Description

Paint solid color rapid display method and system
Technical Field
The application relates to a method and a system for quickly displaying solid paint colors.
Background
Most of paints used in daily life are water-based paints, the colors displayed by the paints are greatly different from the colors after painting and drying before the paints are painted and dried, in addition, the current paint selection mode is to prepare a plurality of color cards, customers select from the color cards, and then sellers of the paints perform color paint blending operation according to color paste proportion or experience. However, even though all vendors are considered to have experienced a good experience, the colors of the finally prepared paint and the color card are greatly different, which is mainly due to the large and complicated changes of the paint during the drying process, the color which is basically consistent with the color of the color card in a wet state can be prepared, and the finally displayed color of the paint and the color card are greatly different after the paint is dried. Secondly, the color cards are printed matters, the surfaces of the printed matters are fine, and the surfaces of the coatings are rough. Moreover, the ink used by the color block of the color card is oily, while the paint color paste is aqueous, and the color forming mode is different. Therefore, the color of the color card and the color of the paint after being blended by adding the color paste are different from each other, and the displayed color of the paint after being painted on a wall and dried is always different.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the substrate is absorbent paper.
Preferably, the absorbent paper comprises a surface layer, a ventilation layer is arranged below the surface layer, and a plurality of ventilation channels are arranged in the ventilation layer.
Preferably, the ventilation layer comprises a water-absorbent resin layer attached to the surface layer and a support layer arranged below the water-absorbent resin layer, and the resin in the water-absorbent resin layer is discontinuously arranged to form ventilation channels among the resins; the support layer comprises a plurality of parallel folds, and a water-absorbent resin layer which is discontinuously arranged is formed by water-absorbent resin in the folds.
Preferably, the absorbent paper is prepared by the following method: taking a supporting surface evenly distributed with parallel wrinkles, placing the wetted supporting paper on the supporting surface, closely attaching the supporting paper to the supporting surface, then coating water-absorbent resin particles on the supporting paper and leveling the supporting paper to ensure that no water-absorbent resin particles basically exceed the high points of the supporting paper, finally compounding surface layer paper, then performing pressing operation and drying to obtain a substrate, wherein the supporting paper forms a supporting layer, and the surface layer paper forms a surface layer; at the parallel pleats relative to the support face, the support and facing sheets are in direct contact to form the vent channels. The utility model provides a breather layer that water-absorbing resin formed so sets up of water-absorbing paper, on the one hand strengthens the circulation of air, when absorbing water, also promotes the evaporation of moisture, and on the other hand is for making the resin layer form certain elasticity, forms local negative pressure under the pressure of mopping for moisture in the water paint absorbs as fast as possible, and makes the moisture absorption have the directionality, reduces the halos dyeing phenomenon, with the effect that improves the lacquer true color and show as far as.
On the other hand, this application still discloses a lacquer true color fast display system, includes: a plurality of containers for holding water-based paints of different colors; and the substrate is used for bearing the water-based paint taken out of the container and enabling the water-based paint to be rapidly filmed and developed.
This application can bring following beneficial effect:
1. the water-based paint is placed on the water-absorbing substrate, so that the moisture is quickly removed, the film forming speed of the paint is improved, the film forming operation of the paint can be completed in a relatively short time, and the color development is the real color of the paint after painting, so that the color deviation of the paint relative to a color card or wet paint in the paint selecting process can be avoided, and the aim of selecting the paint which is obtained in what you see is achieved is fulfilled;
2. the water-absorbing paper is provided with the ventilation layer formed by the water-absorbing resin, on one hand, the ventilation is enhanced, the water evaporation is promoted while the water is absorbed, on the other hand, the local negative pressure is formed under the pressure of painting in order to enable the resin layer to form certain elasticity, so that the water in the water-based paint is absorbed as fast as possible, the water absorption has directionality, the halation phenomenon is reduced, and the real color display effect of the paint is improved as much as possible;

Therefore, when the water absorption capacity is too large, the paint is not favorable for displaying solid color due to rapid water removal, and the time for the paint to pass is longer; however, as can be seen from 10 to 12, the water-absorbent resin with interval distribution is not excellent in water absorption, but is rather advantageous for fast display of the solid color of the paint, presumably because the water in the paint is moved laterally and then moved into the resin during the display of the solid color, and is directly removed in 12, which affects the display effect of the solid color of the paint.
In a second embodiment, a solid color fast display system comprises: a plurality of containers for holding water-based paints of different colors; and the substrate is used for bearing the water-based paint taken out of the container and enabling the water-based paint to be rapidly filmed and developed.
The paint in each container corresponds to a fixed allocation mode, so that the allocation is convenient for technicians; for paint selection personnel, a more effective substrate can be determined in the embodiment, the selected water-based paints are taken out of the containers and are coated on the substrate, the colors displayed when the water-based paints are used can be obtained after a certain time, the paint selection personnel select one of the displayed real colors and correspond to the corresponding container, and then the technician performs color configuration according to the corresponding formula of the container, so that the paint selection accuracy of the paint selection personnel is ensured, and the paint matching accuracy of the technician is also ensured.
The above are merely examples of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
