Abstract
本发明是一种阻燃转移接装纸,包括双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材,在所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材上依次设置转移涂料层、真空镀铝层、复合胶水层和原纸层。该阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)转移涂料层的制备(2)真空镀铝层的制备(3)复合胶水层的制备(4)将步骤(3)复合好的半成品放置24小时以上,然后将双向拉伸聚酯薄膜剥离得到阻燃转移接装纸。本发明通过在转移膜涂布过程中添加阻燃性树脂,无需改变纸张特性,该接装纸可实现阻燃效果,且重金属含量、VOCs残留极低,火星接触到烟嘴,火星自动熄灭,提升烟支安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制纸技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种阻燃转移接装纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
香烟,是烟草制品的一种,制法是把烟草烤干后切丝,然后以纸卷成长约120mm,直径10mm的圆桶形条状。吸食时把其中一端点燃,然后在另一端用口吸咄产生的烟雾,是现在日常生活中极其常见的一种行为,但是有一些吸烟者吸完烟后,由于没有及时将烟头熄灭,很容易导致火灾的发生,因此,烟用接装纸由于可以阻止烟卷继续燃烧越来越受到大家的重视。
现有接装纸阻燃通过改善原纸张结构、在原纸张纸浆生产中加入助剂,但是这种接装纸还存在阻燃效果差、生产成本高、重金属含量容易超标的技术缺陷。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种阻燃转移接装纸及其制备方法,该方法无需改变纸张特性,只需在转移膜涂布过程中添加阻燃性树脂,实现阻燃效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种阻燃转移接装纸,包括双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材,在所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材上依次设置转移涂料层、真空镀铝层、复合胶水层和原纸层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述转移涂料层按照重量份数包括聚水性转移树脂10-15份、阻燃剂1-2份、乙醇4-5份、去离子3-5份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:所述复合胶水层按照重量份数包括改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液15-18份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、去离子水2-5份、乳化剂1-2份。
本发明是一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)转移涂料层的制备:选用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜作为基材,将聚水性转移树脂、阻燃剂、乙醇、去离子按照重量份配比混合,然后用涂布机涂布在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜上面,并经烘箱干燥,得到转移涂料层;
(2)真空镀铝层的制备:将步骤(1)中干燥后的转移涂料层(1)置于连续镀铝机真空室内,在真空度≤5.0×10-1Pa下,通过电阻丝加热,将铝丝熔化并连续蒸发到转移涂料层上面,形成了真空镀铝层;
(3)复合胶水层的制备:将改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液、聚乙烯醇、去离子水以及乳化剂按照重量份配比混合均匀得到复合胶水,然后通过该复合胶水将所述真空镀铝层和原纸层复合后放入烘箱烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)复合好的半成品放置24小时以上,然后将双向拉伸聚酯薄膜剥离得到阻燃转移接装纸。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在所述步骤(1)中,烘箱第一节温度60-80℃、第二节80-100℃、第三节140-160℃、第四节80-100℃,涂布干量1.2g-1.6g/m2。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在所述步骤(2)中,所真空镀铝层的厚度为400-450 Å。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在所述步骤(3)中,烘箱第一节烘箱60~80℃、第二节烘箱80~100℃、第三节烘箱100~120℃、第四节烘箱50~70℃、胶干量2.5~3.5g/m2。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在所述步骤(4)中,半成品放置时,温度为23±5℃,湿度为65±15%RH。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在转移膜涂布过程中添加阻燃性树脂,无需改变纸张特性,该接装纸可实现阻燃效果,且重金属含量、VOCs残留极低,火星接触到烟嘴,火星自动熄灭,提升烟支安全性。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式揭露本发明的实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本发明。也就是说,在本发明的部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单的示意的方式绘示之。
如图1所示,本发明是一种阻燃转移接装纸,包括双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材,在所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材上依次设置转移涂料层4、真空镀铝层3、复合胶水层2和原纸层1,所述转移涂料层4按照重量份数包括聚水性转移树脂10-15份、阻燃剂1-2份、乙醇4-5份、去离子3-5份,所述复合胶水层2按照重量份数包括改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液15-18份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、去离子水2-5份、乳化剂1-2份。
本发明是一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)转移涂料层的制备:选用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜作为基材,将聚水性转移树脂10-15份、阻燃剂1-2份、乙醇4-5份、去离子3-5份按照重量份配比混合,然后用涂布机涂布在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜上面,并经烘箱干燥,得到转移涂料层1,转移涂料层主要起阻燃作用;其中,烘箱第一节温度60-80℃、第二节80-100℃、第三节140-160℃、第四节80-100℃,涂布干量1.2g-1.6g/m2,这里采用的烘箱为分段式烘箱,以100~120m/min的速度从第一节进入依次到第四节出来;
(2)真空镀铝层的制备:将步骤(1)中干燥后的转移涂料层1置于连续镀铝机真空室内,在真空度≤5.0×10-1Pa下,通过电阻丝加热,将铝丝熔化并连续蒸发到转移涂料层上面,形成了真空镀铝层2,所真空镀铝层的厚度为400-450 Å;
(3)复合胶水层的制备:将改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液15-18份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、去离子水2-5份、乳化剂1-2份按照重量份配比混合均匀得到复合胶水,然后通过该复合胶水将所述真空镀铝层3和所述原纸层1复合后放入烘箱烘干,其中,烘干是,烘箱第一节烘箱60~80℃、第二节烘箱80~100℃、第三节烘箱100~120℃、第四节烘箱50~70℃、胶干量2.5~3.5g/m2,这里采用的烘箱为分段式烘箱,以100~120m/min的速度从第一节进入依次到第四节出来;
(4)将步骤(3)复合好的半成品放置24小时以上,温度为23±5℃,湿度为65±15%RH,然后将双向拉伸聚酯薄膜剥离得到阻燃转移接装纸,撕掉的双向拉伸聚酯薄膜可以回收再利用。
对本发明的接装纸进行阻燃测试,测试数据如下:
根据以上数据可以看出,本发明的接装纸可实现阻燃效果,提升烟支安全性。

1.一种阻燃转移接装纸,包括双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材,其特征在于:在所述双向拉伸聚酯薄膜基材上依次设置转移涂料层(4)、真空镀铝层(3)、复合胶水层(2)和原纸层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃转移接装纸,其特征在于:所述转移涂料层(4)按照重量份数包括聚水性转移树脂10-15份、阻燃剂1-2份、乙醇4-5份、去离子3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃转移接装纸,其特征在于:所述复合胶水层(2)按照重量份数包括改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液15-18份、聚乙烯醇5-10份、去离子水2-5份、乳化剂1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3的任一项所述一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)转移涂料层的制备:选用双向拉伸聚酯薄膜作为基材,将聚水性转移树脂、阻燃剂、乙醇、去离子按照重量份配比混合,然后用涂布机涂布在双向拉伸聚酯薄膜上面,并经烘箱干燥,得到转移涂料层(1);
(2)真空镀铝层的制备:将步骤(1)中干燥后的转移涂料层(1)置于连续镀铝机真空室内,在真空度≤5.0×10-1Pa下,通过电阻丝加热,将铝丝熔化并连续蒸发到转移涂料层上面,形成了真空镀铝层(2);
(3)复合胶水层的制备:将改性水性乙酸乙烯乳液、聚乙烯醇、去离子水以及乳化剂按照重量份配比混合均匀得到复合胶水,然后通过该复合胶水将所述真空镀铝层(3)和所述原纸层(1)复合后放入烘箱烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)复合好的半成品放置24小时以上,然后将双向拉伸聚酯薄膜剥离得到阻燃转移接装纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤(1)中,烘箱第一节温度60-80℃、第二节80-100℃、第三节140-160℃、第四节80-100℃,涂布干量1.2g-1.6g/m2。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤(2)中,所真空镀铝层的厚度为400-450 Å。
7.根据权利要求4所述一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤(3)中,烘箱第一节烘箱60~80℃、第二节烘箱80~100℃、第三节烘箱100~120℃、第四节烘箱50~70℃、胶干量2.5~3.5g/m2。
8.根据权利要求4所述一种阻燃转移接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤(4)中,半成品放置时,温度为23±5℃,湿度为65±15%RH。
