When the bowl basket is collected by the staff, in order to prevent the staff injury or damage to the equipment caused by the sudden start of the lifting device, the bowl basket storage device 50 is further provided with a power-off protection module. When the controller judges that the basket storage device 50 is in a full-load state, the power-off protection module cuts off the power supply of the lifting device 30, so that the whole basket storage device 50 is in a pause mode; when the worker takes out all the baskets 101, the basket storage device 50 is restarted to be restored to the automatic operation mode.
The technical effects of the embodiment are as follows:
the bowl basket storage device can automatically collect a plurality of sets of bowl baskets and then the bowl baskets can be taken out by the workers in a centralized way, so that the aims of improving human efficiency and saving manpower are fulfilled;
the residence time of the tableware in the bowl basket storage device is prolonged, the tableware can be completely dried and then stored in the dish cleaning cabinet, and the problem that the tableware grows bacteria in a damp environment is avoided;
the bowl basket storage device can separate the dish washing personnel from the tableware collecting personnel in the process, and avoids the dish washing worker from contacting the dirty dish and collecting the dish, thereby avoiding the secondary pollution after the tableware is cleaned.

Claims (11)

1. A basket storage device is characterized by comprising a main frame, a pushing mechanism, a basket support frame and a control system, wherein the pushing mechanism, the basket support frame and the control system are arranged in the main frame;
the basket supporting frame comprises at least two basket supporting brackets, a plurality of bearing stations which are not less than the number of the basket supporting brackets are arranged in the main frame, and an inlet is also formed in the main frame;
the pushing mechanism is connected with the basket supporting frame and can push the basket supporting frame, so that each basket supporting bracket is respectively butted with the inlet, and each basket supporting bracket can move at least two different bearing stations;
the control system comprises a controller, first detection devices respectively arranged in the bearing stations, and second detection devices arranged on the bowl basket supporting brackets; the first detection device is used for detecting the position of each basket supporting frame in the basket supporting frame, and the second detection device is used for detecting whether a basket is supported on the basket supporting frame; the first detection device and the second detection device feed back detection results to the controller, and the controller controls the pushing mechanism to execute pushing work;
after the tableware is washed, the bowl basket is automatically pushed to the inlet and enters the main frame.

A basket storage device according to claim 1, wherein each basket support bracket and each carrying station are arranged in sequence along the height direction of the main frame; the pushing mechanism is configured as a lifting device capable of moving the basket support bracket in a height direction.
3. A basket receiving device according to claim 2, wherein the lifting device comprises a scissor lift arm, a mounting chassis and a drive unit;
the bowl basket support is characterized in that the mounting base frame is fixedly connected with the main frame relatively, the lower end of the scissor type lifting arm is connected with the mounting base frame, the upper end of the scissor type lifting arm is connected with the lower bottom of the bowl basket support frame, and the driving unit is connected with the scissor type lifting arm and used for driving the scissor type lifting arm to move in a telescopic mode.

A basket storage device according to claim 3, wherein a first arm at the lower end of the scissor lift arm is hinged to the mounting chassis, and a second arm is provided with rollers to enable the second arm to roll on the mounting chassis; the driving unit is an electric push rod, the main body of the electric push rod is arranged on the installation bottom frame, and the push rod end of the electric push rod is hinged to the second support arm.

A basket receiving apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the basket support frame includes two frame cover plates disposed in opposition to each other and the basket support bracket disposed in spaced relation between the two frame cover plates; the inner wall of the main frame is provided with a plurality of guide plates, and the outer wall of the frame cover plate is provided with a plurality of vertical guide rails matched with the guide plates.
6. A basket receiving apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the basket supporting bracket includes a supporting seat provided on an inner wall of the two frame cover plates, and a connecting rod provided between the supporting seats.
7. A basket receiving device according to claim 6, wherein a cross rail is further provided above the support base, the cross rail being provided adjacent to the frame cover for guiding a basket.
8. A basket receiving device according to claim 5, wherein a contact is provided on each basket support bracket for triggering the first detection means.
9. The basket receiving device according to claim 1, further comprising a reminder device electrically connected to the controller; the reminding device is used for sending out sound and/or light reminding signals after all the second detection devices detect that the second detection devices correspond to the bowl basket supporting frame and the bowl basket is supported on the bowl basket supporting frame.
10. A basket receiving device according to claim 1, wherein the first detection device comprises one or more of a photoelectric switch, a trigger-type potential switch, and an electromagnetic induction switch; the second detection device comprises one or more of a photoelectric switch, a trigger type potential switch and an electromagnetic induction switch.
11. A washing system comprising a dishwasher and a basket receptacle according to any one of claims 1 to 10, the basket outlet of the dishwasher being in abutment with the inlet of the basket receptacle.
