In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the latticed steel member 22 includes reinforcing bars 221 forming a latticed structure and steel plates 222 fixed at four corners of the latticed structure, intersections of the reinforcing bars 221 and connection portions of the reinforcing bars 221 and the steel plates 222 are fixed by welding, and the mounting holes 4 are provided on the steel plates 222; the concrete slab 21 is provided with second through holes 24 at four corners thereof, the second through holes 24 are coaxially arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first through holes 12, the whole body is used as the preformed holes 5, and the mounting holes 4 are coaxially communicated with the preformed holes 5 in one-to-one correspondence.
Preferably, the steel plate 222 is circular, and has a thickness of 1mm to 10mm and a diameter of 30mm to 300mm, and the through hole (i.e., the mounting hole 4) of the steel plate 222 has a diameter of 2mm to 50 mm.
Preferably, the boundary of the decorative plate 11 of the decorative surface layer 1 is inwards contracted by 2-20 mm relative to the boundary of the concrete plate 21 of the concrete layer 2, the design can reduce the loss caused by collision of the decorative surface in the transportation process of the finished plate, and a space for punching joint glue is reserved at the joint after the finished plate is assembled.
The heat preservation layer 3 is used as the innermost layer of the heat preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 and mainly plays a role in heat preservation, the thickness of the heat preservation plate 31 of the heat preservation layer 3 needs to meet certain heat preservation requirements, and the thickness of the heat preservation plate 31 is preferably 30mm-220 mm. The insulation board 31 may be made of insulation material such as extruded polystyrene board, foamed polystyrene board or rock wool board.
A plurality of dovetail grooves 32 are formed on one side surface of the heat insulation plate 31 of the heat insulation layer 3 at intervals, and the dovetail grooves 32 are used for being matched and embedded with the dovetail protrusions 23 arranged on one side surface of the concrete slab 21 (forming the matched dovetail protrusions 23 in the concrete pouring process) so as to strengthen the binding force between the heat insulation layer 3 and the concrete layer 2.

Preferably, the material of the heat preservation portion 72 of the insertion block 7 may be the same as or different from the material of the heat preservation plate 31, and the thickness of the heat preservation portion 72 is determined according to the size of the space in the preformed hole 5 when the heat preservation and decoration integrated wall plate 01 is installed, and is preferably 5mm-100 mm.
In order to conveniently manufacture the heat-insulating and decorating integrated wallboard 01, the insertion blocks 7 are used for completely plugging the reserved holes 5 as far as possible after installation, and the grid-shaped steel member 22 preferably has a structure that the steel bars 221 are located in the concrete layer 2 (the concrete slab 21), and the steel plates 222 are located on the connecting surface between the concrete layer 2 and the heat-insulating layer 3. The diameter of the mounting hole 4 (through hole of the steel plate 222) is smaller than the diameter of the prepared hole 5.
After the installation, adopt the shutoff of block 7 with the preformed hole 5 of decorating integration wallboard 01 that keeps warm for the surface of the decoration portion 71 of block 7 and the surface parallel and level of architectural surface 1 are inserted, and the joint department of decorating between portion 71 and the architectural surface 1 applies paint with the sealing coating of the same colour with architectural surface 1, in order to compromise the aesthetic property. The residual space in the preformed hole 5 of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 can be inserted with the insert block 7 with the heat-preservation material, so that the cold and hot bridge phenomenon can be avoided in the installed heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01.
Heat preservation and decoration integrated outer wall structure
The heat-preservation and decoration integrated wall board 01 can be installed on a structural wall body 02 of a building (for example, an assembly type building) through an installation component to serve as a heat-preservation and decoration wall board, so that a heat-preservation and decoration integrated outer wall structure is formed.
The mounting member is used for fixing the heat preservation and decoration integrated wall board 01 on the structural wall body 02, in the embodiment, the mounting member comprises a screw (such as a dovetail), 9 and an expansion pipe 8, the head of the expansion pipe 8 is placed in the fixing hole 6 of the structural wall body 02, the tail of the screw 9 is larger than the aperture of the mounting hole 4 of the latticed steel member 22, the head of the screw 9 penetrates through the mounting hole 4 of the latticed steel member 22, extends into the expansion pipe 8 and is in threaded connection with the expansion pipe 8, and the tail of the screw 9 abuts against the outer side (namely the side adjacent to the decoration layer 1) of the latticed steel member 22, so that the latticed steel member 22 of the heat preservation and decoration integrated wall board 01 is fixedly fixed with the structural wall body 02.
The expansion pipe 8 is shown in fig. 8 and comprises an expansion sleeve 81 and an expansion core 82, wherein the expansion sleeve 81 is of a cylindrical structure, and the head end of the expansion sleeve 81 is provided with a plurality of slots; the expansion core 82 is a conical structure with a round hole inside, and the hole wall of the round hole is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the screw 9. When the expansion core head is installed, one end with a thinner outer diameter of the expansion core head 82 is arranged at the head end slot of the expansion sleeve 81, one end with a thicker outer diameter of the expansion core head 82 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing hole 6 of the structural wall 02, the tail part of the expansion sleeve 81 penetrates through the heat insulation plate 31 of the heat insulation and decoration integrated wall plate 01 and is abutted against the steel plate 222 of the latticed steel member 22, the head part of the screw 9 sequentially penetrates through the preformed hole 5, the mounting hole 4 and the heat insulation layer 3, is inserted into the expansion sleeve 81 and is in threaded connection with the expansion core head 82, the screw 9 is screwed to enable the expansion core head 82 to move towards the tail part of the expansion sleeve 81, so that the head end slot of the expansion sleeve 81 is propped by the expansion core head 82, the head end of the expansion sleeve 81 is opened and is extruded and fixed with the inner wall of the fixing hole 6 of the structural wall 02, because the tail part, the tail part of the screw 9 is abutted against the outer side of the steel plate 222 of the latticed steel member 22, so that the latticed steel member 22 and the structural wall 02 are firmly fixed; the inserting block 7 is inserted into the preformed hole 5, the joint of the inserting block 7 and the decorative surface layer 1 is coated with sealing coating with the same color as that of the decorative surface layer 1, and the joints between the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboards 01 are filled with sealant.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the mounting member comprises a screw (e.g., a dovetail) 9 and an internally threaded tube 100 pre-embedded in the fixing hole 6 of the structural wall, the tail of the screw 9 has a size larger than the bore diameter of the mounting hole 4 of the latticed steel member 22, wherein the head of the screw 9 passes through the mounting hole 4, is inserted into the internally threaded tube 100 and is threadedly connected with the internally threaded tube 100, and the tail of the screw 9 abuts on the latticed steel member 22.
The heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 is firmly fixed on the structural wall body 02 through the screws 9 and the matching of the expansion pipes 8 or the mounting members of the internal threaded pipes 100, so that the process of additionally manufacturing the hanging plate keel on the structural wall body 02 is omitted, and labor and materials are saved.
Method of producing a composite material
The heat-insulation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 can be directly installed on a structural wall 02, particularly on a structural wall of an assembly building to form a heat-insulation and decoration integrated outer wall structure. The construction method of the heat-insulation and decoration integrated outer wall structure comprises the following construction operations:
firstly), according to design requirements, a preset position on a structural wall 02 is provided with a fixing hole 6;
secondly), prefabricating the heat-insulation and decoration integrated wallboard 01, and enabling the mounting hole 4 of the heat-insulation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 to be matched with the fixing hole 6.
The heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 is manufactured on a board bottom plate mold, and the board bottom plate mold is a common prefabricated wallboard manufacturing template. One of the manufacturing methods of the heat-insulating and decorating integrated wallboard 01 is to adopt a pouring method based on the template, the method comprises sequentially placing decorative plate 11 of decorative surface layer 1, preformed hole mold 20, net-shaped steel member 22, preformed cushion block 30 and heat insulation plate 31 of heat insulation layer 3 on a plate bottom plate mold, the preset thickness of the reserved hole mold 5 and the reserved cushion block 6 is basically consistent with that of the concrete layer 2, the steel plate 222 of the net-shaped steel member 22 is arranged at the top of the reserved hole mold 20, so that the mounting hole 4 in the steel plate 222 is aligned with the reserved hole mold 20, the periphery of the decorative plate 11 and the heat insulation plate 31 are sealed and fixed to form a pouring space, concrete is poured into the pouring space from the exhaust hole 33 which is arranged in advance in the heat insulation plate 31, the decorative plate 11 and the heat insulation plate 31 are fixedly combined into a whole through the concrete layer 2 which is formed by curing and solidifying concrete, and the light cement-based composite slat 01 is obtained after demolding. The specific operation is as follows:
11) placing the decorative plate 11 and the preformed hole mold 20: placing a decorative plate 11 with downward decorative patterns on a plate bottom plate mould, and then placing a preformed hole mould 20 with a mould release agent coated on the surface at a first preformed hole 12 of the decorative plate 11, wherein the shape and the size of the section of the preformed hole mould 20 are matched with the shape and the size of the section of the first preformed hole 12;
12) placing the latticed steel member 22: referring to fig. 10, the designed latticed steel member 22 is placed above the decorative plate 11 such that the steel plates 222 of the latticed steel member 22 are placed on the top end of the prepared hole mold 20, and a certain distance is reserved between the steel bars 221 and the decorative plate 11 (the steel bars 221 and the steel plates 222 are not on the same plane);
13) placing the reserved cushion block 30: placing reserved cushion blocks 30 with preset height values on the decorative plate 11 at intervals, wherein the reserved cushion blocks 30 are made of the same material as the concrete plates 21 of the concrete layer 2, so as to ensure that the concrete layer 2 has the same expansion coefficient;
14) pretreatment of the heat preservation plate 31: a plurality of exhaust holes 33 are punched at intervals on the heat insulation board 31, one side where a dovetail groove 32 of the heat insulation board 31 is located is placed on a steel plate 222 on a reserved cushion block 30 and a reserved hole die 20 (the steel plate 222 is located on the connecting surface of the heat insulation layer 3 and the concrete layer 2), the periphery between the heat insulation board 31 and the decorative board 11 is sealed by using templates, the heat insulation board 31 is firmly fixed, and a filling space is formed between the heat insulation board 31 and the decorative board 11.
15) Pouring concrete: concrete (preferably aerated concrete) is poured into the pouring space from the exhaust holes 33 in the middle area of the heat insulation board 31, and is vibrated (the side edges are hammered by rubber hammers after the mold is fixed) until the pouring space between the decorative board 11 and the heat insulation board 31 is filled with the concrete, so that the concrete layer 2 is formed.
16) And (3) plugging the exhaust holes 33 of the insulating layer 3: referring to fig. 11, the exhaust holes 33 are cleaned, and the heat insulation blocks 34 matched with the exhaust holes 33 are plugged into the exhaust holes 33 of the heat insulation plate 31, wherein the heat insulation blocks 34 and the heat insulation plate 31 are made of the same material and have the same thickness.
17) And (3) curing and removing the mold to complete the manufacture of the light cement-based composite ribbon board 01.
Another manufacturing method of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 is a pouring method based on a plate bottom plate mold, the method comprises the steps of sequentially placing a decorative plate 11, a reserved hole mold 20, a net-shaped steel member 22 and a reserved cushion block 30 of a decorative surface layer 1 on the plate bottom plate mold, wherein the reserved hole mold 5, the reserved cushion block 6 and a concrete layer 2 are basically consistent in preset thickness, placing a steel plate 222 of the net-shaped steel member 22 on the top of the reserved hole mold 20 to enable a mounting hole 4 in the steel plate 222 to be aligned with the reserved hole mold 20, blocking and fixing the periphery of the decorative plate 11 to form a pouring area, pouring concrete from the upper side to the pouring area, placing and pressing a heat-preservation plate 31 with a preset exhaust hole 33 on the concrete until the heat-preservation plate 31 is in contact with the steel plate 222 on the reserved hole mold 20, and solidifying the concrete layer 2 formed by curing and solidifying the concrete to solidify the decorative, and demolding to obtain the heat-insulating and decorating integrated wallboard 01. The specific operation is as follows:
21) placing the decorative plate 11 and the preformed hole mold 20: placing a decorative plate 11 with downward patterns on a plate bottom plate mould, and then placing a preformed hole mould 20 with a mould release agent coated on the surface at a first preformed hole 12 of the decorative plate 11, wherein the shape and the size of the cross section of the preformed hole mould 20 are matched with the shape and the size of the cross section of the first preformed hole 12;
22) placing the latticed steel member 22: placing the designed latticed steel member 22 above the decorative plate 11, so that the steel plate 222 of the latticed steel member 22 is placed at the top end of the preformed hole mold 20, and a certain distance is reserved between the steel bar 221 and the decorative plate 11;
23) placing the reserved cushion block 30: placing reserved cushion blocks 30 with preset height values (namely the thickness of the concrete layer 2) on the decorative plate 11 at intervals, wherein the reserved cushion blocks 30 are made of the same material as the concrete plates 21 of the concrete layer 2 so as to ensure that the concrete layer 2 has the same expansion coefficient; the periphery of the decorative plate 11 is sealed and fixed to form a pouring space.
24) Pouring concrete: pouring concrete into the pouring area from the upper part, vibrating the concrete, hammering the side edge by using a rubber hammer after the mould is fixed, and vibrating until the concrete submerges the reserved cushion block 30 and reaches a preset height (for example, 10-20 mm beyond the top of the reserved cushion block 30); then, the heat insulation plate 31 provided with the exhaust holes 33 in advance is placed on the upper portion of the concrete and pressed until the heat insulation plate 31 is in contact with the steel plate 222 on the preformed hole die 20, the concrete is cured and solidified to form a concrete layer 2, and the decorative plate 11 and the heat insulation plate 31 are fixedly integrated.
25) And demolding to obtain the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01.
The manufacturing method of the heat-insulation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 further comprises the following steps:
manufacturing an insert block 7: the decoration part 71 is made of the same material as the decoration plate 11, the heat preservation part 72 is made of the same material as the heat preservation layer 3, and then the decoration part 71 and the heat preservation part 72 are firmly bonded by building glue. The insertion block 7 is inserted into the preformed hole 5 and used for plugging the preformed hole 5 after the light cement-based composite slat 01 is installed on a structural wall.
And thirdly), selecting a mounting component matched with the fixing hole 6 and the prefabricated heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard for use, wherein the mounting component penetrates through the mounting hole 4, one end of the mounting component extends into and is fixed in the fixing hole 6 of the structure wall body 02, and the other end of the mounting component is abutted against the network-shaped steel member 22, so that the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard is connected and fixed with the structure wall body 02.
The mounting components are screws 9 and expansion pipes 8 matched with the mounting holes 4 and the fixing holes 6, and the specific mounting process is as follows:
location heat preservation decorate integration wallboard 01: according to design requirements, a fixing hole 6 is arranged at a preset position (namely the position for installing the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01) on the structural wall body 02, and a screw 9 matched with the fixing hole 6 and the size of an installation hole 4 (through hole of a steel plate 222) of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 is selected; selecting an expansion pipe 8 with the size matched with that of the screw 9, placing the thin end of the expansion core print 82 at the head of the expansion pipe 82, exposing the wide end of the expansion core print 82 out of the expansion pipe 82, and then inserting the head of the installed expansion pipe 8 into the fixing hole 6 to enable the wide end of the expansion core print 82 to be placed at the bottommost part of the fixing hole 6; then, one side where the heat preservation layer 3 of the heat preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 is located is tightly attached to the structural wall 02, the mounting holes 4 of the heat preservation and decoration integrated wallboard 01 are aligned with the fixing holes 6 of the structural wall 02 one by one, and the tail of the expansion pipe 8 penetrates through the heat preservation plate 31 to abut against the steel plate 222 of the latticed steel member 22.
And (3) fixing the screws: the selected screws 9 matched with the expansion pipes 8 sequentially penetrate through the mounting holes 4 and the heat insulation layer 3 of the heat insulation and decoration integrated wall board 01, are inserted into the expansion sleeve 81 and are in threaded connection with the expansion core heads 82, the expansion core heads 82 move towards the tail part of the expansion sleeve 81 under the action of the screws 9 by continuously screwing the screws 9, the head end slots of the expansion pipes 81 are propped open by the expansion core heads 82 until the head ends of the expansion sleeve 81 and the inner wall of the fixing hole 6 of the structural wall 02 are extruded and fixed, and the tail parts of the screws 9 abut against the outer sides of the steel plates 222 of the latticed steel members 22.
Plugging the insert block: the insert blocks 7 are sequentially inserted into the preformed holes 5 of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wall board 01, the heat-preservation parts 72 of the insert blocks 7 are trimmed to enable the decoration parts 71 of the insert blocks 7 and the outer surfaces of the decoration surface layers 1 to be in the same plane, and sealing paint with the same color as that of the decoration surface layers 1 is coated on the joint positions of the decoration parts 71 of the insert blocks 7 and the decoration plates 11 of the decoration surface layers 1.
Sealing the abutted seams: and (5) pouring sealant into the abutted seams 10 between the heat-insulation and decoration integrated wallboards 01 to complete the installation of the heat-insulation and decoration integrated external wall structure.
Obviously, the sequence of the operation processes of screw fixation, insert block plugging and seam sealing is not limited, the insert block plugging operation and the seam sealing operation can be performed in a unified manner after all the heat preservation and decoration integrated wall boards 01 are fixed on the structural wall body 02 (namely after the screw fixation operation is completed), the insert block plugging and the seam sealing operation can also be performed alternately in the process of the screw fixation operation of the heat preservation and decoration integrated wall boards 01, and the sequence of the insert block plugging and seam sealing operation is not limited.
The invention also provides another installation process of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated external wall structure, wherein installation components in the installation process are the screws 9 and the internal threaded pipes 100 which are matched with the installation holes 4 and the fixing holes 6, and the construction method is different from the construction method in that in the method, the expansion pipes 8 can replace the common internal threaded pipes 100, the internal threaded pipes 100 are pre-embedded into the fixing holes 6 at preset positions of the structural wall body 02 during the construction of the structural wall body 02, the screws 9 are matched with the internal threaded pipes 100, and when the screws 9 are fixed, the screws 9 only need to sequentially penetrate through the reserved holes 5, the installation holes 4 and the heat-preservation layers 3 of the heat-preservation and decoration integrated wall plate 01, be inserted into the internal threaded pipes 100 and are fixed with the internal threaded pipes 100 in a threaded manner until the tail parts of the screws 9 abut against the outer sides of the steel plates 222 of. In the method, the positions of the fixing holes 6 of the structural wall body 02 are fixed, the corresponding heat-preservation and decoration integrated wall boards 01 need to be selected according to the distribution of the fixing holes 6 of the structural wall body 02, and if no proper heat-preservation and decoration integrated wall board 01 exists, customization is needed.

The insulation and decoration integrated external wall structure according to claim 1, wherein the latticed steel member (22) comprises steel bars (221) forming a latticed structure and steel plates (222) fixed at four corners of the latticed structure, the intersections of the steel bars (221) and the connecting parts of the steel bars (221) and the steel plates (222) are fixed, and the mounting holes (4) are formed in the steel plates (222); preferably, the steel bars (221) are positioned in the concrete layer (2), and the steel plates (222) are positioned on the connecting surface between the concrete layer (2) and the heat-insulating layer (3); more preferably, the steel plate (222) is circular, has a thickness of 1mm to 10mm and a diameter of 30mm to 300 mm.
