Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of multi-cloud management, in particular to a virtual machine list generation method and device and electronic equipment.
Background
With the continuous development of cloud computing technology, compared with cloud services provided by a single cloud service provider, a user tends to prefer to use the cloud services provided by a plurality of cloud service providers at the same time, and a multi-cloud management platform is developed for better managing the cloud services provided by different cloud service providers.
Aiming at cloud services provided by different cloud service providers, a multi-cloud management platform can manage the cloud services by accessing virtualization platforms provided by different cloud service providers, and the cloud services provided by different cloud service providers are mainly realized by virtual machines, namely different types of virtual machines are created according to different requirements of users, so that the users can check the states of the virtual machines provided by the cloud service providers through the multi-cloud management platform in order to enable enterprises to better manage the cloud services.
For an OpenStack (open protocol stack) type virtualization platform, a multi-cloud management platform may request the virtualization platform to acquire a virtual machine list including a task _ state, where the task _ state may include multiple task intermediate states, when a virtual machine task is to create a virtual machine, in a process of creating the virtual machine, a task intermediate state where the virtual machine to be created is in creation, and when the virtual machine task is to migrate the virtual machine, in a process of migrating the virtual machine, a task intermediate state where the virtual machine in the migration is in migration. And further, when the user uses the multi-cloud management platform to check the state of the virtual machine, the user can know the task intermediate state of the virtual machine at the same time.
For other types of virtualization platforms, the virtual machine list obtained by the multi-cloud management platform requesting the virtualization platform only contains virtual machine information before the virtual machine task is executed, for example, for a Vmware (virtual machine) type virtualization platform, the virtual machine list obtained in the process of creating a virtual machine does not contain the virtual machine in the creation process, and for example, for a virtual machine in the migration process, in the virtual machine list obtained in the virtual machine migration process, the virtual machine information of the virtual machine in the migration process is still the virtual machine information before the migration.
The inventor finds that the prior art at least has the following problems in the process of implementing the invention:
the virtual machine list which is requested to be acquired by the multi-cloud management platform from a part of virtualization platforms only contains virtual machine information before the execution of the virtual machine tasks, so that the virtual machine information in the virtual machine list acquired by the multi-cloud management platform is inaccurate and incomplete.

Detailed Description
In order to provide a more accurate and more comprehensive implementation scheme for the virtual machine information in the obtained virtual machine list, embodiments of the present invention provide a method, an apparatus, and an electronic device for generating a virtual machine list, and the following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings of the specification. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a system diagram of a multi-cloud management platform includes: the cloud management system comprises a multi-cloud management platform, a virtualization platform and a cloud pool, wherein the cloud pool comprises a virtual machine.
In an actual use process, the number of the virtualization platforms connected with the multi-cloud management platform can be multiple, the multi-cloud management platform directly faces to a user, and the user can manage cloud services provided by different cloud service providers through the multi-cloud management platform, such as cloud service opening, cloud service closing, cloud service modification and the like.
Because the cloud services provided by the cloud service providers are all realized on the basis of the virtual machines, the process that the user manages the cloud services through the multi-cloud management platform can be understood as that the user manages the virtual machines of different cloud service providers through the multi-cloud management platform, for example, "turning on the cloud services" can be understood as creating the virtual machines, and "turning off the cloud services" can be understood as deleting the virtual machines.
A simple interaction scenario for opening a cloud service is: the method comprises the steps that a user executes cloud service opening operation on a multi-cloud management platform, and virtual machine information (CPU (Central Processing Unit) model, memory size, hard disk size and the like) of a virtual machine to be created is configured.
In the prior art, after receiving a virtual machine information viewing operation, a multi-cloud management platform may send a virtual machine list acquisition request to a virtualization platform, where the virtualization platform collects information of each virtual machine in a cloud pool based on the received virtual machine list acquisition request, generates a virtual machine list, and feeds the virtual machine list back to the multi-cloud management platform, and the multi-cloud management platform displays the received virtual machine list.
The contents of the virtual machine lists fed back by different types of virtualization platforms are different, for an OpenStack type virtualization platform, the virtual machine list fed back by the OpenStack type virtualization platform comprises a task _ state column which can be used for displaying the task intermediate state of the virtual machine, and for other types of virtualization platforms, the virtual machine list fed back by the OpenStack type virtualization platform does not contain the task intermediate state of the virtual machine, so that the virtual machine information in the virtual machine list displayed by the cloud management platform is inaccurate and incomplete.
In the embodiment of the invention, the multi-cloud management platform can record the task information of the unprocessed and completed virtual machine task through the virtual machine task table, after the virtual machine list fed back by the virtualization platform is received, the task intermediate state of the virtual machine represented by the task information can be determined based on the task information of the unprocessed and completed virtual machine task, and finally the task intermediate state of the virtual machine is added into the virtual machine list, so that the displayed virtual machine information in the virtual machine list is more accurate and comprehensive.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual machine list generating method is provided, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201: when receiving a virtual machine information viewing operation, acquiring a virtual machine list at the current moment as an initial virtual machine list, wherein the initial virtual machine list is used for recording the virtual machine information of the currently existing virtual machine.
S202: and determining the task intermediate state of the virtual machine aiming at the virtual machine represented by the task information based on the task information of the unprocessed completed virtual machine task recorded in the current virtual machine task table, wherein the task intermediate state is matched with the task information.
S203: and adding the determined task intermediate state of the virtual machine into the initial virtual machine list to obtain a virtual machine list of which the recorded virtual machine information contains the task intermediate state.
In the method for generating a virtual machine list as shown in fig. 2 provided in an embodiment of the present invention, when a virtual machine information viewing operation is received, an initial virtual machine list at a current time is obtained, and based on task information of an unprocessed completed virtual machine task recorded in a current virtual machine task list, a task intermediate state of a virtual machine is determined for the virtual machine represented by the task information, and the determined task intermediate state of the virtual machine is added to the initial virtual machine list, so as to obtain a virtual machine list in which the recorded virtual machine information includes the task intermediate state.
The virtual machine list generation method shown in fig. 2 may be applied to a multi-cloud management platform or a cloud management platform.
For the above S201, in an embodiment, a main interface displayed by the multi-cloud management platform includes a picture control corresponding to each cloud service provider, and a user can enter a cloud service management interface of the cloud service provider represented by the icon control through the icon control.
In one embodiment, the multi-cloud management platform may send a virtual machine list acquisition request to the virtualization platform, and the virtualization platform may collect information of each virtual machine in the cloud pool based on the received virtual machine list acquisition request to obtain a virtual machine list, and feed back the virtual machine list to the multi-cloud management platform.
In an embodiment, the virtual machine list may be used to record virtual machine information of a currently existing virtual machine, where the virtual machine information may include information such as a virtual machine name, a virtual machine identifier, a virtual machine CPU usage, and a virtual machine memory usage, and optionally, the virtual machine information recorded in the virtual machine list is more critical information in the information that can be acquired by the virtual machine, or information that briefly reflects the virtual machine usage.
For the above S202, the task intermediate state of the virtual machine may be determined based on the task information of the unprocessed completed virtual machine task recorded in the virtual machine task table.
In an embodiment, the virtual machine task may be a virtual machine creation task, a virtual machine migration task, a virtual machine deletion task, a virtual machine configuration modification task, and the like, and optionally, the task information of the virtual machine task may be a task identifier of the virtual machine task and a task type of the virtual machine task, where the task type may be creation, deletion, migration, and the like. Optionally, the task information may further include a virtual machine identifier of the virtual machine represented by the task information. When the virtual machine task is a virtual machine creation task, it can be understood that the virtual machine represented by the task information of the virtual machine creation task does not actually exist in the process of creating, and therefore, the task information may not include a virtual machine identifier, or the task identifier of the virtual machine creation task may be used as the virtual machine identifier of the virtual machine to be created, or a random virtual machine identifier may be allocated to the virtual machine identifier.
In one embodiment, the task intermediate state is matched with the task information, for example, when the task information is task information of a task created by the virtual machine, the task intermediate state matched with the task information may be a creating state, when the task information is task information of a task migrated by the virtual machine, the task intermediate state matched with the task information may be a migrating state, and when the task information is task information of a task deleted by the virtual machine, the task intermediate state matched with the task information may be a deleting state. Optionally, the task intermediate state matched with the task information may be determined based on the task type in the task information, and for example, if the task type is creation, the task intermediate state matched with the task information to which the task type belongs is creation intermediate state. Optionally, the task information may include a task intermediate state matched with the task information.
In S203, the initial virtual machine list records virtual machine information of a currently existing virtual machine, and in S202, the virtual machine indicated by the task information of the virtual machine task that is currently not completed and the task intermediate state of the virtual machine have already been determined, so that the virtual machine can be searched in the initial virtual machine list, and the task intermediate state of the virtual machine can be added to the initial virtual machine list. When the task information contains a virtual machine identifier, a virtual machine represented by the task information can be searched in an initial virtual machine list through the virtual machine identifier, and then a task intermediate state of the virtual machine is added.
Optionally, the virtual machine state of the virtual machine may be updated by using the determined task intermediate state of the virtual machine in the initial virtual machine list.
At this time, a virtual machine status bar exists in the virtual machine category, and before updating, the virtual machine status bar may be empty, or may be used to record a resource usage state and a performance state of the virtual machine, such as sufficient resources, resource saturation, failure, health, and the like, and optionally update the content of the virtual machine status bar using the determined inter-task state of the virtual machine.
Illustratively, the initial virtual list is obtained as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Virtual machine state |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | Health care |
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | Health care |
At the present moment, the virtual machine 2 executes the virtual machine migration task, and the task intermediate state is the migration intermediate state, and then after the update, the obtained virtual machine information includes a virtual machine list of the task intermediate state as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Virtual machineName (R) | Virtual machine identification | Virtual machine state |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | Health care |
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | In migration |
Optionally, it can be seen that a column is added in the category of the virtual machines to record the determined task intermediate state of the virtual machine, and still taking the above example as an example, the obtained virtual machine list is as shown in table 3:
TABLE 3
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Virtual machine state | Task intermediate state |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | Health care
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | Health care | In migration |
In another embodiment of the present invention, a virtual machine task recorded in a virtual machine task table is a create virtual machine task, a virtual machine indicated by task information is a virtual machine to be created, and a task intermediate state is a state in the process of creating, at this time, a virtual machine list generating method is further provided to implement step S203, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s301: and acquiring pre-configured virtual machine information pre-configured for the virtual machine to be created.
In this step, the virtual machine task is a virtual machine creation task, and the pre-configured virtual machine information pre-configured for the virtual machine to be created has been received before the multi-cloud management platform requests the virtualization platform to acquire the virtual machine list, for example, a user may select a CPU model, a memory size, a hard disk size, an existence duration, and the like of the virtual machine.
In one embodiment, the preconfigured virtual machine information may exist in the form of a configuration form, and optionally, the preconfigured virtual machine information may be obtained by reading the configuration form.
In one embodiment, the preconfigured virtual machine information may be information required for a list of virtual machines in the preconfigured virtual machine information. Illustratively, the preconfigured virtual machine information includes a CPU model, a memory size, a hard disk size, and a lifetime, and the virtual machine list only needs the CPU model, so the preconfigured virtual machine information may be the CPU model.
S302: adding a state in the process of creation in the information of the pre-configured virtual machine to obtain the information of the virtual machine to be created; or setting the virtual machine state in the pre-configured virtual machine information as the creating state to obtain the virtual machine information of the virtual machine to be created.
In this step, optionally, when the virtual machine state that can be updated exists in the preconfigured virtual machine information, the virtual machine state in the preconfigured virtual machine information may be set to the state in creation, or the state in creation may be added to the preconfigured virtual machine information.
S303: and adding virtual machine information of the virtual machine to be created in the initial virtual machine list.
In this step, when the virtual machine information of the virtual machine to be created does not include the virtual machine identifier, the virtual machine information may be directly added to the initial virtual machine list.
Illustratively, the initial virtual list is obtained as shown in table 4:
TABLE 4
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Memory size | State of health |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | 4G | Health care |
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | 8G | Health care |
When the memory size included in the virtual machine information of the virtual machine to be created is 4G, the name of the virtual machine to be created is virtual machine X, and the task intermediate state is the creating state, the virtual machine information is determined by updating the virtual machine state in the preconfigured virtual machine information to be the creating state, and at this time, the obtained virtual machine list including the task intermediate state is as shown in table 5:
TABLE 5
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Memory size | State of health |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | 4G | Health care |
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | 8G | Health care |
Virtual machine X | Is free of | 4G | In creation |
Or, the virtual machine information is determined by adding the created state to the preconfigured virtual machine information, and at this time, the obtained virtual machine list including the task intermediate state is as shown in table 6:
TABLE 6
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Memory size | Virtual machine state | Task intermediate state |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | 4G | Health care
Virtual machine 2 | 226xxx56 | 8G | Health care
Virtual machine X | Is free of | 4G | In creation |
In an embodiment, in the above table, in the newly added virtual machine information, a Task identifier (Task _ ID) of a virtual machine creation Task may be added to the table as a virtual machine identifier, and an obtained virtual machine list is as shown in table 7:
TABLE 7
Virtual machine name | Virtual machine identification | Memory size | Virtual machine state | Task intermediate state |
Virtual machine 1 | 556xxx54 | 4G | Health care
