In one embodiment, the second determining module 40 is further configured to match the first station state information with a preset station dispatching condition, and determine that the first station is in a dispatching available state if the first station state information meets the station dispatching condition; wherein, the station dispatching condition comprises: the first station has no document distribution record or the latest document distribution record of the first station contains information representing that the document operation is completed.
In one embodiment, the document distribution module 50 is further configured to change the first station state information of the first station to the executing state when determining that the first station receives the document; and when receiving information representing that the bill of the first station completes the bill operation, changing the first station state information of the first station back to the dispatching state.
In one embodiment, the sheet distribution module 50 is further configured to, when receiving the first identification code collected at the first station, use the time of receiving the first identification code as the starting time of sheet processing; when receiving a second identification code acquired by a first station, taking the time for receiving the second identification code as the finishing time of bill processing; and calculating the processing time length of the document according to the starting time and the ending time so as to determine the working efficiency of processing the document by the first station according to the processing time length.
In one embodiment, the first determining module 20 is further configured to forward the data stream to a final output port of the document pipeline if the document is not to be dispatched.
In one embodiment, the second determining module 20 is further configured to, if the first station is not in the dispatchable state, forward the document to an output port of the second station on the document pipeline; acquiring second station state information of a second station, and judging whether the second station is in a dispatching state or not according to the second station state information; if the second workstation is in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the second workstation.
For specific limitations of the document dispatching device of the document pipeline, reference may be made to the above limitations of the document dispatching method of the document pipeline, and details are not described here. All or part of each module in the document distribution device of the document pipeline can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent of a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In addition, a document distribution system of a document pipeline is also provided, as shown in fig. 3, the system includes: a bill pipeline conveyor belt 302, a control server 300, a color sensing device 304 and an identification code acquisition device 308; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
each color sensing device 304 is correspondingly provided with a station 306, and each identification code acquisition device 308 is correspondingly provided with a station 306;
the bill assembly line conveyor belt is provided with a plurality of station outlets corresponding to the stations 306, and the bill assembly line conveyor belt 302 is used for circulating the carrying containers carrying the bills and dispatching the circulating carrying containers to the stations 306 through the station outlets;
the color sensing device 304 is used for collecting color information of the carrying containers flowing to the station output port and sending the color information to the control server 300;
the identification code acquisition device 308 is used for acquiring a first identification code of the bill on the station 306 and sending the first identification code to the control server 300; or, collecting a second identification code of the document on the station 306, and sending the second identification code to the control server 300;
the control server 300 is used for judging whether the color information is matched with the preset color information, and if so, judging whether the station 306 corresponding to the carrying container on the bill assembly line conveying belt is in a dispatching state; if the currently corresponding station 306 is in the dispatchable state, the carrying container is dispatched to the currently corresponding station 306 through the output port of the currently corresponding station 306;
the control server 300 is further configured to change the status of the workstation 306 to an executing status when the first identification code is received, and to change the status of the workstation 306 back to a dispatchable status when the second identification code is received.
An application example is described below with reference to an application scenario, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a document dispatching method of a document pipeline of an application example, where the document dispatching method of the document pipeline can be implemented based on a document dispatching system of the document pipeline, and the method includes:
step S401: and acquiring the color information of the turnover box bearing the document.
In this step, the control server can acquire color information of the turnover box on the bill assembly line conveyor belt through a color sensing device arranged near the output port of the bill assembly line conveyor belt station. For example, if the turnover box N carrying documents to be distributed is set to be yellow and the turnover box N carrying documents that have been already worked is set to be blue, a yellow sensor and a blue sensor may be respectively provided for respectively acquiring yellow color information of the turnover box N and blue color information of the turnover box N, although the color of the turnover box may be set arbitrarily.
Step S402: and judging whether the bill carried by the turnover box is the bill to be dispatched or not according to the color information.
In this step, after receiving the color information of the circulation box, the control server matches the color information with preset color information, taking the color of the circulation box configured in step S401 as an example, yellow may be used as the preset color information, when the obtained color information of the circulation box is yellow and the matching with the preset yellow is successful, it is determined that a document to be distributed is carried by the circulation box, step S403 is executed, when the obtained color information of the circulation box is blue and the matching with the preset yellow is unsuccessful, it is determined that the document to be distributed is not carried by the circulation box, step S407 is executed: dispatch the tote to the final output.
Step S403: and acquiring the state information of the station corresponding to the output port of the current station.
In this step, after the fact that the turnover box bears the documents to be distributed is judged, the control server can obtain the station state information of the station corresponding to the station output port where the turnover box is located on the document assembly line conveyor belt.
Step S404: and judging whether the station is in a dispatching state or not according to the state information of the station.
In this step, after the control server obtains the station state information, the station state information may be matched with a preset station dispatching condition. If the station status information does not meet the preset station dispatching condition, executing step S406: continuously transferring the turnover box to a next station output port, continuously acquiring station state information of a station corresponding to the output port at the next station output port, matching station dispatching conditions, and repeating in sequence until a dispatching station is found; and if the station state information meets the preset station dispatching condition, executing the step S405 to dispatch the turnover box to the station so as to realize the dispatching of the document to be dispatched.
Further, an operator can acquire the identification codes on the yellow turnover box by using an identification code scanning device arranged on the station, can replace the blue turnover box for the bill after the bill is processed, acquires the identification codes on the blue turnover box again, places the blue turnover box into the production line, and enables the blue turnover box to flow on the conveying belt of the bill production line, and once the blue turnover box is identified, the blue turnover box is sent to a final output port. The whole document production line forms a document dispatching, processing and recycling loop, and the document dispatching can be carried out more efficiently and intelligently. In addition, an identification code acquisition device is arranged on the station, the station is used as an information acquisition point, and operation information can be uploaded and relevant operation data such as operation time, place and personnel can be recorded in time.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1 and 4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1 and 4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 5. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a method of document distribution for a document pipeline.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 5 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring the distribution state information of the document; judging whether the document is to be dispatched according to the dispatching state information; if the bill is to-be-dispatched, acquiring first station state information of a first station corresponding to the bill on a bill assembly line currently; judging whether the first station is in a dispatching state or not according to the state information of the first station; if the first workstation is in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the first workstation.
In one embodiment, the dispatch status information includes color information of a carrying container carrying the document; the processor executes the computer program to judge whether the document is to be distributed according to the distribution state information, and specifically realizes the following steps: judging whether the document is to be distributed according to the distribution state information, comprising the following steps: and if the color information of the bearing container is successfully matched with the preset color information, taking the document as the document to be distributed.
In one embodiment, the processor executes the computer program to determine whether the first workstation is in the dispatchable state according to the first workstation state information, and specifically implements the following steps: matching the first station state information with a preset station dispatching condition, and determining that the first station is in a dispatching available state if the first station state information meets the station dispatching condition; wherein, the station dispatching condition comprises: the first station has no document distribution record or the latest document distribution record of the first station contains information representing that the document operation is completed.
In one embodiment, execution of the computer program by the processor effects dispatch of the document to the first workstation by: when the first station receives the receipt, changing the first station state information of the first station into an executing state; and when receiving information representing that the bill of the first station completes the bill operation, changing the first station state information of the first station back to the dispatching state.
In one embodiment, execution of the computer program by the processor effects dispatch of the document to the first workstation by: when receiving a first identification code acquired by a first station, taking the time for receiving the first identification code as the starting time of bill processing; when receiving a second identification code acquired by a first station, taking the time for receiving the second identification code as the end time of document processing; and calculating the processing time length of the document according to the starting time and the ending time so as to determine the working efficiency of processing the document by the first station according to the processing time length.
In one embodiment, the processor executes the computer program to determine whether the document is to be dispatched according to the dispatch status information and then: and if the bill is not the bill to be distributed, the bill is circulated to a final output port of the bill assembly line.
In one embodiment, the processor executing the computer program further implements, after determining whether the first workstation is in the dispatchable state based on the first workstation state information: if the first station is not in a dispatching state, the documents are transferred to an output port of the second station on the document production line; acquiring second station state information of a second station, and judging whether the second station is in a dispatching-capable state or not according to the second station state information; if the second workstation is in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the second workstation.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring the distribution state information of the document; judging whether the document is to be dispatched according to the dispatching state information; if the bill is to-be-dispatched, acquiring first station state information of a first station corresponding to the bill on a bill assembly line currently; judging whether the first station is in a dispatching state or not according to the state information of the first station; if the first workstation is in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the first workstation.
In one embodiment, the dispatch status information includes color information of a carrying container carrying the document; when the computer program is executed by the processor to realize that whether the document is a document to be dispatched is judged according to the dispatching state information, the following steps are specifically realized: judging whether the document is to be distributed according to the distribution state information, comprising the following steps: and if the color information of the bearing container is successfully matched with the preset color information, taking the document as the document to be distributed.
In one embodiment, the computer program is executed by the processor to determine whether the first workstation is in a dispatchable state according to the first workstation state information, and specifically implement the following steps: matching the first station state information with a preset station dispatching condition, and determining that the first station is in a dispatching available state if the first station state information meets the station dispatching condition; wherein, the station dispatching condition comprises: the first station has no document distribution record or the latest document distribution record of the first station contains information representing that the document operation is completed.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further effects, after causing dispatch of the data to the first workstation: when the first station receives the receipt, changing the first station state information of the first station into an executing state; and when receiving information representing that the bill of the first station completes the bill operation, changing the first station state information of the first station back to the dispatching state.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further effects, after dispatching the document to the first workstation: when receiving a first identification code acquired by a first station, taking the time for receiving the first identification code as the starting time of bill processing; when receiving a second identification code acquired by a first station, taking the time for receiving the second identification code as the end time of document processing; and calculating the processing time length of the document according to the starting time and the ending time so as to determine the working efficiency of processing the document by the first station according to the processing time length.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the following after determining whether the document is to be dispatched based on the dispatch status information: and if the bill is not the bill to be distributed, the bill is circulated to a final output port of the bill production line.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further enables, after determining whether the first workstation is in the dispatchable state based on the first workstation state information: if the first station is not in a dispatching state, the documents are transferred to an output port of the second station on the document production line; acquiring second station state information of a second station, and judging whether the second station is in a dispatching state or not according to the second station state information; if the second workstation is in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the second workstation.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), rambus (Rambus) direct RAM (RDRAM), direct Rambus Dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and Rambus Dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.

Claims (7)

1. A document distribution method for a document pipeline, the method comprising:
acquiring the distribution state information of the document;
judging whether the bill is a bill to be dispatched or not according to the dispatching state information; the dispatch state information comprises color information of a bearing container bearing the bill; the judging whether the bill is to-be-dispatched according to the dispatching state information comprises the following steps: if the color information of the bearing container is successfully matched with the preset color information, taking the bill as the bill to be distributed;
responding to the fact that the bill is a bill to be distributed, and acquiring first station state information of a first station corresponding to the bill on a bill production line;
matching the first station state information with a preset station dispatching condition, and determining that the first station is in a dispatching available state if the first station state information meets the station dispatching condition; wherein, the station dispatching condition comprises: the first station has no document dispatching record or the latest document dispatching record of the first station comprises an identification code of a bearing container bearing the processed document;
in response to the first workstation being in a dispatchable state, dispatching the document to the first workstation;
taking the time of the first station for acquiring the first identification code as the starting time of the bill processing; taking the time of the first station for acquiring the second identification code as the finishing time of the bill processing; the first identification code is an identification code of a bearing container before the document is processed, and the second identification code is an identification code of a bearing container after the document is processed;
calculating the processing time of the bill according to the starting time and the ending time, and determining the working efficiency of the first station for processing the bill according to the processing time;
and when the first identification code is received, changing the state of the first station into an execution state, and when the second identification code is received, changing the state of the first station back to a dispatchable state.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining whether the document is to be dispatched according to the dispatch status information, the method further comprises:
and if the bill is not the bill to be distributed, the bill is circulated to the final output port of the bill assembly line.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the first workstation is in the dispatchable state according to the first workstation state information, the method further comprises:
if the first station is not in a dispatching state, the bill is transferred to an output port of a second station on the bill assembly line;
acquiring second station state information of the second station, and judging whether the second station is in a dispatching state or not according to the second station state information;
and if the second station is in a dispatching state, dispatching the bill to the second station.
4. A document distribution device for a document pipeline, the device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the distribution state information of the document;
the first judging module is used for judging whether the bill is a bill to be dispatched according to the dispatching state information; the dispatch state information comprises color information of a bearing container bearing the bill; the judging whether the bill is to-be-dispatched according to the dispatching state information comprises the following steps: if the color information of the bearing container is successfully matched with the preset color information, taking the bill as the bill to be distributed;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the first station state information of a first station corresponding to the document on the document production line if the document is to-be-dispatched;
the second judgment module is used for matching the first station state information with a preset station dispatching condition, and if the first station state information meets the station dispatching condition, determining that the first station is in a dispatching available state; wherein, the station dispatching condition comprises: the first station has no document distribution record or the latest document distribution record of the first station comprises an identification code of a bearing container for bearing the processed document;
the bill dispatching module is used for dispatching the bill to the first station if the first station is in a dispatching state;
the bill dispatching module is further used for taking the time of acquiring the first identification code at the first station as the starting time of processing the bill; taking the time of the first station for acquiring the second identification code as the finishing time of the bill processing; the first identification code is an identification code of a bearing container before the document is processed, and the second identification code is an identification code of a bearing container after the document is processed; calculating the processing time of the bill according to the starting time and the ending time, and determining the working efficiency of the first station for processing the bill according to the processing time; and when the first identification code is received, changing the state of the first station into an execution state, and when the second identification code is received, changing the state of the first station back to a dispatchable state.
5. A document distribution system for a document pipeline, the system comprising: the device comprises a receipt assembly line conveyor belt, a control server, a color sensing device and an identification code acquisition device; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
each color sensing device is correspondingly provided with a station, and each identification code acquisition device is correspondingly provided with a station;
the bill assembly line conveyor belt is used for circulating the carrying containers carrying bills and distributing the circulating carrying containers to the stations through the station outlets;
the color sensing device is used for collecting color information of the bearing container transferred to the station output port and sending the color information to the control server;
the identification code acquisition device is used for acquiring a first identification code of the bill on the station and sending the first identification code to the control server; or, collecting a second identification code of the bill on the station, and sending the second identification code to the control server; the first identification code is an identification code of a bearing container before the processing of the bill, and the second identification code is an identification code of a bearing container after the processing of the bill;
the control server is used for judging whether the color information is matched with preset color information or not, if so, judging whether the current corresponding station of the bearing container on the bill assembly line conveyor belt is in a dispatching state or not according to station dispatching conditions, wherein the station dispatching conditions comprise: the station has no document distribution record or the latest document distribution record of the station comprises an identification code of a bearing container for bearing the processed document; if the currently corresponding station is in a dispatching state, dispatching the bearing container to the currently corresponding station through the output port of the currently corresponding station;
the control server is further used for changing the state of the workstation into an execution state when the first identification code is received, and changing the state of the workstation back to a dispatchable state when the second identification code is received;
the control server is also used for taking the time of the station for acquiring the first identification code as the starting time of the bill processing; taking the time for the station to acquire the second identification code as the finishing time of the bill processing; and calculating the processing time length of the bill according to the starting time and the ending time so as to determine the working efficiency of the workstation for processing the bill according to the processing time length.
6. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 3 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
