Comparative examples 1 to 4
Comparative examples 1-4 each provide an energy-based nutrient beverage prepared in the same manner as in examples 1-5, and the raw material composition is shown in table 1.
Examples of effects
The beverages of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were distributed to 180 players, each 20 players distributing the same beverage, and the players were subjected to long-term basketball, badminton or marathon sports, drunk the distributed beverage every day during the sports, and scored for the effect of fatigue resistance 3 days after continuous sports and after drinking the beverage, on a scale of: the 9-10 points show that the anti-fatigue effect is very good, the 7-8 points show that the anti-fatigue effect is good, the 5-6 points show that the anti-fatigue effect is general, the anti-fatigue effect of the <5 points is very weak or has no anti-fatigue effect, and the higher the score is, the better the anti-fatigue effect is.
Tests have shown that the beverages of examples 1 to 5 have a very good anti-fatigue effect, whereas the beverages of comparative examples 1 to 4 have a better or more general anti-fatigue effect, which is clearly less than that of examples 1 to 5.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue energy type nutrient beverage is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of taurine, 0.3-1.8 parts of nicotinic acid, 60.04-0.16 parts of vitamin B, 0.5-4 parts of green tea extract and 1-10 parts of lemon juice.
2. The energy-based nutrient beverage of claim 1, wherein the green tea extract is in a powdered form and the lemon juice is freshly squeezed lemon juice.
3. An energy-based nutrient beverage according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-5 parts of ginseng powder.
4. An energy-based nutrient beverage according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 portions of water and 1200 portions of water.
5. An energy-based nutrient beverage according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-150 parts of sweetening agent and 3-11 parts of sour agent.
6. The energy-based nutrient beverage of claim 5, wherein the sweetener comprises white granulated sugar, the acidulant comprises citric acid and sodium citrate, and the weight ratio of citric acid to sodium citrate is citric acid: the ratio of sodium citrate is 1-5: 2-6.
7. An energy-based nutrient beverage according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-2 parts of essence.
8. A method of preparing an energy-based nutrient beverage according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
completely dissolving a sweetening agent in part of water to obtain a solution A;
completely dissolving taurine, nicotinic acid, vitamin B6, green tea extract, Ginseng radix powder, lemon juice, sour agent and essence in the rest water to obtain solution B;
and mixing the solution A and the solution B, uniformly stirring to obtain a solution C, and then fixing the volume to obtain the energy type nutrient beverage.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising the steps of: and filling the solution C, and then sterilizing.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein the temperature of the remaining water is 70 ℃.
