Detailed Description
The invention is described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a cleaning apparatus, such as a hand-held cleaner, which may be used to clean dust from surfaces such as floors, carpets, sofas, curtains, furniture, and the like. Typically the cleaning device comprises a cleaning brush head and a support portion connected to the brush head.
The invention also provides a brush head for a cleaning appliance.
Referring to fig. 1, a brush head 10 includes a housing 100 (only a portion of which is shown), an air inlet passage 101, a brush body 102, and a driving part 103 disposed in the housing.
Wherein, the air intake channel 101 is fixed in the shell 100 and penetrates through the shell 100; the brush body 102 is coaxially arranged with the air inlet channel 101 and at least partially sleeved, and the brush body 102 can rotate around the axis of the air inlet channel 101 under the action of the driving part 103. Therefore, when the brush head is used, the brush body can rotate around the axis of the air inlet channel, so that the contact strength of the brush head and the surface of an object to be cleaned is increased, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the brush body 102 may be disposed at one side of the air inlet channel 101.
In one embodiment, the housing 100 may comprise two parts, such as an upper housing and a lower housing, only one part being shown in FIG. 1, with the air intake channel disposed between the two housing parts. The housing may also be integrally formed, or may have other structures or shapes, which are not limited herein.
In one embodiment, further comprising a bearing 1001 disposed at one side of the housing 100, the brush 102 may be fixedly connected to a surface of an inner ring of the bearing 1001 to fix the brush 102 in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the air intake passage 101. At the same time, it is possible to realize that the brush body 102 rotates supported by the bearing 1001.
In one embodiment, the brush body 102 includes a first end 1021 and a second end 1022 on an axis parallel to the air intake channel 101, wherein the first end 1021 is located outside the housing 100 to contact with the surface of the object to be cleaned, and the second end 1022 is located inside the housing 100; and the first end 1021 is provided with bristles 1020 and the second end 1022 is connected to the driving part 103.
Wherein, a convex part 1022-1 may be provided on an end surface of the second end 1022 to connect with the driving part 103, such as a gear surface.
In one embodiment, the driving portion 103 is connected to the brush body 102 through the second end 1022 to drive the brush body 102 to rotate around the axis of the air intake channel 101.
In one embodiment, the driving part 103 may be a motor driving device including a motor 1031 and a motor gear 1032 driven by the motor, and the second end 1022 of the brush body may be provided with a gear, wherein the motor gear 1032 is engaged with the gear of the second end 1022 to drive the brush body 102 to rotate.
In one embodiment, the motor driving device can also be a belt transmission component, and the gear at the second end 1022 is connected through a belt to drive the brush body 102 to rotate.
In one embodiment, the bristles 1020 can be implanted into the end face of the brush body 102 by machine. For example, when the first end 1021 of the brush body 102 is annular, the bristles 1020 may be uniformly disposed on the end surface of the first end 1021, also being annular. Therefore, when the brush head is used obliquely, the brush hair can play a certain sealing role, so that the wind can cling to the surface of the cleaned object as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the brush body 102 further includes a roller 104 disposed in the housing 100, and the roller 104 is rotated in place on an axis parallel to the air inlet passage 101, i.e., the roller 104 does not move on the axis.
Wherein, the end surface of the second end 1022 of the brush body 102 perpendicular to the axial direction is provided with a concave-convex surface 1023; the spring member 105 is biased between the brush 102 and the housing 100 and axially presses the concave-convex surface 1023 of the brush 102 against the roller 104, so that when the brush 102 rotates, the roller 104 pushes the concave-convex surface 1023, thereby axially vibrating the brush 102. Through the scheme, the brush body can vibrate in use, so that the labor force of a user is reduced, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the use experience of the user is enhanced.
In one embodiment, spring member 105 is disposed over brush body 102.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the drive section 103 may be a wind turbine drive 103' other than electrically powered. The wind turbine drive 103 'is coupled to the gear 300 via the shaft 200 and the gear 300 is coupled to the gear 301 via the belt 400, such that the gear 300 and the gear 301 are driven by the wind turbine drive 103'.
In one embodiment, the gear 301 may be coupled to a protrusion 1022-1 of the second end 1022 of the brush body 102 to drive the brush body 102 to rotate.
In one embodiment, the protrusion 1022-1 of the second end of the brush body is a bevel gear 1023, wherein the gear 301 can be connected to the bevel gear 1023 through a bevel gear 1023' arranged coaxially with the shaft 201, thereby driving the brush body 102 to rotate along the axis of the air intake channel.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
