in example 1. The preparation method was the same as example 1, and the obtained mask was designated as M12.
Comparative example 2
Post-basking repair composition: cannabidiol 1.5%, borneol 0.1%, and the other auxiliary components are the same as in example 1, the preparation method is the same as in example 1, and the obtained facial mask is marked as M13.
Comparative example 3
The after-sun repair composition is: cannabidiol 1.5%, oat beta-glucan 3%, and the balance of adjuvant ingredients were the same as in example 1, the preparation method was the same as in example 1, and the obtained mask was designated as M14.
Comparative example 4
The after-sun repair composition is: the preparation method of the mask is the same as that of the mask in the embodiment 2, and the mask is marked as M15, wherein the mask comprises 2% of the divaricate saposhnikovia root extract, 2% of the calendula officinalis extract, 1% of the oat beta-glucan, 0.03% of the borneol and the balance of auxiliary ingredients, and the auxiliary ingredients are the same as those in the embodiment 1.
1. Mask performance index determination
(1) Appearance: a pale yellow translucent emulsion.
(2) pH value: weakly acidic 5.5.
(3) Heat resistance test: the temperature is reduced to normal temperature after 24 hours without oil analysis phenomenon at 45 +/-2 ℃ in an electric heating constant temperature culture phase.
(4) Cold resistance test: the temperature is returned to normal temperature after 24 hours in a refrigerator at-8 +/-2 ℃ without oil-water analysis.
When the performance of the sample M1-M9 obtained by the method is measured, 9 samples meet the detection requirements.
2. Skin irritation test of facial mask
According to the acute skin irritation test method of the technical Specification for safety of cosmetics, 9 groups of facial mask liquid obtained in the preparation implementation column are respectively set to be 1-9 groups, 4 white rabbits are correspondingly selected for each group, and adult, healthy and skin-free conditions are required. The hair on both sides of the spine of the experimental animal is cut off about 24 hours before the experiment, the epidermis cannot be damaged, and the hair removing range is about 3cm multiplied by 3cm on the left and the right respectively. Approximately 0.5mL of the test article is applied directly to the skin and covered with two layers of gauze (2.5 cm. times.2.5 cm) and a layer of cellophane or the like, and secured with a non-irritating adhesive and bandage. The other side of the skin served as a control. The application time is 2h by adopting a sealing test. After the test is finished, the residual test substance is removed by warm water. After the test substances are removed, the skin reaction of the smearing part is observed for 1, 24, 48 and 72 hours to see whether the phenomena of erythema, hyperemia, pallor and swelling and erosion appear. The results of the stimulation experiments are reported in table 1. The obtained facial mask solutions of 9 groups have no skin irritation.

3. Transdermal absorption test
The experimental method comprises the following steps: fixing the pretreated skin of the back of porket between the supply pool and the receiving pool of TK-12D type transdermal diffusion tester (the receiving pool has a volume of 8ml and an effective permeation area of 3 cm)2) The receiving pool is filled with 7ml of physiological saline solution, 1ml of buffer solution is added into the liquid taking pipe, the magnetic stirring rotor matched with the stirring is placed in the absorption pool, the whole device is placed in a constant temperature water bath (36 ℃ plus or minus 1 ℃) constant temperature water area, and the magnetic stirring rotating speed is started to be 200 rpm/min. After the water bath is kept at a constant temperature, 5ml of test sample solution is added into a supply pool (9 groups of facial mask solutions obtained in the embodiment of the application are prepared into 1-9 groups respectively, two groups of domestic industrial hemp leaf after-sun repair facial mask patches containing industrial hemp leaf extraction components on the market are prepared into 10 and 11 groups (marked as samples M10 and M11) and 3 groups of facial mask solutions obtained in comparative examples 1-3 are prepared into 12-14 groups respectively, and 14 groups of facial mask solutions are counted in total)Sampling 100 mul in a receiving pool after 2, 4 and 6 hours, placing the sampling in a 1.5ml EP tube, adding 900 mul of ethanol with the mass fraction of 75 percent for dissolving and shaking, standing for 10min, centrifuging at 12000r/min for 15 min, taking supernate, passing the supernate through a 0.45 mu m nylon membrane, and using the content of cannabidiol as an investigation index for standby high performance liquid detection;
chromatographic conditions are as follows: the detection wavelength is 220nm, the flow rate is 1ml/min, the sample injection volume is 10 mul, the mobile phase is acetonitrile-water (volume ratio is 7: 3), the column temperature is 30 +/-0.5 ℃, the chromatographic column C18 (150mm multiplied by 4.6mm, 3 mu m) is adopted, the peak area of each sample after each sampling is recorded, and the sample concentration of the detection solution is calculated.
Data processing:
and after eleven groups of samples at three different time points are respectively taken to receive liquid for pretreatment, the peak areas of the samples are measured by high performance liquid chromatography, and the accumulated permeability Q is calculated. The calculation formula is as follows:

in the formula, Q: accumulating the permeation amount; s: an effective diffusion area; v1: the volume of the receiving pool is 8 ml; cn: the mass concentration (mg/ml) of the receiving solution at the time of the nth sampling; ci: the mass concentration (mg/ml) of the receiving solution at the sampling time of the ith time; v2: the volume of each sample.
The percent diffusion was calculated by cumulant, the permeability calculation formula:

in the formula, Pt: the content of the sample in the receiving cell; p0: the content of the cell sample is supplied.
The results of the data obtained from the experiments are shown in table 2.

From the experimental results in table 2, it can be seen that the permeation rates of cannabidiol in samples at different times are different, the permeation rates at two hours are not much different, and the permeation rates of the samples in each group are improved along with the increase of time, wherein the permeation rates of the M1-M9 groups are obviously higher than those of the samples M10 and M11 on the market, which indicates that the permeation effect of cannabidiol in the repairing composition is stronger than that of the samples on the market, and the permeation rate at 6 hours reaches about 9.0%, but the samples on the market are far lower than that of the repairing composition. Comparison of M12-M14 with M1 shows that the combination of borneol and oat beta-glucan has synergistic effect on the transdermal absorption of cannabidiol.
4. Post-basking skin repair test for facial mask
Ultraviolet rays are the main reasons of skin melanin deposition, free radical flooding and skin inflammation, directly damage the bottom layer of the skin, cause burning heat, peeling, pain and the like, the tests pass different proportions and match with active substances obtained in the examples, and different facial mask liquids with different maximum effect of antioxidation repair are used for carrying out the ROS elimination function of HaCaT cells (keratinocyte, main cells forming epidermis and accounting for 80 percent of epidermal cells), and the synergy of the matching of the active ingredients is judged.
The test method comprises the following steps:
(1) HaCaT human keratinocytes were inoculated in 10% fetal bovine serum and DMEM high-glucose cell culture medium containing 1% streptomycin;
(2) replacing the culture medium every three days;
(3) taking appropriate amount of cells in growth phase, according to 2 × 104cfu/mL concentration was plated in 96-well cell culture plates, 1mL per well at 37 ℃ with 5% CO2After humidified culturing for 24 hours, allowing the cells to adhere to the wall completely;
(4) preparing 9 groups of facial mask solutions obtained in the embodiment of the application and respectively setting the 9 groups of facial mask solutions as 1-9 groups, preparing two groups of domestic industrial hemp leaf post-sun repair facial mask patches containing industrial hemp leaf extract components on the market, setting 10 and 11 groups (marked as samples M10 and M11) and 4 groups of facial mask solutions obtained in comparative examples 1-4 as 12-15 groups respectively, setting 15 groups of facial mask solutions in total, protecting HaCaT human keratinocytes by the same volume of the facial mask solutions obtained in the groups 1-15, and carrying out parallel experiments on each group of facial mask solutions for 3 times;
(5) the same dose of ultraviolet radiation was used for 120 minutes;
(6) and (4) detecting the content of ROS according to the operation of the kit.
And (3) testing results:
the experimental results are shown in fig. 1, and the comparison between the sample M1 and the sample M12-M14 shows that the ROS clearance of cannabidiol is improved after adding borneol or oat β -glucan, and the comparison between the samples M13, M14 and the sample M1 shows that the effect of the combination of borneol and oat β -glucan is remarkably improved, which indicates that the combination of borneol and oat β -glucan has a synergistic effect, and the mechanism of the synergistic effect may be that the transdermal absorption of cannabidiol is synergistically promoted after the combination of borneol and oat β -glucan. Compared with the sample M2-M4, the sample M1 shows that the ROS clearance is higher after the radix sileris extract and the calendula extract are added, which indicates that the radix sileris extract, the calendula extract and cannabidiol have synergistic antioxidation and auxiliary synergistic effect after being combined; and the ROS clearance rate of the sample M1-M9 is higher than that of similar masks M10 and M11 in the market.
5. Sensory test of the product after drying in the sun for soothing and moisturizing:
1. the tested samples were: the tested samples are the facial mask liquids obtained in the groups of examples 1-9, 10-11 groups of facial mask liquids on the market and 12-15 groups of facial mask liquids obtained in the comparative example.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting 300 female normal volunteers without skin allergy history, averagely dividing the volunteers into 15 groups, distributing 15 groups of corresponding facial mask liquid for each group of 20 female normal volunteers according to a normal sequence, selecting summer July as a test time, using the facial mask liquid for one month, particularly using the facial mask liquid after sun drying, averagely using the facial mask liquid once every three days, and finally evaluating the using effect of the facial mask for each group, wherein the scoring standard is as follows: the score is 0-10 and is divided into five grades, and the using effect is good: 9-10 minutes; preferably: 8-9 min; generally 7 to 8 points; poor: 5-6 min; difference: 3-4 points.
3. The evaluation indexes include final repairing effect of reddening after sun exposure, relieving effect, moisturizing effect, absorption effect, calming effect after sun exposure, and skin brightening effect.
4. Using a one month post effect score, the results are shown in table 3:

and (4) conclusion: as can be seen from the table, compared with the sample M12-M14, the sample M1 of the present application has a significantly improved repair effect after sun exposure, which indicates that the combined borneol and oat β -glucan has a synergistic promotion effect on the repair effect of cannabidiol after sun exposure; compared with the sample M2-M4, the sample M1 has better repairing and skin brightening evaluation of M2-M4, which shows that after the radix sileris extract and the calendula extract are added, the repairing and skin brightening effects after the sun are better, and the synergistic effect is achieved; compared with the samples M1-M6, the samples M7-M9 have better calming, moisturizing and soothing evaluations of the samples M7-M9, which shows that the soothing and calming effects of cannabidiol can be synergistically improved by adding the sclerotium rolfsii gum and the chamomile essential oil, the irritation is reduced, and the moisturizing effect is better.
Although the present application has been described with reference to a few embodiments, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A post-basking repair composition comprising cannabidiol, borneol and oat beta-glucan.
2. The post-basking repair composition of claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of cannabidiol, borneol and oat beta-glucan is 0.5-15:0.1-1: 1-30.
3. The post-basking restoration composition according to claim 1, further comprising an auxiliary potentiating ingredient;
preferably, the auxiliary synergistic component comprises at least one of radix sileris extract and calendula extract;
preferably, the mass ratio of the radix sileris extract to the cannabidiol is 1-20: 0.5-15;
preferably, the mass ratio of the calendula extract to cannabidiol is 1-20: 0.5-15.
4. The sunless tanning composition of claim 1, further comprising hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, wherein the mass ratio of hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum to cannabidiol is 1-10: 0.5-15.
Preferably, the after-sun repair composition further comprises chamomile essential oil, and the mass ratio of the chamomile essential oil to the cannabidiol is 0.1-1: 0.5-15.
5. The post-basking restoration composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the source of cannabidiol may be a chemical synthesis product, a biological synthesis product, a botanical industrial cannabis extract;
preferably, the plant industrial cannabis extract is an industrial cannabis leaf extract, and the industrial cannabis extract contains 30% -99% of cannabidiol by mass percentage.
6. A post-sun repair skin care product comprising at least one of the post-sun repair compositions according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The after-sun repair skin care product of claim 6, wherein the after-sun repair skin care product comprises from 0.1 to 10 wt% of the after-sun repair composition.
8. The after-sun repair skin care product of claim 6, wherein the after-sun repair skin care product is a mask;
preferably, the content of the after-sun repair composition in the mask solution of the mask is 0.1 wt% -10 wt%.
9. The after-sun repair skin care product of claim 8, wherein the mask solution further comprises: at least one of a humectant, a thickening agent, a stabilizer, a softening agent, an emulsifier, an antioxidant and a preservative;
preferably, the dosage of each component in the mask liquid is as follows: 10-20 wt% of humectant, 0.5-2 wt% of thickener, 0.5-1.5 wt% of stabilizer, 0.3-0.8 wt% of softening agent, 0.5-2 wt% of emulsifier, 0.5-2 wt% of antioxidant and 0.1-0.6 wt% of preservative.
10. The after-sun repair skin care product according to claim 9, wherein the preparation method of the mask solution at least comprises the following steps:
