In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a plurality of splines 21 matched with the limiting clamping protrusions 15 are arranged at the top of the shaft hole 22 to form a limiting structure of the bracket base 2, and the distance between the splines 21 and the bottom of the shaft hole 22 is the same as the distance between the limiting clamping protrusions 15 and the rotating shaft 14, so that the limiting clamping protrusions 15 and the rotating shaft 14 are respectively matched with the splines 21 and the recesses 221 at the bottom of the shaft hole 22 for limiting at the same time, and the nipple clamp 1 is fixed with the bracket base 2 at a certain pivoting angle; when the nipple clamp 1 is matched with the bracket base 2, the clamp 11 is intersected with or coincided with the symmetrical center line of the shaft hole 22.
In the embodiment, the rotating shaft of the nipple clamp can move in the vertical direction within the range of the shaft hole, and meanwhile, the distance from the spline arranged at the top of the shaft hole to the bottom of the shaft hole is the same as the distance from the limiting clamping protrusion to the rotating shaft, so that the nipple clamp can be pulled within a certain range, the spline and the limiting clamping protrusion are disengaged, and the nipple clamp can pivot within the range of 0-180 ℃; when the rotating shaft is pushed into the depression at the bottom of the shaft hole, the limiting clamping protrusion sinks into the region provided with the spline, the angle between the spline of the support base and the depression at the bottom of the shaft hole can be preset, and the rotating shaft and the limiting clamping protrusion of the nipple clamp are fixed on the support base under the limiting effect of the spline and the depression at the bottom of the shaft hole. When the nipple clamp is matched with the bracket base, the clamp is intersected with the symmetrical center line of the shaft hole, which means that the concave limiting and limiting clamp at the bottoms of the rotating shaft and the shaft hole and the limiting part of the convex limiting clamp and the spline are positioned at two sides of the symmetrical center line of the shaft hole, so that the nipple clamp is obliquely fixed at a certain angle.
To illustrate the present invention more clearly, the following illustrates the mating relationship of the structures: when the nipple clamp is vertically placed, the rotating shaft at the bottom of the nipple clamp is clamped into the recess in the middle of the bottom of the shaft hole, the limiting clamping protrusion is matched with the clamping tooth in the center of the spline, and nipples with different specifications and sizes can be clamped on the nipple clamp; after the nipple is installed, the nipple clamp can be lifted and inclined by a certain angle, at the moment, the rotating shaft at the bottom of the nipple clamp slides into the depressions at the two ends of the bottom of the shaft hole, and meanwhile, the limiting bulge rotates into the spline latch corresponding to the inclined angle, so that the nipple clamp is inclined and fixed by a certain angle.
In this embodiment, the support base 2 is provided with a frame 23 around the limiting structure, and the frame 23 is provided with a bridging piece 24 connected with the shelf 3 on two opposite sides parallel to the shelf 3 respectively.
In this embodiment, the support base has improved the structural strength of support base including the frame that encircles limit structure and set up, simultaneously in order to simplify mounting structure, sets up the overlap joint piece on being on a parallel with two relative frames of shelf, except realizing being connected of support base and shelf, still can make the support base slide along the shelf, makes placing position that the nipple pressed from both sides can change thereupon.
In this embodiment, the constraining portion 12 is disposed adjacent to the concave portion 13 and has a radian consistent with that of the concave portion 13 to form a smooth transition, an opening 122 is disposed in the middle of the constraining portion 12 and faces the elastic arc 121 of the nipple, and the radian of the opening 122 on the elastic arc 121 is less than 0.5 pi rad.
In the embodiment, the constraint part is arranged adjacent to the concave part, so that the clamping area between the constraint part and the side surface of the nipple is increased; and an additional elastic arc is arranged in the center of the constraint part, so that the force generated by deformation of the constraint part can be further increased, and the pressing force applied to the nipple by the clamping part is improved.
Example 2
This example differs from example 1 in that:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the bracket base 2 is provided with a frame 23 around the periphery of the limiting structure, the frame 23 is provided with overlapping pieces 24 connected with the shelf 3 on two opposite sides parallel to the shelf 3, the parallel shelf 3 is further vertically connected with parallel ribs 4, the frame 23 is provided with claws 25 protruding outside two opposite sides perpendicular to the shelf 3, the claws 25 are clamped with the ribs 4, and the parts of the claws 25 protruding out of the frame 23 support the clip 11 when the nipple clip 1 is placed flat.
In this embodiment, the support base has improved support base's structural strength including surrounding the frame that limit structure set up, simultaneously in order to simplify mounting structure, sets up the overlap joint piece on being on a parallel with two relative frames of shelf, realizes being connected of support base and shelf. In order to further enhance the installation strength of the support base and the shelf, clamping jaws are arranged on two opposite sides of the frame, which are perpendicular to the shelf, and protrude towards the outer side of the frame and are clamped with ribs perpendicular to the shelf, and the positions of the clamping jaws protruding out of the frame correspond to the positions of clamping clips when the nipple clips are flatly placed, so that the support effect of the support base on the nipple clips which are flatly placed is improved.
In the embodiment, when the diameter specification of the nipple is small, the restriction part is not arranged beside the concave part, and the nipple can be clamped only by clamping the two opposite sides of the nipple.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the rotating shafts of the nipple clamps are oppositely arranged, the splines at the tops of the shaft holes are oppositely arranged towards the outer side of the support base, the rotating shaft at the bottom of the clamp is downwards inserted into the shaft holes from the outer sides of the splines, and a limiting part 6 is further arranged between the outer side of the clamp and the frame to limit the nipple clamps to move in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.
Other embodiments of this example are the same as example 1.
Example 3
In this embodiment, there is also provided a dishwasher, the dishwasher employing the dishwasher nipple mount as described in embodiment 1 or 2.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A dishwasher nipple mount comprising:
the bracket base (2) is arranged on the dish washer shelf (3);
the nipple clamp (1) is provided with a plurality of clamping parts with different opening degrees, and a user can install nipples with different specifications;
the nipple clamp (1) is connected with the bracket base (2) in a pivoting mode and can be abutted against a limiting structure arranged on the bracket base (2) when the nipple clamp is pivoted to a certain angle, and the nipple clamp (1) is fixed on the bracket base (2) at the pivoting angle.
2. The dishwasher nipple support according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of clamping parts with different opening degrees are arranged along the length direction of the nipple clamp (1), the length direction of the nipple clamp (1) is perpendicular to the axial direction of the pivot, and the clamping parts apply pressing force to the side surface of the nipple to realize clamping, so that the axial direction of the nipple is always tangential to the pivot direction of the nipple clamp (1);
preferably, the opening degree of a plurality of clamping parts arranged on the nipple clamp (1) along the length direction is gradually changed.

The nipple support of the dishwasher according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the nipple clamp (1) comprises at least a pair of clamps (11) symmetrically arranged along the length direction thereof, the distance between the clamps (11) is gradually changed along the length direction of the nipple clamp (1), and a plurality of elastically deformable constraining parts (12) are connected between the clamps (11) so that the clamps (11) and the constraining parts (12) enclose a clamping part with different opening degrees.

The nipple support of the dishwasher of claim 3, wherein the opposite sides of the clips (11) are respectively provided with concave parts (13) with the same radian, and the radian of the concave parts (13) is gradually increased along with the increase of the distance between the clips (11) so as to correspond to nipples with different specifications.
5. The nipple support of the dish washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the symmetrically arranged clips (11) are respectively provided with a rotating shaft (14) pivoted with the support base (2) at the same end, the clips (11) are provided with a limiting clip bulge (15) at a certain distance from the rotating shaft (14), the protruding direction of the limiting clip is the same as the extending direction of the rotating shaft (14), and the limiting clip bulge (15) is matched with the limiting structure of the support base (2);
preferably, the rotating shafts (14) arranged at the same end of the symmetrical clamping clips (11) extend oppositely;
preferably, the rotating shaft (14) is arranged at one end of the clamping clip (11) with larger distance.

The nipple support of the dish washer according to claim 5, characterized in that the support base (2) is provided with a shaft hole (22) for inserting the rotating shaft (14), the bottom of the shaft hole (22) is provided with a plurality of recesses (221) with different depths for clamping the rotating shaft (14), the top of the shaft hole (22) is contracted to only clamp a single rotating shaft (14), so that the rotating shaft (14) of the nipple clamp (1) can move in the vertical direction within the range of the shaft hole (22).

The dishwasher nipple support according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the top of the shaft hole (22) is provided with a plurality of splines (21) which are matched with the limiting clamping protrusions (15) to form a limiting structure of the support base (2), and the distance between the splines (21) and the bottom of the shaft hole (22) is the same as the distance between the limiting clamping protrusions (15) and the rotating shaft (14), so that the limiting clamping protrusions (15) and the rotating shaft (14) are respectively matched with the splines (21) and the recesses (221) at the bottom of the shaft hole (22) for limiting at the same time, and the nipple clamp (1) is fixed with the support base (2) at a certain pivoting angle;
preferably, when the nipple clamp (1) is matched with the bracket base (2), the clamp (11) is intersected with or coincided with the symmetrical center line of the shaft hole (22).
8. The dishwasher nipple mount according to claim 7, wherein the mount base (2) is provided with a rim (23) around the periphery of the limit structure, the rim (23) being provided with a bridge (24) connected to the shelf (3) on opposite sides parallel to the shelf (3), respectively;
preferably, parallel ribs (4) are vertically connected to the parallel shelves (3), clamping claws (25) are convexly arranged on the outer sides of two opposite sides of the frame (23) perpendicular to the shelves (3) and clamped with the ribs (4), and the clamping claws (25) protrude out of the frame (23) to support the clamp (11) when the nipple clamp (1) is horizontally placed.
9. The dishwasher nipple mount according to claim 4, wherein the constriction (12) is arranged next to the recess (13) and conforms to the curvature of the recess (13) to form a smooth transition, the constriction (12) having an opening (122) in the middle towards the elastic curvature (121) of the nipple, the curvature of the opening (122) over the elastic curvature (121) being less than 0.5 π rad.
10. A dishwasher, characterized in that the dishwasher employs a dishwasher nipple mount as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
