本发明涉及口罩技术领域,具体涉及一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于,包括口罩体及石墨烯耳带,所述口罩体包括石墨烯无纺布外层、石墨烯过滤中间层、石墨烯无纺布内层,所述石墨烯无纺布外层与石墨烯无纺布内层都为含有石墨烯成分的无纺布构成;所述中间层为含有石墨烯成分的过滤材料构成,由于具有以上技术特征,以上述材料生产的口罩,具有防止细菌、病毒因接触口罩而二次产生繁殖、传染的功能,能抑制细菌、病毒等微生物。

本发明涉及口罩技术领域,具体涉及一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫进出佩戴者口鼻的用具,以纱布或纸等制成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行时,在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。
发明内容
一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于,包括口罩体及石墨烯耳带,所述口罩体包括石墨烯无纺布外层、石墨烯过滤中间层、石墨烯无纺布内层,所述石墨烯无纺布外层与石墨烯无纺布内层都为含有石墨烯成分的无纺布构成;所述中间层为含有石墨烯成分的过滤材料构成。
所述过滤材料可以是含有石墨烯的熔喷布,也可以是含有石墨烯的无纺布和静电纺丝涂层复合滤材。
所述石墨烯无纺布生产工艺为:将石墨烯粉剂放入熔化成液态的PP塑料等材料内,再充分搅拌,射出,冷却,即得石墨烯母粒;将石墨烯母粒和用于生产熔喷布的PP塑料颗粒充分搅拌混合均匀,在温度为120-220℃的温度条件下,石墨烯母粒与PP塑料颗粒熔化后,充分搅拌混合均匀,再经过喷丝形成纤维,自然冷却纤维,得成品熔喷布,而后再静电驻极,对石墨烯无纺布进行静电充电,得静电驻极体石墨烯熔喷布,石墨烯熔喷布利用荷电纤维的库仑力去实现对微粒的捕获。
所述石墨烯的塑料母粒与生产熔喷布的PP塑料颗粒,两种塑料必须为同一类型的塑料,所述石墨烯母粒的粒度为1-8mm,所述用来制作石墨烯母粒的石墨烯粉体的粒度为1000目-50000目。
所述石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料,石墨烯及其衍生物,均具有独特的二维表面化学结构和尖锐的物理边缘结构,所述石墨烯最好为氧化石墨烯,所述氧化石墨烯是的一类抗菌抗病毒石墨烯材料,所述石墨烯熔喷布可制成能抑细菌、流感病毒、新冠病毒等微生物口罩的应用。
由于具有以上技术特征,以上述材料生产的口罩,具有防止细菌、病毒因接触口罩而二次产生繁殖、传染的功能,能抑制细菌、流感病毒、新冠病毒等微生物。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于,包括口罩体1及石墨烯耳带2,所述口罩体1包括石墨烯无纺布外层11、石墨烯过滤中间层12、石墨烯无纺布内层2所述石墨烯无纺布外层11与石墨烯无纺布内层13都为具有拒水功能的石墨烯无纺布构成;所述中间层为含有石墨烯成分的过滤材料构成。
所述过滤材料可以是含有石墨烯的熔喷布,也可以是含有石墨烯的无纺布和静电纺丝涂层复合滤材。
实施例2
所述石墨烯无纺布生产工艺为:将石墨烯粉剂放入熔化成液态的PP塑料等材料内,再充分搅拌,射出,冷却,即得石墨烯母粒;将石墨烯母粒和用于生产熔喷布的PP塑料颗粒充分搅拌混合均匀,在温度为120-200℃的温度条件下,石墨烯母粒与PP塑料颗粒熔化后,充分搅拌混合均匀,再经过喷丝形成纤维,自然冷却纤维,得成品熔喷布,而后再静电驻极,对石墨烯无纺布进行静电充电,得静电驻极体石墨烯熔喷布,石墨烯熔喷布利用荷电纤维的库仑力去实现对微粒的捕获。

所述石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料。所述用来制作石墨烯母粒的石墨烯粉体的粒度,1000目-50000目。石墨烯及其衍生物,如石墨烯(G)、氧化石墨烯(GO)和还原氧化石墨烯(rGO),均具有独特的二维表面化学结构和尖锐的物理边缘结构,其中,GO是目前研究最多的一类抗菌抗病毒石墨烯材料。根据报道,石墨烯材料的抗菌抗病毒能力主要基于以下几种机制的混合协同作用:1)物理切割,也称纳米刀(Nano-Knives),石墨烯材料尖锐物理边缘可有效切割细菌病毒表面,破坏细胞壁和膜
结构,造成胞内物质泄漏和代谢紊乱,最终导致细菌病毒死亡,是石墨烯材料的主要抗菌抗病毒机制之一;2)膜表面成分提取(Insertion and Extraction),石墨烯材料具有大的比表面积和疏水性,可以有效通过接触或插入方式吸附结合细菌病毒表面的磷脂分子,从而破坏其细胞膜结构引起细菌病毒死亡;3)物理捕获(Wrapping),石墨烯材料会通过包裹方式将细菌同周围介质隔离,进而阻断其增殖,起到抑菌作用;4)氧化应激作用(ROS),在同细菌接触过程中,石墨烯表面缺陷和尖锐的边缘结构均会诱导细菌产生活性氧成分,从而导致其正常生理代谢紊乱,造成细菌死亡(图1)。除了上述主要抗菌抗病毒机制外,电荷传导也是重要的石墨烯抗菌机制,该机制通过石墨烯传导细菌表面电荷,破坏细胞膜的生理活动和功能,造成细菌代谢紊乱,进而促进细菌死亡。实验数据表明,在含有足量石墨烯的无纺布、熔喷布等材料上进行细菌、病毒((包含H1N1流感病毒)培养,在长达18小时的时间内,对细菌、病毒(包含H1N1流感病毒),抑菌率高达95%以上。

1.一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于:包括口罩体及石墨烯耳带,所述口罩体包括石墨烯无纺布外层、石墨烯过滤中间层、石墨烯无纺布内层,所述石墨烯无纺布外层与石墨烯无纺布内层都为含有石墨烯成分的无纺布构成;所述中间层为含有石墨烯成分的过滤材料构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于:所述过滤材料可以是含有石墨烯的熔喷布,也可以是含有石墨烯的无纺布和静电纺丝涂层复合滤材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于:所述石墨烯无纺布生产工艺为:将石墨烯粉剂放入熔化成液态的PP塑料等材料内,再充分搅拌,射出,冷却,即得石墨烯母粒;将石墨烯母粒和用于生产熔喷布的PP塑料颗粒充分搅拌混合均匀,在温度为120-220℃的温度条件下,石墨烯母粒与PP塑料颗粒熔化后,充分搅拌混合均匀,再经过喷丝形成纤维,自然冷却纤维,得成品熔喷布,而后再静电驻极,对石墨烯无纺布进行静电充电,得静电驻极体石墨烯熔喷布,石墨烯熔喷布利用荷电纤维的库仑力去实现对微粒的捕获。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种能抑制细菌病毒的口罩,其特征在于:所述石墨烯的塑料母粒与生产熔喷布的PP塑料颗粒,两种塑料必须为同一类型的塑料,所述石墨烯母粒的粒度为1-8mm,所述用来制作石墨烯母粒的石墨烯粉体的粒度为1000目-50000目。
