Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于拇外翻康复的治疗装置,包括治疗桌及座椅,座椅和治疗桌配合使用,治疗桌内设置有但不限于泡脚桶、足弓刮痧器、脉冲按摩器、矫正器、传动机构及电控箱。基于现代筋膜理论研究的成果,以物理治疗的方法,结合泡脚、足弓刮痧及远红外脉冲对足部先进行活血舒筋,之后利用矫正器针对形成拇趾外翻的拇长伸肌、拇长屈肌和拇收肌等及与之相关的筋膜进行校正,从而达到筋膜的复位功效。利用舒解调理和治疗的原理,达到纠正拇外翻的目的。该治疗装置是一种非介入治疗、无创伤、无痛苦的治疗技术,具有疗效明确、治疗费用低等诸多优点,具有巨大的市场应用和推广前景。

技术领域
背景技术
趾外翻,俗称大脚骨,是一种常见的脚部畸形。表现为趾骨和第一跖骨之间关节倾斜15度以上。趾外翻患者女性多于男性,在中老年女性中比较常见,近年来患者呈现年轻化的趋势。趾外翻的病因,多因受力不当或过度劳损所致,如长期穿高跟鞋、尖头鞋、质地坚硬的皮鞋等,由于扁平足、腰髋膝病患等形成的补偿步态等,遗传因素也是致病的重要原因。
通过对现有公开专利文献的检索,有如下几篇相关专利文献:
1、一种适用于双足矫正的拇外翻矫正鞋(公开号CN111407486A),包括一对矫正鞋,所述一对矫正鞋由成对称的两只矫正鞋组成;所述矫正鞋包括宽头鞋底、宽包头鞋帮、拇趾矫正带;所述宽包头鞋帮其内侧前端位置设有通孔,所述拇趾矫正带穿过所述通孔,与所述宽头鞋底其内侧可拆卸式活动相连;所述宽包头鞋帮其内侧外表面设有第一连接部;所述拇趾矫正带为弹力带结构,其一端设有拇趾套环,所述拇趾套环可套住使用者的足拇趾;其另一端设有第二连接部,可与所述第一连接部可拆卸式相连;其优点在于:当双足皆出现拇外翻症状时,可以不借助其他施力设备,仅通过双足拇趾相互作用,省时、省力、高效的对双足拇趾进行主动矫正。
2、一种拇外翻主动式矫正鞋(公开号CN111387636A),包括宽头鞋底、宽包头鞋帮、拇趾矫正带;所述宽头鞋底及宽包头鞋帮其前端部皆采用宽头设计,所述宽包头鞋帮其内侧中部位置设有通孔,所述拇趾矫正带穿过通孔,与所述宽头鞋底其内侧可拆卸式活动相连;所述宽包头鞋帮其内侧外表面位于通孔后侧设有第一连接部,所述第一连接部为毛面魔术贴;所述宽头鞋底与所述宽包头鞋帮固定相连;所述拇趾矫正带为弹力带结构,其一端设有拇趾套环31,所述拇趾套环31可套住使用者的足拇趾;其另一端设有第二连接部,所述第二连接部为钩面魔术贴,可与所述第一连接部可拆卸式相连;其优点在于:既能在动态行进中利用前冲状态进行被动周期性矫正,又具备主动矫正功能。
3、基于拇间拇外凸起定位的拇外翻可调整理疗装置(公开号CN111358607A)涉及中医理疗治疗领域,尤其涉及基于拇间拇外凸起定位的拇外翻可调整理疗装置。理疗装置包含鞋子底,所述的鞋子底包含鞋子底上壁(1)和鞋子底下壁(2),螺纹套(15)能随着竖直轴(3)的转动上升,上升能够让螺纹套挤压面(17)朝上凸起;转动外部螺钉头(9)能带动水平轴(8)转动;通过改锥转动外部螺钉头(9),调整螺纹套(15)的高度,进一步调整螺纹套挤压面(17)的凸起的弧度,进而使得矫正空间(11)的形状能够适当改变。刚开始让大拇指不要那么疼,随着矫正,不断增加高度,让矫正能够进行调整,且适应各种不同的人脚趾的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种基于现代筋膜理论研究的成果,以物理治疗的方法,针对形成趾外翻的长伸肌、长屈肌和收肌等及与之相关的筋膜的改变,进行舒解调理和治疗,达到纠正外翻的目的用于外翻康复的治疗装置。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于外翻康复的治疗装置,包括治疗桌及座椅,所述的座椅和治疗桌配合使用,所述的治疗桌内设置有但不限于泡脚桶、足弓刮痧器、脉冲按摩器、矫正器、传动机构及电控箱,所述的泡脚桶可拆卸设置在治疗桌的一侧,在治疗桌桌面上开设有伸入孔,所述的矫正器设置在治疗桌的桌面上。
而且,所述的传动机构包括滑轨、滚轮、链条及链轮,滑轨设置在治疗桌内部底面,在滑轨上设置有滚轮,滚轮上设置有托盘,所述的足弓刮痧器和脉冲按摩器分别设置在托盘上,托盘下部设置有链条,链条通过链轮带动。
而且,所述的传动机构通过电控箱驱动,该电控箱设置在治疗桌桌面上。
而且,所述的足弓刮痧器设置为往复运动的刮痧板。
而且,所述的脉冲按摩器包括脚部放置板,在脚部放置板上设置有远红外脉冲发射器。
而且,所述的矫正器包括对称的两个矫正单元,该矫正单元包括脚部放置架、全包裹式气囊脚套、拇指绑带及旋拧式矫正杆,所述的全包裹式气囊脚套可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的后部,趾绑带可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的前部,所述的旋拧式矫正杆轴向螺纹插装在脚部放置架内侧。
而且,所述的治疗桌下部设置有具有可移动功能的万向轮。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种用于外翻康复的治疗装置,如图1-3所示,包括治疗桌1及座椅5,所述的座椅和治疗桌配合使用,所述的治疗桌内设置有但不限于泡脚桶4、足弓刮痧器8、脉冲按摩器9、矫正器7、传动机构及电控箱3,所述的泡脚桶可拆卸设置在治疗桌的一侧,在治疗桌桌面上开设有伸入孔2,所述的矫正器设置在治疗桌的桌面上。
如图4-5所示,所述的传动机构包括滑轨11、滚轮12、链条10及链轮,滑轨设置在治疗桌内部底面,在滑轨上设置有滚轮,滚轮上设置有托盘,所述的足弓刮痧器和脉冲按摩器分别设置有托盘上,托盘下部设置有链条,链条通过链轮带动,所述的传动机构通过电控箱驱动,该电控箱设置在治疗桌桌面上。
所述的足弓刮痧器为市售足弓刮痧器,设置为往复运动的刮痧板,如图6所示,所述的脉冲按摩器包括脚部放置板13,在脚部放置板上设置有远红外脉冲发射器14。
如图7所示,所述的矫正器包括对称的两个矫正单元,该矫正单元包括脚部放置架16、全包裹式气囊脚套18、拇指绑带15及旋拧式矫正杆17,所述的全包裹式气囊脚套可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的后部,拇指绑带可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的前部,所述的旋拧式矫正杆轴向螺纹插装在脚部放置架内侧。
所述的治疗桌下部设置有万向轮6,具有可移动功能。
本发明的工作原理:
使用时,患者坐于座椅上,先在泡脚桶中泡脚,之后把脚放在治疗桌面上,启动电控箱,驱动传动机构,将足弓刮痧器移动到伸入孔下部,之后把脚放入治疗桌的伸入孔中,患者先进行足弓刮痧,促进脚底血液循环,刮痧治疗结束后,患者把脚放在治疗桌面上,将脉冲按摩器移动到伸入孔下部,患者再将双脚放置于脚部放置板上,启动远红外脉冲发射器,进行远红外脉冲理疗。
远红外脉冲理疗结束后患者将双脚放置于治疗桌面的矫正器内,将脚部放置于脚部放置架上,将全包裹式气囊脚套套装在脚上,将大趾用趾绑带固定,此时旋拧式矫正杆的活动端对准指外翻处,然后旋拧推进,从而起到矫正的功能。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

1.一种用于拇外翻康复的治疗装置,其特征在于:包括治疗桌及座椅,所述的座椅和治疗桌配合使用,所述的治疗桌内设置有但不限于泡脚桶、足弓刮痧器、脉冲按摩器、矫正器、传动机构及电控箱,所述的泡脚桶可拆卸设置在治疗桌的一侧,在治疗桌桌面上开设有伸入孔,所述的矫正器设置在治疗桌的桌面上,所述的足弓刮痧器设置为往复运动的刮痧板,所述的脉冲按摩器包括脚部放置板,在脚部放置板上设置有远红外脉冲发射器,所述的矫正器包括对称的两个矫正单元,该矫正单元包括脚部放置架、全包裹式气囊脚套、拇指绑带及旋拧式矫正杆,所述的全包裹式气囊脚套可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的后部,拇趾绑带可拆卸插装在脚部放置架的前部,所述的旋拧式矫正杆轴向螺纹插装在脚部放置架内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于拇外翻康复的治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的传动机构包括滑轨、滚轮、链条及链轮,滑轨设置在治疗桌内部底面,在滑轨上设置有滚轮,滚轮上设置有托盘,所述的足弓刮痧器和脉冲按摩器分别设置在托盘上,托盘下部设置有链条,链条通过链轮带动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于拇外翻康复的治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的传动机构通过电控箱驱动,该电控箱设置在治疗桌桌面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于拇外翻康复的治疗装置,其特征在于:所述的治疗桌下部设置有具有可移动功能的万向轮。
