At present, a plurality of cables need to be laid in the construction of a transformer substation. The cables are few, several kilometers and dozens of kilometers, and the cables are hundreds of kilometers, so that the labor intensity of personnel is high, and the workload is large. In the cable laying process, the cable shaft needs to be supported by a cable pay-off rack. The existing support has single function, a plurality of manual jacks or cranes are needed to be matched to place the cable shaft on the support, the efficiency is low, and manual work or machinery is occupied.
Accordingly, there is a need to provide a new cable payoff stand that solves the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel cable paying-off bracket which has the characteristics of simplicity in use and convenience and labor saving in paying-off.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a novel cable paying-off bracket comprises a group of bases arranged in parallel, an inclined guide plate arranged at one end of each base and a pulley block arranged on each base;
the base comprises a bottom plate and side baffles fixed on two sides of the bottom plate;
one end of the side baffle is provided with a downward inclined bevel edge, and the inclined guide plate is fixed between the two bevel edges;
the two side baffles and the bottom plate form a concave track which is used for limiting the left and right positions of the wheel disc edge of the cable drum;
