2. traditional trainer can not be dressed and used in hand, only can train the activity in specific training place, therefore restricted patient's home range and the enthusiasm of training to reduce the convenience of training, can not carry out the training activity of getting well again anytime and anywhere.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rehabilitation training device suitable for a wrist part of a finger, and aims to solve the problems that different independent training devices are required to be used for rehabilitation training of the finger and the wrist part, and switching training is required to be performed on different training devices, so that the training process is complicated, the use cost of the training device is high, the traditional training device cannot be worn and used on the hand and can only perform training activities on a specific training field, so that the activity range of a patient and the enthusiasm of the training are limited, the training convenience is reduced, and the rehabilitation training activities cannot be performed anytime and anywhere.

In the embodiment, the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 form a rotating structure through the connecting shaft 3, and the protection layers 4 on the inner walls of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 are made of sponge materials, so that the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 can be conveniently worn at the position of the forearm of a patient, and meanwhile, the protection layers 4 improve the wearing comfort of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2, and the injury to the forearm of the patient is avoided;

according to the depression bar 24 through accomodate chamber 25 and handle 23 constitution extending structure, and according to the depression bar 24 and accomodate for sealing connection between the chamber 25, conveniently press the depression bar 24 and can extrude the promotion to the air in accomodating the chamber 25 when receiving to press the withdrawal to accomodate the chamber 25 to be favorable to increasing the resistance of pressing the depression bar 24 withdrawal to accomodate the chamber 25, and then conveniently play the effect of training the finger.
The working principle is as follows: according to the figure 1 and the figure 3, a first protection plate 1 and a second protection plate 2 are firstly rotatably enclosed at the position of the forearm of a patient through a connecting shaft 3, then a double-sided magic tape 5 is used for surrounding the outer sides of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 to constrain the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2, at the moment, the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 are bound at the position of the forearm of the patient, the protective layer 4 on the inner sides of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 can improve the wearing comfort of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2, then according to the figure 1, a first installation ring 7 is tightly installed on a support plate 6 on the outer sides of the first protection plate 1 and the second protection plate 2 through bolts, and at the moment, the whole rehabilitation training device is installed and worn at the position of the forearm;
according to fig. 1, after the training device is installed and worn, the fingers of the patient lean against the pressing rods 24 on the handle 23, then the fingers press the pressing rods 24 forcibly, the pressing rods 24 begin to retract into the accommodating cavities 25 after being pressed, while the pressing rods 24 retract into the accommodating cavities 25, the pressing rods 24 push and press the air in the accommodating cavities 25, as shown in fig. 6, after the air in the accommodating cavities 25 is pushed again, the air is filled into the air pipes 26 from the accommodating cavities 25, then the air is filled into the cavities 19 in the second mounting ring 18 from the air pipes 26 and the hollow cross rods 22, the air filled into the cavities 19 pushes the sealing plates 20 in the cavities 19, so that the sealing plates 20 slide in the second mounting ring 18 through the cavities 19 after being pushed, as shown in fig. 7, at the same time, the second return spring 21 on the sealing plate 20 pushes the sealing plate 20 to perform sliding return, so that the sealing plate 20 pushes the extruded air to reversely return into the hollow cross rod 22 and the vent pipe 26, and finally the air flows back through the vent pipe 26 to increase the resistance of the pressing rod 24 to return into the accommodating cavity 25, thereby facilitating the exercise of the finger tendons and muscle tissues of the patient;
as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, when the patient needs to do wrist exercise, the patient only needs to hold the grip 23 with the palm, after the grip 23 is held, the patient can hold the grip 23 with the wrist swinging back and forth or left and right, when the patient's wrist swings left and right or left and right, the palm drives the second mounting ring 18 with the grip 23 and the cross bar 22 to swing back and forth or left and right, so the second mounting ring 18 swings back and forth or left and right above the first mounting ring 7 through the first support bar 11, the second support bar 12 and the support spring 17, as shown in fig. 2, the first support bar 11 and the second support bar 12 can rotate on the mounting seat 8 through the ball 10, as shown in fig. 5, the second support bar 12 can also adjust in a self-adaptive telescopic manner inside the first support bar 11, make things convenient for second collar 18 to swing the action, and when second collar 18 swung the action, second collar 18 can drive supporting spring 17 and warp, therefore the supporting spring 17 that warp can order about second collar 18 and reset, so can increase the resistance that the patient wrist carried out the activity, conveniently play the training effect and reach the training purpose to the patient wrist, such a rehabilitation training device who is applicable to finger wrist position conveniently uses.
