Abstract
The invention provides a combined herbicide and a production method thereof, and particularly relates to the field of pesticide production, wherein 2.5-90% of mefenacet, 0.15-60% of penoxsulam, 1-85% of benzobicyclon, 0.1-40% of fluroxypyr meptyl, 5-40% of an auxiliary agent and 20-60% of a carrier are used; the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing mefenacet, penoxsulam, benzobicyclon, fluroxypyridine, an auxiliary agent and a carrier according to a ratio, grinding by using a sand mill until the particle size fineness is 1-10 mu m, and then shearing, thickening and defoaming by using a homogenizer to prepare the suspension preparation. The invention can relieve the drug resistance of weeds, has high efficiency, low toxicity and long drug effect, and improves the control effect of the weeds in the rice field.

The invention belongs to the field of pesticide production, and particularly relates to a combined herbicide and a production method thereof.
Background
Herbicides (herbicides) refer to agents which cause complete or selective death of weeds, also known as herbicides, and are used to kill or inhibit plant growth. They are divided by action into biocidal and selective herbicides, the selective herbicides being effective in most cases, in particular derivatives of nitrophenol, chlorophenol, carbamic acid. The development of the herbicide in the world is gradually steady, the varieties with high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum and low dosage are mainly developed, and the disposable treatment agent with little environmental pollution gradually becomes the mainstream; penoxsulam is a conductive herbicide, can effectively prevent and kill barnyard grass, moleplant seed and annual sedge weeds, has the effects of preventing and killing a plurality of broadleaf weeds, can also prevent and kill bensulfuron-methyl weeds in a rice field, has residual activity on a plurality of broadleaf and sedge weeds, barnyard grass and the like, and is a variety with the widest weed control spectrum in the current herbicides for the rice field;
the mixing of different kinds of agricultural chemicals is a common method for preventing and controlling agricultural resistance diseases, pests and weeds. By screening the pesticide formula, a reasonable formula is screened, the actual control effect can be effectively improved, the dosage is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the generation of the drug resistance of diseases, pests and weeds is delayed, so that the method is an important means for agricultural comprehensive treatment.

Preferably, the mefenacet is 360-480 g ai/ha, the penoxsulam is 22.5-30 g ai/ha, the chloropyridine ester is 15g ai/ha, and the benzobicyclon is 168-252 g ai/ha.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is one or more of an emulsifier, a wetting agent, a stabilizer, a dispersing agent, a thickening agent, a pH regulator, a defoaming agent, an antifreezing agent, a disintegrating agent, a binder and a filling agent.
Preferably, the carrier is vegetable oil and derivatives thereof.

The above table shows that the combined herbicide of the invention has obviously improved efficacy compared with a single agent, can greatly reduce the dosage of the herbicide, not only can reduce the cost of the herbicide, but also can reduce the influence of the pesticide on the environment; the herbicide composition adopts a plurality of drug combinations, enlarges the weeding spectrum, can improve the defect that a single-dose drug is easy to generate resistance through different action mechanisms of a plurality of active ingredients, further prolongs the drug effect of the drug, and is favorable for improving the prevention and treatment effect of the weeds in the rice field.

A process for producing a combination herbicide as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the mass percent of the mefenacet is 360-480 g ai/ha, the mass percent of the penoxsulam is 22.5-30 g ai/ha, the mass percent of the chlorofluoropyridine ester is 15g ai/ha, and the mass percent of the benzobicyclon is 168-252 g ai/ha.
