17. The cup holder of claim 16, wherein the second fold structure is a unitary structure.
18. The cup holder of claim 17, further comprising a water tray, the first and second folding structures being positioned within the water tray.
19. The cup holder of claim 18, wherein the drip tray includes a latch member for engaging the first fold formation.
20. The cup holder of claim 19, wherein the engaging member is a diagonal detent, the diagonal detent and the first holder engaging to secure the cup holder within the drip tray.
21. A cup holder set is characterized by comprising
A cup and a cup holder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 20, the cup being telescoped over the cup holder.
22. The cup holder kit of claim 21, wherein the cup is a puck having a base diameter that is less than a rim diameter.
23. The cup holder set of claim 21, wherein the rim of the cup is provided with a ring of raised edges.
24. A cup holder kit according to claim 22 or 23, wherein the walls of the cups taper from bottom to top.
