The first diverting wheel 470, the second diverting wheel 472 and the third diverting wheel 474 can allow the cleaning belt 520 to move in a predetermined direction and angle, and can restrict the cleaning belt 520 from moving in the axial direction of the diverting wheels to effectively guide the direction in which the cleaning belt 520 moves. Wherein the tension pulley 490 may also be a steering pulley to change the direction of the cleaning belt 520 without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the magnetic wet cleaning apparatus 400 further comprises a collector 600 mounted on the fixed base 410, and when cleaning the needle of the dispenser, the needle of the dispenser may first go to the collector 600 to eject the waste glue in the needle, and then move to and contact the cleaning belt 520 on the cleaning idler 460 to clean the needle.
In summary, the wet cleaning device disclosed in the present invention can conveniently provide the cleaning requirement for the needle of the dispenser or other components requiring cleaning with the cleaning liquid, and can further supplement the cleaning liquid on the cleaning belt at any time. In addition, the tension of the cleaning belt can be adjusted by the magnetic force of the feeding wheel, or the feeding wheel and the winding wheel rotate independently without interference, and the cleaning liquid required in the cleaning process can be supplied at any time. Therefore, the wet cleaning device disclosed by the invention can further improve the efficiency and quality of the cleaning process, simultaneously improve the quality of subsequent products and effectively improve the yield and the yield of the products.

Claims (10)

1. A wet cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a fixed base;
the liquid container is arranged on the fixed base, wherein the liquid container contains cleaning liquid;
a cleaning belt rotating module installed on the fixed base; and
the cleaning belt is wound on the cleaning belt rotating module and passes through the liquid container, so that the cleaning liquid in the liquid container is adsorbed on the cleaning belt.
2. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a cleaning idler disposed in a path of the cleaning belt.
3. The wet cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a dipping wheel disposed in the liquid container, and the cleaning belt is wound around the dipping wheel so as to absorb the cleaning liquid.
4. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the liquid container further comprises a liquid level height limiter.
5. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the liquid container comprises a liquid replenishing pump and a liquid replenishing nozzle for replenishing the cleaning liquid into the liquid container.
6. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning belt rotating module comprises: the winding wheel and the winding motor drive the winding wheel, and one end of the cleaning belt is connected with the winding wheel.
7. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cleaning belt rotating module further comprises: the other end of the cleaning belt is connected with the belt feeding wheel, the belt feeding wheel is made of ferromagnetic materials, and the magnet ring attracts the belt feeding wheel and does not contact the belt feeding wheel.
8. The wet cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the cleaning belt rotating module further comprises a feeding roller, and the other end of the cleaning belt is connected to the feeding roller.
9. The wet cleaning device of claim 8, further comprising a tension wheel, a first grating module and a second grating module, wherein the first grating module comprises a first grating sensor, the second grating sensor and a light shielding plate are mounted on the tension wheel to control the rotation of the feeding wheel and maintain the tension of the cleaning belt by the tension wheel, the second grating module comprises a third grating sensor and a light shielding protrusion disc, wherein the light shielding protrusion disc is connected to the winding wheel to control the winding motor via the protrusion on the light shielding protrusion disc and the third grating sensor, thereby controlling the rotation angle of the winding wheel.
10. The wet cleaning device as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a first diverting pulley, a second diverting pulley and a third diverting pulley disposed in the path of the cleaning belt.
