Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beverage food, and in particular relates to a throat clearing beverage.
Background
In recent years, with the deterioration of living environment and the increase of working and living pressure of people, the incidence rate of chronic pharyngitis tends to be increased, and patients mainly show clinical symptoms such as dry and itching pharyngeal cavity, irritable cough and the like. At present, western medicine treatment mainly adopts antibiotics, so that a human body can generate the side effect of drug resistance, the traditional Chinese medicines need to be decocted, and the preparation and the taking process are inconvenient.
The invention patent with publication number CN97111786.1 discloses a formula of a natural health beverage for clearing and moistening throat, diminishing inflammation and detoxifying, which comprises the following raw materials: 350-400 g of chamomile, 100-150 g of flos lonicerae, 50-100 g of honeysuckle, 35-35 g of medlar, 10-15 g of schisandra chinensis, 20-30 g of liquorice, 1000-1500 g of natural honey, 2000-3000 g of white granulated sugar and 20000-30000 g of purified water. However, the natural health-care beverage for clearing and moistening throat, diminishing inflammation and detoxifying disclosed by CN97111786.1 contains a large amount of white granulated sugar and honey, is easy to cause obesity, and has poor effects of clearing and moistening throat.

Effect example 1
1. Swelling test of auricle of white mouse
80 mice, male, having a body weight of 18g to 20g, were used and divided into 8 groups of 10 mice each, which were a blank group, a positive control group, examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-4.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: after xylene was applied to mouse auricles every day, each group of experimental mice was gavaged every day at a dose of 0.02mL/g for 30 days, the positive control group was administered dexamethasone at a concentration of 0.05%, the blank group was administered physiological saline, the rest were administered the throat-clearing beverages of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-4, respectively, the weight of the ear of each mouse was measured, and the average value was taken for each group.
The inhibition rate of swelling of auricle/% (blank ear weight-experimental ear weight)/blank ear weight × 100, and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Effect of throat-clearing beverages on mouse auricle swelling inhibition rate
Sample (I) | Inhibition rate of auricle swelling | Significance of |
Example 1 | 16.4% | P<0.05 |
Example 2 | 15.3% | P<0.05 |
Positive group | 21.3% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 1 | 6.21% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 2 | 4.83% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 3 | 5.17% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 4 | 3.87% | P<0.05 |
As can be seen from Table 1, in the examples 1-2, compared with the comparative examples 1-4, the lack of any one of the fructus Canarii albi, the radix scrophulariae, the chrysanthemum and the honeysuckle causes the swelling inhibition rate of the auricle of the white mouse which is the throat-clearing beverage to be reduced sharply, the effect of the inhibition rate of the throat-clearing beverage of the examples 1-2 is close to that of the dexamethasone solution, and the fructus Canarii albi, the radix scrophulariae, the chrysanthemum and the honeysuckle in the throat-clearing beverage play a synergistic effect on the throat-clearing effect.
2. Rat granuloma experiment
80 white rats, male, weighing 180 g-200 g, were divided into 8 groups of 10 rats each, each group being a blank group, a positive control group, examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-4.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the cotton balls are used as foreign bodies and implanted under the skin of the white rats, each group of white rats is subjected to intragastric administration according to the dose of 0.02mL/g every day, the experiment lasts for 30d, dexamethasone is taken as a positive control group, the concentration of the dexamethasone is 0.05%, physiological saline is taken as a blank group, the throat clearing beverages of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-4 are respectively taken as the rest of the positive control group, the weight of the cotton ball granuloma after each white rat is dried is measured, and the net dose/mg of the granuloma is the weight of the cotton ball granuloma after the white rat is dried-the weight of the original cotton ball.
Granuloma inhibition/% (net granuloma in blank group-net granuloma in experimental group)/net granuloma in blank group × 100. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 Effect of throat-clearing beverages on the rate of suppression of granuloma in mice
Sample (I) | Granuloma inhibition rate | Significance of |
Example 1 | 45.20% | P<0.05 |
Example 2 | 38.70% | P<0.05 |
Positive group | 72.45% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 1 | 18.30% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 2 | 15.02% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 3 | 16.13% | P<0.05 |
Comparative example 4 | 8.65% | P<0.05 |
As can be seen from Table 2, in the examples 1-2 and the comparative examples 1-4, the lack of any one of the fructus Canarii albi, the radix scrophulariae, the chrysanthemum and the honeysuckle causes the suppression rate of granuloma of mice as the throat-clearing beverage to be sharply reduced, the effect of the suppression rate of the throat-clearing beverage of the examples 1-2 is close to that of dexamethasone solution, and the fructus Canarii albi, the radix scrophulariae, the chrysanthemum and the honeysuckle in the throat-clearing beverage have a synergistic effect on the throat-clearing effect.
