The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an interviewing method, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s100: acquiring the interview time period distribution information, determining the interview time period information according to the interview time period distribution information, and updating the interview time period distribution information.
S200: acquiring the interviewer recommendation information, and determining the interviewer staff information according to the interviewer recommendation information and the interview time period information.
S300: acquiring interview score information and interviewer evaluation information in an interview time period corresponding to the interview time period information; determining recruitment result information according to the interview score information; and updating the interviewer recommendation information according to the interviewer evaluation information.
After S100, the system acquires the interview time period distribution information and recommends the interview time period distribution information to a candidate using the system, the candidate selects a certain interview time period included in the interview time period distribution information, and the system determines to obtain the selected interview time period information. Since one interview period is selected from the interview period distribution information acquired by the system, the interview period distribution information is updated by the system and is called new interview period distribution information to be provided to another candidate.
After the interview time period information is determined, according to the interview officer recommendation information, which interview officer specifically interviews in the interview time period corresponding to the interview time period information is determined, and therefore interview activities are arranged. The interview result is correspondingly generated in the interview activity and is represented by two items, wherein one item is the interview score given to the candidate by the interviewer, namely the interview score information, and the other item is the impression score of the candidate to the interviewer, namely the interviewer evaluation information. And processing the interview score information to obtain whether the candidate is enrolled or not, namely determining the recruitment result information. And updating the interviewer recommendation information by the system according to the interviewer evaluation information to determine the next interview work arrangement of the interviewer.
The interview method provided by the disclosure can provide user selection according to interview time period distribution information, automatically update the interview time period distribution information and continuously provide an optimal interview time period selection scheme for candidates. In addition, interviewer staff information is determined according to interviewer recommendation information obtained by automatic analysis of the system and selected interview time period information, and data corresponding to the interviewer recommendation information is updated according to interview results obtained after interviewing so as to prepare for subsequent interview arrangement, so that centralized and efficient interview arrangement is realized, the labor intensity of human resource workers is effectively reduced, and the efficiency of recruitment work is improved.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of obtaining the interview period allocation information, which is mentioned in S100, as shown in fig. 2, specifically includes:
s110: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of interview arrangement information, wherein the interview arrangement information comprises interview time period information, interview officer number and candidate number in an interview time period corresponding to the interview time period information. After the interview is started, the relevant personnel initially confirm the interview work schedule, how many interviewers and how many candidates are scheduled in a certain period of time.
S120: and determining the priority weight information of each interview arrangement information according to the preset evaluation relation information of the number of interviewees and the number of candidates.
After receiving the interview notification, the candidate is informed to the system to select a specific interview time period, and at the moment, the system can recommend the most appropriate time period for the candidate according to the actual situation. And evaluating interview time periods corresponding to all interview time period information in the interview arrangement information according to the preset evaluation relation information to correspondingly obtain an evaluation value. The preset evaluation relationship information may be specifically expressed by the following formula (1):
Figure BDA0002588030580000061
s130: and sequencing the interview arrangement information according to the priority weight information, and determining interview time period distribution information. And (3) obtaining an evaluation value of each interview time period according to the formula (1), and then sequencing according to the size to determine interview time period distribution information which is provided for a candidate to choose.
Specifically, in one implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, determining interview period information and updating the interview period allocation information according to the interview period allocation information, as shown in fig. 3, includes:
s131: and acquiring interview arrangement information selected by the user according to the interview time period distribution information, and determining interview time period information in the selected interview arrangement information. The user selects one piece of interview scheduling information according to the interview time period distribution information recommended by the system, so that the interview time period when the user conducts interview is specifically determined, namely the specific interview time period of the candidate.
S132: and updating the number of interviewees and the number of candidates in the interview period corresponding to the interview period information according to the determined interview period information so as to determine updated interview period distribution information. After the candidate determines the interview time period information, the interview time period information in the selected interview arrangement information in the interview time period distribution information is occupied, and the number of interviewees and the number of candidates in the interview arrangement information are correspondingly updated. Accordingly, the interview period assignment information can be updated accordingly, and the updating can be performed in the manner described above.
Possibly, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of acquiring the interviewer evaluation information in the interview period corresponding to the interview period information included in S200 specifically includes, as shown in fig. 4:
s210: and acquiring the interview score information of all candidates given by one interviewer in the ith round, and determining the evaluation score information of all the candidates in the ith round. Each candidate may be faced with multiple rounds of interviews, each round of interview corresponding to an interview time period and corresponding to at least one interviewer. The ith round may be the first round, possibly the second round, where i is a positive integer. Each round of interviewing is equivalent to different interviewing work for the same candidate, the candidate can obtain the interviewing result given by the interviewer in each round of interviewing, and correspondingly, the interviewer who performs the interviewing is also evaluated.
S220: and determining the interview fitting degree information of the ith round according to the preset interview fitting relation information. The preset interview fit relationship is the post matching degree evaluation determined according to a preset algorithm and related to the interview score given by the interviewer, namely the fit degree of the candidate to a certain post. The preset interview matching relationship can be expressed as formula (2) as follows:
Figure BDA0002588030580000071
formula (2) wherein SiThe score of each round of interview of the candidate,
Figure BDA0002588030580000072
the evaluation scores of all the candidates in the ith turn of the position are
Figure BDA0002588030580000073
S230: and acquiring experience scoring information for the interviewer, which is given by all the candidates in the ith round. The candidate feeds back the experience score of the interviewer after the interview is finished, and the scoring range is A: 0 to 100 minutes.
S240: and determining interviewer evaluation information according to the interview fitting degree information and the experience grading information of the ith round. The experience scoring information of the candidate can influence the evaluation of the interviewer, and further influence the interview fit information of the interview, and the interview fit information is obtained by combining the experience scoring information and the previous interview fit information, wherein the specifically adopted algorithm is formula (3):
Figure BDA0002588030580000081
specifically, in an implementation manner of the foregoing embodiment, obtaining experience score information for an interviewer given by all candidates in the ith round includes:
and taking the average value of the plurality of individual test scores as experience scoring information according to the plurality of individual test scores aiming at the interviewer given by all candidates in the ith round. That is, a applied to formula (3) is an average value obtained from candidate evaluation scores obtained from experience scoring information obtained from all interviews in which a certain interviewer participates.
Possibly, in another embodiment of the present disclosure, the updating the interviewer recommendation information according to the interviewer evaluation information, which is included in S300, as shown in fig. 5, includes:
s310: and acquiring the number information of interview scenes of the interviewer in a preset time period. Once the interview is scheduled, the interviewer is scheduled for the candidate who has been registered, and the system can acquire the number Y of interviews that the interviewer will participate in within a certain period of time, that is, the information of the number of interviews.
S320: and determining the idle time factor of the interviewer according to the interview field number information. The number of interviews information includes the number of interviews, i.e., Y mentioned in S310, the expected time of interviews, so that the free time factor α of the interviewer can be determined, i.e., the vacancy degree of the interviewer can be evaluated, according to a specific free time algorithm. This particular idle time algorithm may specifically employ equation (4):
Figure BDA0002588030580000082
formula (4), wherein Y is the number of interview sessions contained in the interview session number information of the interviewer within the preset time period.
S330: and determining new interviewer recommendation information according to the idle time factor and the interviewer evaluation information. And (3) combining the free time factor of the interviewer and interviewer evaluation information obtained by the candidate who has been interviewed before with the interviewer evaluation information, obtaining a comprehensive score for the interviewer according to a formula (5), obtaining the comprehensive scores of all the interviewers in the mode, and sequencing the comprehensive scores of all the interviewers to obtain new interviewer recommendation information. Wherein the formula (5) is specifically:
Figure BDA0002588030580000083
the factor that most influences the recommendation degree of the interviewer in the interviewer recommendation information is still the idle time factor, that is, the idle degree of the interviewer is large during a certain interview time period.
Possibly, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of determining the recruitment result information according to the interview score information, which is included in S300, specifically includes:
and acquiring the interview score information of each round of interview of each candidate, and determining the interview total score information of each candidate. Then, the total score information of all the candidates is sorted, and the order achievement sequence is determined. And determining the information of the recruitment result according to the preset sequence and the interview result sequence. Whether the candidate can be logged can be determined, the total scores of interviews obtained by all the candidates can be sorted from high to low directly according to the scoring conditions of interviews of all the candidates in all rounds, a plurality of candidates in the top of the interview score sequence are selected according to the post demand, and the candidate passing the interview is selected, namely the information of the candidate result is determined. Of course, the final recruitment result information may also be determined by using the interview contact information or interviewer evaluation information mentioned in the foregoing embodiments, and the method is similar to the method using the interview total score information and is not described in detail.
In another possible embodiment of the disclosure, the step of determining the recruitment result information based on the interview score information further comprises:
the interview score information of a plurality of rounds of interviews of a candidate is obtained, and interview deviation information of the candidate is determined. And if the interview deviation information is larger than a preset value, determining candidate rechecking information. The system analyzes the interview scores of the candidates participating in the interview to obtain the interviewers deviating from the preset value, so that the fact that the interviews of the candidates are possible to be unaffiliated in the interview process is judged, and therefore the candidates need to be checked again. And after candidate rechecking information is obtained according to a preset checking algorithm, the system pushes the rechecking information to human resource workers so as to determine the follow-up recruitment work. In this embodiment, the checking algorithm may specifically adopt formula (6):
Figure BDA0002588030580000091
specifically, when the calculated F is larger than 0, the system automatically pushes the resume of the candidate and the information obtained in the interview already interviewed to the relevant recruiting staff for the recruiting staff to review, checks whether the interview deviation occurs in a certain round of interview on the candidate, calibrates the interview result, and improves the accuracy of the interview.
