Abstract
The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery and discloses a seed-shell separator, which comprises a rack, wherein a feeding device, a rotating device connected with the feeding device and a driving device for providing power for the rotating device are arranged on the rack; the rotating device is fixed on a shell outlet screen drum on the rack and a rotating shaft rotating in the shell outlet screen drum, the rotating shaft is driven by the driving device, the surface of the shell outlet screen drum is a smooth strip seam which is spirally arranged, and a feeding hole is arranged and connected with the feeding device; the rotating shaft is provided with a stirring mechanism, and the stirring mechanism comprises a roller fixed on the rotating shaft and brush strips arranged on the surface of the roller.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a seed-shell separator for separating shells from husks.
Background
The camellia oleifera is a woody oil crop with higher economic value, wherein the tea seeds contain rich grease and are raw materials for processing the tea oil. The camellia oleifera fruit consists of camellia oleifera shells and camellia seeds, and an important process before oil processing is dehulling and cleaning operation of the camellia oleifera fruit. With the continuous increase of the planting area of the oil tea in China, the demand of mechanical equipment for the mechanized pretreatment of the oil tea fruits is urgent. The fresh fruits are high in water content just picked, if the fresh fruits are not separated in time, the fresh fruits are easy to mildew, the subsequent drying, storage and processing of the camellia seeds are affected, and the camellia fruits need to be separated after being picked. After separation, cleaning of the mixture of shells and seeds is a technical difficulty of mechanical equipment. At present, the method for cleaning the shells and the seeds of the camellia oleifera mainly adopts modes of screening, specific gravity, color selection and the like, the separation effect does not meet the requirements of users, and the shell content rate of the camellia oleifera seeds is high or the shells contain the camellia oleifera seeds.
At present, fresh oil-tea camellia fruit separation and cleaning machines on the market directly separate oil-tea camellia fruit with different sizes by mixing all the fresh oil-tea camellia fruits together, or firstly screen the fresh oil-tea camellia fruits by other equipment and then separate the fresh oil-tea camellia fruits in batches, and then clean oil-tea camellia shells and oil-tea camellia seeds by vibration, screening and other modes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a seed-shell separator, aiming at solving the problems of low separation efficiency and poor separation effect of the existing separation and cleaning equipment.

the rotating shaft is provided with a stirring mechanism, and the stirring mechanism comprises a roller fixed on the rotating shaft and brush strips arranged on the surface of the roller.

Further, the roller is fixed on the rotating shaft through a hollow shaft.

The seed-shell separator has the advantages of simple principle, high working efficiency, separation rate of 100%, no damage to seed kernels in the separation process, high seed-shell separation rate of over 99.9%, rapidness and cleanness, and suitability for separating dry tea seeds from nut seeds.

the rotating device 2 comprises a shell outlet screen drum 21 fixed on the frame 4 and a rotating shaft 22 rotating in the shell outlet screen drum 21, the rotating shaft 22 is driven by the driving device 3, the surface of the shell outlet screen drum 21 is a smooth strip seam 211 which is spirally arranged, and a feeding hole is arranged and connected with the feeding device 1;
the rotating shaft 22 is provided with a stirring mechanism which comprises a roller 23 fixed on the rotating shaft 22 and a brush strip 231 arranged on the surface of the roller 23.
As shown in fig. 2, the out-shell screen drum 21 may be separated in sections and connected to each other, or may be a whole, or may be a combination of a sealed cylinder and a smooth slotted cylinder, specifically, in this embodiment, the out-shell screen drum 21 is halved and locked by bolts.

The seed-shell separator has the advantages of simple principle, high working efficiency, separation rate of 100%, no damage to seed kernels in the separation process, high seed-shell separation rate of over 99.9%, rapidness and cleanness, and suitability for separating dry tea seeds from nut seeds.
