Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock breeding feed, and relates to a sow feed for improving the growth of suckling piglets.
Background
China is the first pig-raising big country in the world and is also the first big country of pork consumption. In the actual pig raising production, the weaned weight of the piglets is obtained to the maximum extent, and the piglet weight-gaining weaning feed is an important feeding means for relieving the weaning stress of the piglets, obtaining the growth advantage in the later period and achieving the weight on the market earlier. Breast milk is an important nutrient source for newborn piglets and is a basal stone for determining the weaning weight of the piglets, and more evidence shows that nutrient substances provided by modern sows in the lactation period and characterized by high litter size cannot meet the amount required by the piglets for playing the optimal growth performance. At present, the phenomena of poor vitality of piglets, shriveled breasts and no milk of sows in a lactation peak period, slow growth speed of the piglets, low survival rate and transfer rate of certified products and the like which are closely related to the unsatisfactory lactation performance of the sows still commonly exist in most pig farms in China. The lactation performance of the sow depends on the supply of energy and amino acid to the mammary gland by the body on one hand and on the utilization capacity of the mammary gland to nutrient substances in blood on the other hand. In actual production, the nutrient substances in the feed in the breast milk period basically reach the ideal level, so that the search for a functional component to maintain the utilization capability of the nutrient substances by the mammary gland is one of effective ways for improving the lactation performance of the sow.
Alpha-ketoglutarate derived small peptidesIt is ornithine-alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG) with molecular formula C10H18N2O7The relative molecular weight was 278.26 g/mol. The results of previous animal experiments show that the appropriate dosage of OKG is helpful for the absorption capability of the animal bodies to nutrient substances and simultaneously improves the growth performance of livestock and poultry. OKG is not only a precursor of glutamine and arginine, but also can be converted into functional amino acids such as proline and citrulline in vivo. In addition, OKG has functions which AKG does not have, for example, OKG can promote insulin and growth hormone, promote in vivo protein synthesis, and improve energy metabolism. Ornithine-alpha-ketoglutaric acid (OKG) is a salt consisting of one molecule of alpha-ketoglutaric Acid (AKG) and two molecules of ornithine, the molecular formula C10H18N2O7The nutrient has the characteristics of treating and promoting anabolism, is an effective nutrient regulator, can increase bone mineral density, treat burn and tumor, resist stress, improve energy metabolism and the like, and is a novel functional nutrient. Our previous research results also indicate that addition of OKG can promote the anabolism of milk protein by mammary epithelial cells by activating the key protein synthesis signal mTOR in mammary epithelial cells. Therefore, by reasonably adding OKG in the lactation period of the sows, the lactation performance of the sows is fundamentally improved, the growth and development of suckling piglets are promoted, and the production benefit of a pig farm is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a sow feed for improving the development of suckling piglets.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the sow feed for improving the development of the suckling piglets comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200 parts of soybean, 500 parts of corn, 600 parts of ornithine alpha ketoglutarate, 2-3 parts of vinasse, 25-45 parts of soybean oil, 10-20 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 8-15 parts of limestone, 3-7 parts of salt and 8-12 parts of vitamin and mineral premix.
Preferably, the sow feed consists of the following components in parts by weight: soybean 245-.
Preferably, the sow feed consists of the following components in parts by weight: soybean 250, corn 572.3, ornithine alpha ketoglutarate 2.5, vinasse 100, soybean oil 35, calcium bicarbonate 15.2, limestone 10, salt 5 and vitamin and mineral premix 10.
More preferably, every 10g of the vitamin and mineral premix comprises the following components: vitamin A13500IU, vitamin D33000 IU, vitamin E44IU, vitamin K33 mg, vitamin B11.8mg, vitamin B26 mg, vitamin B60.3mg, vitamin B120.024mg, biotin 0.03mg, nicotinic acid 24mg, pantothenic acid 15mg, folic acid 0.9mg, and 20mg CuSO4·5H2O,1200mg ZnSO4,0.3mg Na2SeO3·H2O,40mg MnSO4·H2O,100mg FeSO4·H2O,0.3mgCa(IO3)2。
The feeding method based on the sow feed comprises the following steps: feeding the sows immediately after delivery, feeding the sows in a limited feeding way in the first three days, only supplying 1/5 feeding amount on the 1 st day after delivery, only supplying 1/4 feeding amount on the 2 nd day after delivery, only supplying 1/3 feeding amount on the 3 rd day after delivery, feeding the sows for 3 times every day until piglets are weaned, and replacing a common formula.
The invention is further illustrated below:
the growth and health of the suckling piglets depends on the lactation performance of the sow. Sows need to mobilize body reserves during lactation to maintain nutrients in the blood for milk production. However, the milk production of sows is much lower than the energy and protein requirements of newborn piglets, and this gap gradually increases throughout lactation, with the milk production of sows meeting only about 50% of the requirements on day 21 of lactation. Our studies indicate that OKG can increase the protein synthesis capacity of porcine mammary epithelial cells by activating the mTOR signaling pathway. Therefore, the invention takes the nutrition requirement (NRC2012) of the lactating sow as the basis of the nutrition formula, and the functional component OKG for promoting the synthesis of the mammary gland protein is added. The practical application effect of the invention shows that the formula can improve the contents of glutamine, lactose and total protein in the breast milk, thereby improving the intestinal development, skeletal development and growth performance of the suckling piglets.
In a word, the sow feed disclosed by the invention takes the nutritional energy supply substance ornithine alpha ketoglutaric acid as a main component, so that the lactation pressure of a lactating sow can be relieved, the mammary gland tissue of the sow is in an optimal physiological condition, the lactation yield of the sow and the nutritional content of milk are improved, the growth and development of a suckling piglet are promoted, and the economic benefit of a pig farm is further improved. By adopting the sow feed and the feeding mode, the lactation performance of sows can be obviously improved, the milk quality can be improved, and the daily gain, the intestinal development index and the skeletal development of piglets in the lactation period can be improved.
