In the particular example shown, the angle of inclination of the heating mechanism 156 and the enrobed pan body 120 relative to the horizontal is synchronously adjustable.
In one example, the enrobing apparatus 100 further comprises an inclination adjusting device connected with the enrobing pan body 120 for adjusting the inclination angle of the enrobing pan body 120 with respect to the horizontal plane. In this example, the inclination angle of the coating pan body 120 relative to the horizontal plane can be adjusted according to the adhesion degree of different materials, so as to adjust the centrifugal force and obtain a better coating drying effect.
In one example, the enrobing apparatus 100 further comprises a suction mechanism in communication with the vacuum chamber 112. Dust is easily lifted during the process of adding the coating powder into the equipment, and the dust in the vacuum cavity 112 can be removed through the dust suction mechanism. After the coating operation and before the drying operation, the residual powder in the coating pan body can be removed by the dust suction mechanism.
Further, in one example, the dust suction mechanism includes a dust collector having a collection chamber for collecting dust, and a dust removal duct 160 communicating with the dust removal duct 160, the dust removal duct 160 communicating with the vacuum chamber 112 for pumping out dust in the vacuum chamber 112.

The coating and drying processes are completed in the coating pan body 120, so that the pollution is less and the cleaning is convenient.
The coating equipment 100 and the method are suitable for coating and drying solid materials in the industries of medicines, foods, health products and the like.

putting a material to be coated and coating powder into a coating cavity of the coating pan body;
closing the cover body of the coating pan body, and controlling a rotation driving device to drive the coating pan body to rotate so as to enable coating powder to coat the material to be coated to obtain a coated material;
and opening the cover body to communicate the coating cavity with the vacuum cavity, vacuumizing the vacuum cavity, rotating the coating pan body, and opening the temperature regulating device to dry the coating material.
9. A preparation method of heart disease treating pills is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the heart-nourishing pill material powder, cinnamon oil and water to prepare wet pills, adding the wet pills into a coating pot body of the coating equipment according to any one of claims 1-7, rotating the coating pot body, and performing first vacuum drying treatment to obtain dry pills;
