In some embodiments, server 110 may include a processor. The processor may process information and/or data related to the service request to perform one or more of the functions described in the present application. For example, the processor may determine a service provider based on a service request obtained from the service requester 130 to provide travel services for the user. In some embodiments, a processor may include one or more processing cores (e.g., a single core processor (S) or a multi-core processor (M)). By way of example only, the Processor may include a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), special instruction set Processor (Application Specific Instruction-set Processor, ASIP), graphics processing unit (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU), physical processing unit (Physics Processing Unit, PPU), digital signal Processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA), programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD), controller, microcontroller unit, reduced instruction set computer (Reduced Instruction Set Computing, RISC), microprocessor, or the like, or any combination thereof.
In some embodiments, the device type corresponding to the service request end 130 and the service providing end 140 may be a mobile device, for example, may include a smart home device, a wearable device, a smart mobile device, a virtual reality device, or an augmented reality device, and may also be a tablet computer, a laptop computer, or a built-in device in a motor vehicle, and so on.

One or more components in the service push system 100 may access data or instructions stored in the database 150 via the network 120. In some embodiments, the database 150 may be directly connected to one or more components in the service push system 100, or the database 150 may be part of the server 110.
The service pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the description of the service pushing system 100 shown in fig. 1.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a service pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and the method may be performed by a server 110 in the service pushing system 100. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the sequence of part of the steps in the service pushing method described in this embodiment may be interchanged according to actual needs, or part of the steps may be omitted or deleted. The detailed steps of the service push method are described as follows.
Step S210, according to travel information of the user, a target user matched with the address of the pre-stored business service point is obtained.
Step S220, the pre-stored business information is pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the target user.
When the user goes out, the user terminal, namely the service request end 130, can send out a service request by using related travel software. After receiving the service request, the server 110 performs comprehensive analysis according to the information of the user requesting the service and the information of the service provider on the platform, and provides a corresponding service provider for the user, thereby providing travel service for the user. The platform may be a travel platform provided by the server 110 based on travel software. The server 110 may obtain travel information of the user based on travel services provided to the user, which may include, for example, a travel time of the user, a travel starting point, a travel destination, a selected travel vehicle type, a travel fee, and the like.
In order to increase the service types of the travel platform, besides the above-mentioned main travel service providing, the travel platform is developed with some other service functions, such as providing car renting service, take-out service, etc., and in order to popularize the information of the developed other service functions, the travel platform may be implemented by pushing the service information to the user.
However, for a specific service function, even if pushed service information is received, a positive effect may not be generated for an ordinary user on the platform. For example, taking a car rental service as an example, for a common user, if the service information related to car rental is received, the effect achieved is that only the service information is known by the user, and because the related contacts of the common user may have few contacts needing to know the service information, even if the common user receives the service information, effective popularization of the service information is difficult to realize.
If the service information can be pushed to the related service information, such as the user related to the car rental service information, for example, the staff of the service point of the car rental service, because of the daily work relation of the staff, the related contacts of the staff have many contacts needing to know the service information or needing to request the service information. Therefore, if the service information can be accurately pushed to the staff, the accuracy of the service information pushing is greatly improved, and the beneficial effect achieved by the service pushing is improved.
Based on the above-mentioned study, in this embodiment, the address of the service point may be obtained in advance, and the service point may be a store of the car rental business or a restaurant business store. Based on the travel information of the user on the travel platform, a target user matched with the address of the business service point can be obtained. The target user may be obtained by performing address matching based on a trip starting point and a trip destination point in trip information, or may be obtained based on related information when the user logs in a trip platform. The obtained target user is the user with certain contact with the related business of the business service point. By pushing the service information to the target user, the promotion of the service information is realized by the target user, and the promotion effect can be greatly improved.
Therefore, on the basis of the method, the pre-stored service information is pushed to the user terminal corresponding to the target user, so that the service information can be promoted by the target user.
In the service pushing method provided by the embodiment, in order to improve the pushing effectiveness, a smart service pushing thought is adopted. The travel information of the user on the travel platform is utilized to discover the target user related to the related service, so that service information promotion can be performed through the target user, the accuracy of service information pushing is realized, and the effectiveness of service information promotion is improved.
In this embodiment, considering that the number of users on the travel platform is numerous, when determining the target user, some users may be able to determine the user related to the service point address based on the travel address in the travel information explicitly, and some users may have limited travel times or different travel addresses, so that it is difficult to determine the user in an address statistics manner. Therefore, in this embodiment, a scheme is designed that a part of target users are determined based on the address matching, and then other users associated with the part of target users are mined based on other information of the part of target users.
Referring to fig. 3, in the step S210, when determining the target user, the following steps may be implemented:
step S310, obtaining travel information of each registered user.
Step S320, a target address in the travel information of each user is obtained, and the user with the target address consistent with the address of the pre-stored business service point is used as a first target user.
Step S330, determining a second target user from the other users according to the login information of the first target user and the other users except the first target user.
In this embodiment, the user may register the user on the trip platform in advance, for example, the user may send the basic information of the user to the server 110 through the user terminal, and set a related user name, login password, and the like. The server 110 performs a user registration operation based on the received basic information, user name, login password, etc., and completes user registration.
The server 110 may obtain travel information of the user during the history period based on travel services provided for registered users on the travel platform. It is considered that there may be a phenomenon in which the user has changed the place of work, the time of work, etc., resulting in a large change in travel information. Therefore, in order to avoid the influence of aging of information caused by too long time on the result, the acquired travel information of the user may be travel information within a history preset period, for example, within one month of history or within two months of history, etc.
Each single trip service of the user on the trip platform comprises information such as trip starting points, trip destination points and the like. For office workers, the trip starting point and the trip destination point can often show information such as office addresses and home addresses of users. Therefore, based on matching some addresses in the travel information with the addresses of the pre-stored service points, whether the user is likely to be a staff of the service points or a user who frequently arrives at the service points can be judged. And the user which is determined based on the address in the travel information and is consistent with the address of the business service point can be used as a first target user.
For other users on the travel platform, the travel times based on the travel platform are less, and the travel addresses are different, so that some users may be staff of corresponding service points or users who frequently arrive at the service points, but the users are difficult to screen out based on travel information. Therefore, in the case where the first target user is determined as described above, the second target user can be dug out by the first target user based on the login information of the first target user and other users.
In this embodiment, since the primary purpose is to determine the user who may be the staff of the service point when determining the first target user. The staff has relative working time, and generally reaches the service point in the normal working period and leaves the service point in the normal working period. Therefore, by comparing the travel addresses of the user in the usual on-duty time period and the off-duty time period with the addresses of the service points, whether the travel information of the user is usually related to the addresses of the service points in the on-duty time period and the off-duty time period or not can be judged.
Referring to fig. 4, in the step of determining the first target user by the target address, the target address may be obtained by:
step S410, obtaining all addresses contained in the travel information of each user in the history preset period.
Step S420, extracting the address of the corresponding travel time belonging to the set period from the all addresses as the target address.
As can be seen from the above, the obtained travel information may be travel information within a history preset period, and the history preset period may be within one month of history or within two months of history. In the history preset period, the user may have a plurality of travel orders on the travel platform, and travel addresses in each travel order including a travel starting point and a travel destination may be acquired. And each travel order has corresponding travel time, including travel starting time point, travel ending time point, travel duration and the like.
In this embodiment, the usual time point of the shift up and down is exemplified by 9 am, and the time point of the shift down is exemplified by 5 pm. It should be noted that the description is merely an enumeration of the time points of the shift and the time points of the shift, and is not limited thereto, and may be set according to actual requirements at the time of implementation.
And obtaining the address of the travel time in the set period based on the travel time corresponding to the travel address of the user. As a possible embodiment, the setting period may be determined, for example, by taking an hour as a divided minimum time unit, or by taking a half hour as a divided minimum time unit, or the like. And (3) performing certain minimum time unit offset at the normal time point of going up and down to obtain a time range. For example, if the working time is 9 am, the set period may be between 8 am and 9 am, or between 7 am and 9 am, etc. without limitation. If the afternoon time is 5 pm, the set period may be between 5 pm and 6 pm, or between 5 pm and 7 pm.
The above manner of determining the set period is mainly to determine the time point of the business trip in the usual way, and because the time point of the business trip in some industries deviates greatly from the time point of the business trip in the usual way, in another implementation manner, the set period may also be determined by performing statistical analysis on all travel time of the user.
Optionally, the time points of each travel route of the user in the history preset period can be obtained, and the time points of a plurality of travel routes of the user are clustered to obtain a set period, wherein the set period is a common travel period of the user.
The scheme is based on the fact that in daily travel of a user, most travel journey is to go to work from home to on-duty point or go to home from on-duty point to off-duty point. And a minority is for example, trips, or other purposes. Thus, among the plurality of travel times, most of the travel time should be concentrated in one or two time periods. Therefore, the travel time commonly used by the user can be obtained by carrying out clustering operation on the time points of the travel routes, so that the set time period is obtained.
When determining the travel time of each travel order, the starting point of the travel route may be used as the travel time, the ending point of the travel route may be used as the travel time, or the intermediate time point between the starting point and the ending point of the travel route may be used as the travel time. Alternatively, the determination may be made separately every day in the afternoon. For example, when the user is in the middle of the day, the trip time is to determine whether the trip destination point of the user is the corresponding service point, and thus, the trip time may be the trip time at the end point of the trip. If the trip time is in the afternoon, the trip time can be the start time of the trip travel because the trip start point of the user is the corresponding service point.
Through the mode, the addresses with travel time belonging to the set period can be screened out from all the addresses in travel of the user and used as target addresses. The target user who is likely to be a worker working at the service point is determined by comparing the target address with the address of the service point.
In this embodiment, in order to further avoid that some users may have the same target address as the service point, but may be only accidental events, such as users not working personnel of the service point, but travel addresses just within a set period of time are consistent with the addresses of the service point. In order to avoid the influence of the accidental event on the result, therefore, the target address is consistent with the address of the pre-stored business service point, and the user with the trip times of the target address exceeding the preset times is used as the first target user.
The preset times may be, for example, 10 times, 15 times, etc., and specifically may be adjusted accordingly according to actual situations.
In this embodiment, considering that the mobile terminal is one of the devices indispensable in the work and life of people at present, network access is performed through the mobile terminal, and users working at the same company or the same service point may have the same network information, so the second target user may be discovered based on the determined network information of the first target user and the network information of other users on the trip platform.
Referring to fig. 5, the above step of determining the second target user according to the login information of the first target user and the other users except the first target user may be implemented by the following ways:
step S510, obtaining the work network information connected to the first target user in the login process.
Step S520, obtaining network information of other users except the first target user in the login process.
Step S530, determining a second target user from the other users according to the working network information of the first target user and the network information of the other users.
In this embodiment, the work network information of the first target user may be obtained. It should be appreciated that the first target user may not be connected to only his work site network every day, e.g. during periods of inactivity, his user terminal may be connected to his home network or to another entertainment venue network. Therefore, it is necessary to first determine the working network information of the first target user based on the network information to which the first target user is connected.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the working network information of the first target user connection may be obtained in the following manner.
Step S610, obtaining network information connected to the first target user during the login process within a history preset period.
Step S620, the network information with the largest number of connected times in the obtained network information is used as the working network information.
In this embodiment, the history preset period may be within one month of history or within two months of history, or the like. When the first target user connects to the network by using the user terminal to access the network, the network information connected to the first target user can be acquired. It is considered that in normal work, networks of workplaces to which users are connected should be more, and networks of other places should be less connected. Therefore, among the plurality of network information obtained in the history preset period, the network information whose number of times of being connected is the largest can be used as the work network information.
In addition, in order to avoid that the situation that the home network may be connected is more, the result is disturbed. Therefore, on this basis, the home network can be excluded by using the period of time when the network is connected. For example, if a network is connected during a work hours or a weekend hours, it may be determined that the network is not an operating network.
After the working network information of the first target user is determined, network information of other users except the first target user on the platform can be obtained. And comparing the network information of other users with the working network information of the first target user to find out the users connected with the same network with the first target user.
Alternatively, the network information may be WIFI network information, bluetooth network information, or the like. The WIFI network information may include, for example, a MAC address of a wireless AP (router) of the WIFI, a WIFI name, geographic location information where the WIFI is located, and so on. In this embodiment, considering that some companies may have a plurality of service points in a certain area, and network names of different service points of the same company are generally set to be the same, in order to discover other staff members of different service points, in this embodiment, the second target user may be determined by comparing the network names.
Referring to fig. 7, in particular, the second target user may be determined by the following manner.
Step S710, obtaining a working network name contained in the working network information of the first target user.
Step S720, obtaining the network names contained in the network information of the other users.
Step S730, determining that the other user with the same corresponding network name as the working network name is the second target user.
In this embodiment, the network name of the service point is generally named by the name of its company or its related shorthand. Therefore, if the network name connected to the other users is the same as the first target user, it indicates that the corresponding other users may be staff members of the service point or users who are often at the service point.
To further exclude that it may be that the user is occasionally at the service point and thus connects to a network that has the same network name as the first target user. Thus, referring to FIG. 8, the second target user may be determined in such a way as to avoid this occasional situation affecting the result:
step S810, searching other users with the corresponding network names identical to the working network names.
Step S820, counting the times of connecting the network with the same name of the working network in the history preset period by the user terminal corresponding to the other searched user.
In step S830, if the number of connection times exceeds the preset number of times, it is determined that the other user is the second target user.
In this embodiment, if the network name of the network connected to the other user is the same as the working network name of the first target user, the number of times that the network with the same network name is connected in the history preset period, for example, within one month of the history or within two months of the history, may be further counted. If the number of connections is high, it may be determined that the user is highly likely to be a worker of the corresponding service point, and the user who only occasionally arrives at the corresponding service point is excluded.
By the above method, in the case that the service points are multiple, other second target users which are not the same service point can be determined by the network name comparison method. If it is desired to discover other second target users located at the same service point as the first target user based on the determined first target user, this can be achieved in the following manner.
In this embodiment, the travel range area may be divided into a plurality of sub-areas in advance, and the travel range area may be, for example, an area in one city, an area in one county, or other areas divided in a certain manner. The division of the subareas can be performed in a grid mode, the specific number of the subareas is not limited, and the subareas can be divided according to requirements. In order to divide different service points into different subareas, the size of the subareas can be divided into smaller areas, so that the service points can be conveniently corresponding to the subareas.
And the obtained working network information also comprises a first sub-region to which the address of the user terminal of the first target user belongs when the user terminal of the first target user is connected with the working network through the network geographic information of the first target user when the first target user is connected with the network.
On the basis, a second sub-area of the address of the user terminal corresponding to other users on the travel platform when the user terminal is connected with the network can be obtained. And searching other users with the corresponding network names identical to the working network names of the first target users and the second subarea identical to the first subarea.
That is, the second target user determined based on the above manner is a user who is connected to the same network name as the first target user and belongs to the same sub-area.
According to the business pushing method provided by the embodiment, the first target user of the working point located at the business service point is determined based on the travel address in the travel information of the user. And then according to the network information connected by the user, a second target user which is possibly different from the first target user or is the same service point of the same company is discovered through the first target user. By pushing the service information to the first target user and the second target user, the service information is promoted by the first target user and the second target user, so that the purposes of accurately pushing the service information and improving the promotion effectiveness can be achieved.
