Abstract

According to the method, the water-based paint is placed on the water-absorbing substrate, the moisture is removed quickly, the film forming speed of the paint is improved, the film forming operation of the paint can be completed within a relatively short time, the color development is the real color of the paint after being coated, the color deviation of a color card or wet paint in the paint selecting process can be avoided, and the purpose of what you see is what you get paint selecting is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to a method and a system for quickly displaying solid paint colors.
Background
Most of paints used in daily life are water-based paints, the colors displayed by the paints are greatly different from the colors after painting and drying before the paints are painted and dried, in addition, the current paint selection mode is to prepare a plurality of color cards, customers select from the color cards, and then sellers of the paints perform color paint blending operation according to color paste proportion or experience. Preferably, the ventilation layer comprises a water-absorbent resin layer attached to the surface layer and a support layer arranged below the water-absorbent resin layer, and the resin in the water-absorbent resin layer is discontinuously arranged to form ventilation channels among the resins; the support layer comprises a plurality of parallel folds, and a water-absorbent resin layer which is discontinuously arranged is formed by water-absorbent resin in the folds.
Preferably, the absorbent paper is prepared by the following method: taking a supporting surface evenly distributed with parallel wrinkles, placing the wetted supporting paper on the supporting surface, closely attaching the supporting paper to the supporting surface, then coating water-absorbent resin particles on the supporting paper and leveling the supporting paper to ensure that no water-absorbent resin particles basically exceed the high points of the supporting paper, finally compounding surface layer paper, then performing pressing operation and drying to obtain a substrate, wherein the supporting paper forms a supporting layer, and the surface layer paper forms a surface layer; at the parallel pleats relative to the support face, the support and facing sheets are in direct contact to form the vent channels. Detailed Description

12, taking a flat supporting surface, placing the wetted supporting paper on the supporting surface, closely attaching the supporting paper to the supporting surface, coating water-absorbent resin particles on the supporting paper, leveling to ensure that no water-absorbent resin particles exceed the high points of the supporting paper, compounding surface paper, pressing and drying to obtain a substrate, wherein the supporting paper forms the supporting layer, and the surface paper forms a surface layer;
comparative examples, 13 to 15, the comparative material selected was absorbent paper, and the water absorption capacity and transverse water absorption of the above materials were measured, and specific measurement parameters are shown in Table 1, and the total thickness of the above substrate was about 2 mm.

In a second embodiment, a solid color fast display system comprises: a plurality of containers for holding water-based paints of different colors; and the substrate is used for bearing the water-based paint taken out of the container and enabling the water-based paint to be rapidly filmed and developed.
The paint in each container corresponds to a fixed allocation mode, so that the allocation is convenient for technicians; for paint selection personnel, a more effective substrate can be determined in the embodiment, the selected water-based paints are taken out of the containers and are coated on the substrate, the colors displayed when the water-based paints are used can be obtained after a certain time, the paint selection personnel select one of the displayed real colors and correspond to the corresponding container, and then the technician performs color configuration according to the corresponding formula of the container, so that the paint selection accuracy of the paint selection personnel is ensured, and the paint matching accuracy of the technician is also ensured.

the ventilation layer comprises a water-absorbent resin layer which is attached to the surface layer and a supporting layer which is arranged below the water-absorbent resin layer, and the resin in the water-absorbent resin layer is discontinuously arranged to form ventilation channels among the resin; the support layer comprises a plurality of parallel folds, and a water-absorbent resin layer which is discontinuously arranged is formed in the folds by the water-absorbent resin.
2. The method for fast displaying solid paint colors according to claim 1, wherein: the substrate has a water uptake of 30 to 150g water per 100g substrate.
3. The method for rapidly displaying solid paint color according to claim 1, wherein: the substrate has a transverse water absorbency of not less than 5mm/100 s.
