Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a cell pasting method which is applied to a user terminal. The method comprises the following steps: and determining copied target information and a pasting area, wherein the pasting area comprises at least one empty cell. And pasting the target information to the empty cells in the pasting area. In the scheme provided by the application, the target information is only pasted to the empty cells in the pasting area, and the target information is not pasted to the non-empty cells in the pasting area, so that the original information of the non-empty cells in the pasting area is reserved, and the user experience is improved.
A cell pasting method provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the specific steps are as follows:
The pasting area comprises at least one empty cell, and the positions of the cells in the pasting area are continuous.
In the embodiment of the application, the user terminal can display the spreadsheet to be processed, the user can input the selection instruction of the target cell to the user terminal, and correspondingly, the user terminal can determine the target cell in the spreadsheet according to the selection instruction. Then, the user may input a copy instruction to the user terminal, and accordingly, after receiving the copy instruction, the user terminal may use the information of the target cell as the copied target information. The information of the target cell may include the content in the target cell and the format of the target cell. For example, a user may select a target cell in the spreadsheet with a mouse, and after selecting the target cell, the user may input a copy instruction to the user terminal by clicking a copy button, and accordingly, after receiving the copy instruction, the user terminal may use information of the target cell as copied target information.
The user can input a selection instruction of the pasting area to the user terminal, and correspondingly, the user terminal can determine the pasting area according to the selection instruction. For example, a user may drag and select an area containing an empty cell to be pasted by a mouse, where the cell positions in the area selected by the user are continuous. The user terminal may drag the selected area by the user through the mouse as the paste area. When the number of the empty cells needing to be pasted is multiple and the empty cells needing to be pasted are distributed in different rows and different columns, a user drags the selected area through a mouse to include the non-empty cells needing not to be pasted, namely the pasting area includes the non-empty cells needing not to be pasted. The pasting region may be as shown in fig. 2, the positions of the cells in the pasting region are continuous, and the pasting region includes non-empty cells and empty cells containing the letter "a".
In the embodiment of the application, a user can input a paste instruction to the user terminal, and correspondingly, after the user terminal receives the paste instruction, the user terminal can determine the empty cells in the paste area and paste the target information to the determined empty cells. For example, a user may click a paste button displayed by the user terminal, and when the user terminal detects that the user clicks the paste button, the user terminal may determine, for each cell in the paste area, whether the cell is an empty cell, and if the cell is an empty cell, store an identifier of the cell, for example, store location information of the cell. The user terminal may then determine the empty cells in the paste area based on the stored identity of the cells. Further, the user terminal can paste the object information onto the empty cell. For example, if the target information is the letter "B" included in the cell and the pasted area is as shown in fig. 2, the pasted area after pasting is as shown in fig. 3, the empty cell is filled with the letter "B", and the letter "a" in the non-empty cell in the pasted area is retained.
Therefore, only the target information is pasted to the empty cells in the pasting area, and the target information is not pasted to the non-empty cells in the pasting area, so that the original information of the non-empty cells in the pasting area is reserved, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the specific process of pasting the target information to the empty cell in the pasting area may be: judging whether each cell in the pasting area is an empty cell or not; and if the cell is an empty cell, pasting the target information to the cell.
In the embodiment of the application, a user can input a paste instruction to the user terminal, and correspondingly, after receiving the paste instruction, the user terminal can sequentially perform the following processing on each cell in the paste area: and judging whether the cell is an empty cell or not, and pasting the target information to the cell if the cell is the empty cell.
Optionally, before pasting the target information onto the empty cell in the pasting region, the user terminal determines whether the copied target information is cell information, so as to prevent non-cell information from being pasted onto the empty cell in the pasting region. The specific process is as follows: judging whether the copied target information is cell information or not; if the copied target information is information of a cell, a step of pasting the target information onto an empty cell in the pasting region is performed.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can input the paste instruction to the user terminal, and correspondingly, after the user terminal receives the paste instruction, the user terminal can judge whether the copied target information is the information of the cell. If the copied target information is the cell information, the user terminal executes a step of pasting the target information onto the empty cell in the pasting area; and if the copied target information is not the information of the cell, displaying first indication information by the user terminal, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating that the copied target information is not the information of the cell. For example, if the copied target information is a picture, the user terminal may determine that the target information is not cell information, and the user terminal may display the first indication information. In this way, it is possible to prevent non-cell information from being pasted into an empty cell of the pasted area.
In the scheme provided by the application, the target information is only pasted to the empty cells in the pasting area, and the target information is not pasted to the non-empty cells in the pasting area, so that the original information of the non-empty cells in the pasting area is reserved, and the user experience is improved.
