Detailed Description
Some embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, a "module" or "processor" may include hardware, software, or a combination of both. A module may comprise hardware circuitry, various suitable sensors, communication ports, memory, may comprise software components such as program code, or may be a combination of software and hardware. The processor may be a central processing unit, microprocessor, image processor, digital signal processor, or any other suitable processor. The processor has data and/or signal processing functionality. The processor may be implemented in software, hardware, or a combination thereof. Non-transitory computer readable storage media include any suitable medium that can store program code, such as magnetic disks, hard disks, optical disks, flash memory, read-only memory, random-access memory, and the like. The term "a and/or B" denotes all possible combinations of a and B, such as a alone, B alone or a and B. The term "at least one A or B" or "at least one of A and B" means similar to "A and/or B" and may include only A, only B, or both A and B. The singular forms "a", "an" and "the" may include the plural forms as well.
In the field of online shopping technology, the conventional method for generating an electronic purchase order firstly acquires the commodity information (including but not limited to the quantity and specification of the commodity quantity) in the shopping cart, and then generates the electronic purchase order according to the acquired commodity information. However, this method cannot generate an electronic purchase order when it detects that the goods are out of stock (for example, the goods lack the current specification or the number of the goods filled in the shopping cart is larger than the stock quantity of the commercial quantity). In contrast, the user can only communicate with the commodity seller to confirm the solution, which seriously affects the shopping experience of the user and further reduces the data generation and processing efficiency of the online shopping service.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a data processing scheme of the present invention will be specifically described by taking an example of performing specific service data generation, such as order generation processing of a commodity, on data of a commodity selected by a user on an online shopping platform, so as to explain how the specific service data generation processing of the present invention is implemented.
In this example, the commodity demand and the commodity state information of the commodity can be specified according to the shopping request, whether an abnormal commodity which cannot meet the corresponding commodity demand exists or not can be judged, and then a commodity order is generated by adopting different methods according to the judgment result. Specifically, if the abnormal commodity is detected, processing scheme prompt information (including but not limited to a reason that the abnormal commodity cannot meet the requirement of the corresponding commodity and one or more abnormal commodity solutions) can be output and first feedback information of the processing scheme prompt information is acquired, then order generation scheme prompt information is output and second feedback information of the order generation scheme prompt information is acquired, and finally the commodity order is generated according to the abnormal commodity solution specified by the first feedback information and the order generation scheme specified by the second feedback information. If the abnormal commodity is not detected, the commodity order and the corresponding expense payment information can be directly generated according to the commodity requirements of all the specified commodities, so that the user can pay the expense according to the expense payment information to complete commodity ordering. Based on the above steps, in this embodiment, when an abnormal commodity which cannot meet the corresponding commodity requirement is detected, an output prompt of the abnormal commodity processing scheme and an output prompt of the order generation scheme may be performed, so that the user may select a specific abnormal commodity processing scheme and an order generation scheme according to the prompt information, and further generate a commodity order according to the abnormal commodity processing scheme and the order generation scheme selected by the user.
In an example of an application scenario of the present invention, a user adds a product a and a product B to a shopping cart after searching the online shopping platform, wherein the number of the product a is 5 and the number of the product B is 10, and then the user initiates a shopping request by clicking an order generation control on the online shopping platform. According to the order generation method of the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the current shopping request, the commodity requirements (the quantity of the commodity A and the commodity B) of the commodity A and the commodity B specified in the shopping request and the commodity state information (the stock quantity of the commodity A and the commodity B) of the commodity A and the commodity B on the online shopping platform are obtained, wherein the stock quantity of the commodity A and the stock quantity of the commodity B are both 5. And judging that the commodity B is an abnormal commodity which cannot meet the corresponding commodity requirement according to the commodity requirements and the commodity state information of the commodity A and the commodity B. And outputting processing scheme prompt information of the commodity B to enable a user to select a solution of the commodity B after judging that the commodity B is an abnormal commodity, outputting order generation scheme prompt information to enable the user to select an order generation scheme, and finally generating a commodity order according to the solution and the order generation scheme selected by the user. The reason why the abnormal commodity in the processing scheme prompt information cannot meet the corresponding commodity requirement is that the quantity of the commodity B required is larger than the quantity of the inventory of the commodity B, the abnormal commodity solution in the processing scheme prompt information comprises two solutions, and the solution 1 is to adjust the delivery date of the commodity B so that the seller of the commodity B can have time to replenish the inventory in a mode of prolonging the delivery date to meet the commodity requirement of the commodity B. The solution 2 is to send the commodity requirement of the commodity B to a preset commodity processing server to respond to the abnormal commodity processing request of the user and output the corresponding commodity processing result. Specifically, the commodity processing service personnel can communicate with the seller of the commodity B to confirm the solution according to the commodity requirement of the commodity B received by the commodity processing service terminal, and enter the corresponding commodity processing result in the commodity processing service terminal according to different solution results (success or failure). The order generation scheme prompt information comprises prompt information of two generation schemes, wherein the generation scheme 1 is to generate an order of the commodity A and corresponding expense payment information according to the commodity A so that a user can pay for the commodity A according to the expense payment information to order the commodity A, and generate an order of the commodity B according to a solution of the commodity B, namely, the commodity A meeting the commodity requirement is ordered first, and then whether the commodity B is ordered continuously or not is determined according to an execution result of the solution of the commodity B. The generation scheme 2 is to generate an order according to the commodity demand of the commodity A, the commodity demand of the commodity B and the solution, namely to decide whether to order the commodity A and the commodity B simultaneously according to the execution result of the solution of the commodity B.
Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating the main steps of an order generation method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, taking data processing of online shopping as an example, the order generation method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring the object requirement and the object state information of the specified object of the current object selection request.
The object requirement refers to relevant information of objects to be selected, such as commodities in an online shopping platform, specified in an object selection request, such as a shopping request. Object requirements include, but are not limited to: the objects are the quantity, the specification, the color and the like of the commodities in the online shopping platform.
The commodity state information in the object such as the online shopping platform refers to the inventory information of the object specified by the object selection request on the online shopping platform to which the object belongs. The commodity status information includes, but is not limited to: the specification, color and other attribute information of the commodity, and the inventory quantity of the commodity corresponding to each attribute information.
Step S102: and judging whether an abnormal object which cannot meet the requirement of the corresponding object exists or not according to the information. Specifically, if it is determined that there is an abnormal object, go to step S103; if it is determined that there is no abnormal object, the process goes to step S106.
An example is as follows: if the required quantity of the article a specified in the shopping request is 10 and the stock quantity of the article a is 5, it can be determined that the article a is an abnormal article.
Step S103: and outputting processing scheme prompt information corresponding to the abnormal object and acquiring first feedback information of the processing scheme prompt information.
The processing scheme prompt information in this embodiment may include a reason why the abnormal object cannot meet the requirement of the corresponding object and one or more abnormal object solutions. The first feedback information of the processing scheme prompt information may include identification information of an abnormal object solution selected by the user to be used when the object order is generated, so that the corresponding abnormal object solution may be obtained according to the identification information in the subsequent object order generation step.
In one embodiment, the solution of the abnormal object may include adjusting a shipping date of the abnormal object and/or sending an object requirement of the abnormal object to a preset object processing server, so as to respond to an abnormal object processing request of a user and output a corresponding object processing result.
The preset object processing server is a device capable of performing data communication with a device for executing the order generation method according to the embodiment of the present invention, and the object processing server is capable of receiving and displaying an object requirement of an abnormal object output by the "device for executing the order generation method according to the embodiment of the present invention", so that an object processing service person can communicate with a seller of a related object according to the object requirement displayed by the object processing server to confirm a solution, and enter a corresponding object processing result in the object processing server according to different solution results (success or failure). Further, the object processing server can send the object processing result to the "apparatus for executing an order generating method according to the embodiment of the present invention" after receiving the object processing result, so that the "apparatus for executing an order generating method according to the embodiment of the present invention" can continue to execute subsequent order generating operation steps. In one embodiment, the preset object processing server may include a computer device such as a server.
Step S104: and outputting the prompt information of the order generation scheme and acquiring second feedback information of the prompt information of the order generation scheme.
In this embodiment, the order generation scheme prompt information may include prompt information of a plurality of order generation schemes, and the second feedback information of the order generation scheme prompt information may include identification information of an order generation scheme selected by the user to be used when the object order is generated, so that a corresponding order generation scheme may be obtained according to the identification information in a subsequent object order generation step.
In one embodiment, the order generation plan prompt message may include a prompt message of the first order generation plan and a prompt message of the second order generation plan.
The specific scheme of the first order generation scheme is as follows: the method comprises the steps of respectively obtaining an object selection request such as a shopping request, designating an abnormal object and a non-abnormal object (an object meeting the corresponding object requirement) in an object such as a commodity, generating a first object order according to the object requirement and a solution of the abnormal object, and generating a second object order and corresponding expense payment information according to the object requirement of the non-abnormal object. In other words, the non-abnormal object is selected first, such as ordering non-abnormal goods, and then whether the abnormal object is selected or not, such as ordering abnormal goods, is determined according to the execution result of the abnormal object solution.
The specific scheme of the second order generation scheme is as follows: and respectively acquiring an object selection request such as a shopping request to specify an abnormal object and a non-abnormal object in the object such as a commodity, and generating a third object order according to the object demand and the solution of the abnormal object and the object demand of the non-abnormal object. In other words, an object order is generated according to the related information of the abnormal object and the non-abnormal object, and then whether all objects are selected, such as ordering all commodities, is determined according to the execution result of the abnormal object solution.
Step S105: and generating an object order according to the abnormal object solution specified by the first feedback information and the order generation scheme specified by the second feedback information.
An example is as follows: if the required quantity of the item a specified in the shopping request is 5, the required quantity of the item B is 10, and the stock quantities of both the item a and the item B are 5, it can be determined that the item B is an abnormal item. Further, it can be determined through steps S103 and S104 that the abnormal product solution of the product B is adjustment of the shipment date of the abnormal product, and the order generation solution is the first order generation solution. Then, a commodity order can be generated according to the information as follows: firstly, a commodity order and expense payment information of the commodity A are generated according to the required quantity and unit price of the commodity A, and the commodity order can be finished after a user finishes expense payment according to the expense payment information. Then, the delivery date in the abnormal product solution of the product B is obtained, and the product order of the product B is generated according to the delivery date and the required quantity of the product B.
In one embodiment, the execution feedback information of the abnormal object solution in the current commodity order may be acquired and displayed after the object order is generated, so that the user can know in time which processing process the abnormal object solution is currently in according to the execution feedback information.
An example is as follows: and if the abnormal object solution is to send the object requirement of the abnormal object to a preset object processing server so as to respond to the abnormal object processing request of the user and output a corresponding object processing result. Then, the processing procedure of the exception object solution may be, in order: the user submits an application, the object processing service personnel confirm, the object processing service personnel process and the user confirms to finish. For each processing process of the abnormal object solution, corresponding execution feedback information can be acquired and displayed, so that a user can know the processing state of the abnormal object in time.
In one embodiment, after the abnormal object solution is executed, whether the related abnormal object is still an object that cannot meet the corresponding commodity requirement may be determined again, and then the fee payment information may be selectively generated according to the determination result, so that the user may select the fee payment completion object according to the fee payment information. Specifically, whether the execution of the abnormal object solution is completed may be determined according to the execution feedback information of the abnormal object solution in the current object order. After judging that the abnormal object solution is executed, re-acquiring the object requirement and the object state information of the related abnormal object, and judging whether the abnormal object is still an object which can not meet the corresponding object requirement according to the object requirement and the object state information; and if the abnormal object is still the object which can not meet the requirement of the corresponding object, outputting reminding information so that the user can reselect the object. And if the abnormal object can meet the corresponding object requirement, generating the payment information according to the object requirement of each object in the current object order (the first object order or the third object order).
An example is as follows: if the required quantity of the item a specified in the shopping request is 5, the required quantity of the item B is 10, and the stock quantities of both the item a and the item B are 5, it can be determined that the item B is an abnormal item. Further, it may be determined through steps S103 to S105 that the currently generated commodity order includes both an order of commodity a and an order of commodity B, where the abnormal commodity solution in the order of commodity B is to adjust the shipment date of commodity B. When the time reaches the time specified by the delivery date, the execution feedback information of the abnormal commodity solution can be received, and the abnormal commodity solution can be judged to be executed completely according to the execution feedback information. In this case, the required quantity and the stock quantity of the article B are retrieved, where the required quantity is 10 and the stock quantity is 15. Therefore, the inventory quantity of the commodity B can be judged to meet the required quantity, so that the expense payment information of the order of the commodity B can be generated, and the user can pay the expense according to the expense payment information to complete the order of the commodity B.
Step S106: and directly generating an object order and corresponding expense payment information according to the object requirements of all the specified objects, so that the user can pay the expense according to the expense payment information to complete the selection of all the objects.
In the embodiment of the invention, when detecting abnormal goods which can not meet the requirements of corresponding objects such as goods, the output prompt of the abnormal goods processing scheme and the output prompt of the order generation scheme can be carried out, so that a user can select a specific abnormal goods processing scheme and an order generation scheme according to the prompt information, and further generate goods orders according to the abnormal goods processing scheme and the order generation scheme selected by the user.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing embodiments describe each step in a specific sequence, those skilled in the art will understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present invention, different steps do not necessarily need to be executed in such a sequence, and they may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in other sequences, and these changes are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, the invention also provides an order generating device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a main block diagram of an order generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, taking data processing of online shopping as an example, the order generating device in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes an object information obtaining module 11, an abnormal object determining module 12, a first order generating module 13, and a second order generating module 14. In some embodiments, one or more of the object information acquiring module 11, the abnormal object judging module 12, the first order generating module 13, and the second order generating module 14 may be combined together into one module. In some embodiments, the object information obtaining module 11 may be configured to obtain the object requirements of the current object selection request specified object and the object status information. The abnormal object determination module 12 may be configured to determine whether there is an object that cannot satisfy the object requirement according to the object requirement and the object status information corresponding to each object; if yes, executing a first order generation module 13; if not, the second order generation module 14 is executed. The first order generation module 13 may be configured to output processing scheme prompt information corresponding to the abnormal object and acquire first feedback information of the processing scheme prompt information, then output order generation scheme prompt information and acquire second feedback information of the order generation scheme prompt information, and generate the object order according to the abnormal object solution specified by the first feedback information and the order generation scheme specified by the second feedback information. The second order generation module 14 may be configured to generate the object order and corresponding payment information directly from the object requirements of all specified objects. In one embodiment, the description of the specific implementation function may refer to steps S101 to S106.
