Abstract

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for copying cell contents in an electronic form, and an electronic device.
Background
Spreadsheets are an important component in office software that provides powerful computing power, data screening, graphics tools, and the like. In applications, users often need to copy cell content in a spreadsheet to other software.
In the related art, after a user selects a target cell, by clicking a copy button in an electronic form interface, the content of the target cell may be written into a clipboard in a preset format, and then, the content of the target cell may be pasted from the clipboard to a target location of the electronic form or other target software as needed, so as to perform a subsequent operation.
In the method, the format of the target cell content written into the clipboard is preset, and when a user performs a copying operation, the format of the target cell content written into the clipboard cannot be set according to the own needs, namely, the content copying format cannot be set, so that when the target cell content is pasted in some target software, the target cell content cannot be pasted according to the own needs, and therefore, the user experience is poor.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for copying cell contents in a spreadsheet according to an embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes the following steps:

Referring to fig. 6, if the user wants to obtain the text format content, after selecting the target cell, the user needs to select the content in the target cell again, copy the content, and paste the copied content into the chat interface of the WeChat or QQ.
In addition, in the prior art, when the content of the target cell is a numerical value calculated by a formula with respect to the electronic table shown in fig. 7, the method shown in fig. 6 is adopted at this time, and the obtained numerical value is not a numerical value obtained after the formula calculation, but the specific content of the formula itself can be seen in fig. 8.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can select the target content copy format according to the own needs, for example: an instruction may be given to copy the target cell content in a plain text format, after receiving the user's copy instruction, the target cell content is written to the clipboard in the plain text format, after which, when the user needs to be in other software, for example: when the target cell content is used in the WeChat chat interface, the target cell content in the format of the plain text, such as the text of "a method for copying the cell text" in fig. 4 or "4002717710" in the table of fig. 7, can be pasted to the chat interface, and then can be sent to other people after being edited. Therefore, the problems that the content cannot be edited, the flow is wasted, the content is displayed in an unclear way and the like caused by the fact that the target cell content can only be pasted in a picture format in the prior art are avoided.

6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the format obtaining module comprises: the first copy instruction receiving sub-module and the first format obtaining sub-module;
the first copying instruction receiving sub-module is used for receiving a copying instruction given by a user in a mode of clicking a preset shortcut key of a keyboard; wherein each preset shortcut key of the keyboard corresponds to a content copying format;
the first format obtaining sub-module is configured to obtain a content copy format corresponding to the preset shortcut key of the keyboard as a target content copy format.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the format obtaining module comprises: the first menu display instruction receiving sub-module, the first copying format selection menu display sub-module and the second format obtaining sub-module;
the first menu display instruction receiving sub-module is used for receiving a first menu display instruction given by a user by clicking a preset icon arranged on one side of a copy button in the electronic form interface;
the first copy format selection menu display sub-module is used for displaying a first copy format selection menu, and the first copy format selection menu comprises a plurality of format buttons for representing different content copy formats;
the second format obtaining sub-module is used for taking the content copy format corresponding to the format button clicked by the user as the target content copy format.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the format obtaining module comprises: the second menu display instruction receiving sub-module, the second copying format selection menu display sub-module and the third format obtaining sub-module;
the second menu display instruction receiving sub-module is used for receiving a second menu display instruction given by a user by clicking a preset icon arranged on one side of a copy button in the electronic form interface;
the second copy format selection menu display sub-module is used for displaying a second copy format selection menu, wherein the second copy format selection menu comprises a plurality of content copy formats and selection boxes corresponding to each copy format;
the third format obtaining sub-module is configured to use a content copy format corresponding to one or more selection boxes selected by a user as a target content copy format.
