Abstract
The invention discloses an adjustable trolley power taking arm, a crane and a using method of the adjustable trolley power taking arm. The invention provides an adjustable trolley power-taking arm which replaces a traditional trolley power-taking arm and comprises an adjustable support and a cable guide frame, when the trolley cannot continuously run due to the accumulation of a cable-hanging pulley, the position of the cable guide frame on the adjustable support can be adjusted according to actual needs, so that the distance between a traction part of the power-taking arm and a tail end pulley when the trolley is at the limit position can be increased, the accumulation problem of the cable-hanging pulley can be effectively improved, the limit distance of the trolley can be shortened, the working blind area of the trolley is reduced, and the utilization rate of a crane is greatly improved.

Considering that when the trolley 10 is moved to the extreme position (here, the trolley 10 is moved to the right to the extreme position), a plurality of cable pulleys may be piled up. Compared with the conventional trolley electricity-taking arm (the structure of which is shown in fig. 6), the adjustable trolley electricity-taking arm provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention is shown in fig. 4 and 5, and comprises an electricity-taking arm traction part 1 and an adjusting part, wherein the adjusting part comprises an adjustable support 21 and a cable guide frame 22, one end of the adjustable support 21 is connected with the electricity-taking arm traction part 1, the other end of the adjustable support 21 is detachably provided with the cable guide frame 22, and the cable guide frame 22 is installed on the trolley 10.
The traction part 1 of the electricity taking arm comprises a traction rod, the traction rod is matched with a traction ring of the head end pulley 82, the traction rod penetrates through the traction ring of the head end pulley 82 and is used for drawing the head end pulley 82 to move along the main beam 7 along with the trolley 10, a bottom plate 6 is arranged on the traction rod, and the bottom plate 6 is connected with the end of the adjustable support 21 through a bolt.
One end of the cable guide frame 22, which is connected with the adjustable support 21, is provided with a mounting hole group, the mounting hole group comprises at least two mounting holes 221, the at least two mounting holes 221 are uniformly distributed in the length direction, the mounting holes 221 are matched with the adjusting holes 211 on the adjustable support 21, and after the mounting holes 221 on the cable guide frame 22 are aligned with the adjusting holes 211 on the adjustable support 21, the cable guide frame can be screwed through bolts and nuts 43; and the other end of the cable guide frame 22, which is far away from the adjustable support 21, is provided with a mounting base plate 65, a threaded hole is formed in the mounting base plate 65, and the cable guide frame 22 is mounted on the trolley 10 through the mounting base plate 65.
The trolley power supply cable 11 is suspended from the cable-hanging trolley and routed over the adjustable support 21 and the cable guide 22 to enter the electrical cabinet of the trolley 10. In the invention, the cable grooves 3 are arranged on the adjustable support 21 and the cable guide frame 22, and the trolley power supply cable 11 only needs to be wired in the cable grooves 3; and a plurality of line pressing parts are arranged in the cable groove 3 of the cable guide frame 22, the line pressing parts are arranged at intervals, a single line pressing part comprises a line pressing plate 41, an adjusting bolt 42 and a nut 43, the line pressing plate 41 is arranged in the cable groove 3 through the adjusting bolt 42 and is locked through the nut 43, the line pressing plate 41 is used for clamping and fixing the trolley power supply cable 11 laid in the cable groove 3, the bolt for fixing the line pressing plate 41 is selected according to the number of the trolley power supply cables in electrical configuration, the bolt is not suitable for being too short, otherwise, the nut 43 cannot be screwed on the bolt due to too many trolley power supply cables.
Considering that the traction rod can just pass through the traction ring of the head end pulley 82, the installation hole 221 on the fairlead 22 is a waist-shaped hole, so that the adjustable bracket 21 can be conveniently adjusted in the vertical direction during installation, and the traction rod can be matched with the traction ring of the head end pulley 82.
The fairlead 22 and the adjustable bracket 21 of the present invention may also be made of steel plates by tailor welding or other pipe fittings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The embodiment 3 of the invention provides a using method of an adjustable trolley power-taking arm, when the using method is used, a power-taking arm traction part 1 penetrates through a traction ring of a head-end pulley 82, so that the head-end pulley 82 is dragged to move along with the trolley 10, when the trolley 10 runs to a limit position (the trolley 10 runs to the right to the limit position), a cable guide frame 22 is detached from an adjustable support 21, an adjusting hole far away from the head-end pulley 82 on the adjustable support 21 is selected, and the cable guide frame 22 is installed on the adjustable support 21 through the adjusting hole 211, so that on one hand, the distance between the power-taking arm traction part 1 and a tail-end pulley 81 when the trolley 10 runs to the limit position is increased, and the problem of cable-hanging trolley accumulation can be effectively improved; on the other hand, the trolley 10 can continuously move rightwards, the limit distance of the trolley 10 is shortened, the working blind area of the trolley 10 is reduced, and the utilization rate of the crane is greatly improved.
