Fig. 1 illustrates a method for replying to a communication information in an instant messaging application, which is applicable to a terminal, according to an aspect of the present application, wherein an unread communication page is set in the instant messaging application, and the method includes step S101, step S102, step S103, and the like. In step S101, the terminal presents at least two unread communication records and a common input box of a user to which the terminal belongs in the unread communication page, where each unread communication record includes object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user and one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object; in step S102, the terminal obtains the information to be replied, which is input by the user in the public input box; in step S103, the terminal obtains at least one object identification information of the user about the information to be replied, and sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information via a corresponding network device. For example, the instant messaging application includes an instant messaging application that allows two or more people to communicate text information, expressions, files, voice and video information, etc. in real time using a network, etc. The existing instant messaging application is provided with a corresponding communication page, the communication page is used for presenting one or more communication records received by a user to which a terminal belongs, and each communication record comprises a corresponding contact object, the latest communication information of the contact object and the like; in some cases, when a user receives communication information sent by a large number of contact objects within a certain time, because the communication information presented by the communication page is limited, and the user needs to frequently click the communication record of the contact object to enter the object communication page of each contact object to reply the communication information, the operation is repeated in a circulating way, the contact objects are easily confused to miss or miss the information of a certain contact object and miss the reply of the contact object, for example, after clicking and reading the communication information of a certain contact object, the communication information of the contact object is leaked back without replying, namely the object communication page of the contact object exits, wherein the object communication page refers to a private communication page for the user to send and receive communication information with a corresponding contact object in the instant messaging application, here, the contact object includes, but is not limited to, a contact of the user, a stranger who does not establish a friend relationship with the user, or a group chat that the user joins, and the like. The unread communication information includes communication information received after the user contacts a contact object for the last time (such as entering an object communication page of the contact object or replying communication information and other contact operations). Here, the execution of step S102 and step S103 is not in a fixed order, and the corresponding execution order is determined based on the generation logic of the corresponding reply information.
Specifically, in step S101, the terminal presents at least two unread communication records of a user to which the terminal belongs and a common input box in the unread communication page, where each unread communication record includes object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user and one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object. For example, the terminal includes, but is not limited to, any mobile electronic product capable of human-computer interaction with a user (e.g., human-computer interaction through a touch panel), such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like. The user holds a corresponding terminal, the terminal is provided with a corresponding instant messaging application, the terminal can establish communication connection with the network equipment through the instant messaging application, and receives or sends corresponding communication information through the communication connection. In order to prevent the communication information of other contact objects from being missed by a user in a communication page of the terminal, an unread communication page is arranged in the instant messaging application and used for presenting and replying an unread communication record in the instant messaging application. Of course, in some embodiments, the unread communication page is applicable to a scenario with multiple unread communication records, for example, at least two unread communication records of a user to which the terminal belongs and a common input box are presented in the unread communication page, where the common input box is used to obtain input characters of the user to generate corresponding information to be replied, and the information to be replied may be simultaneously sent to at least one of contact objects corresponding to the at least two unread communication records, or may be simultaneously sent to other contact objects in a contact list, for example, a contact object to which the information to be replied points is determined based on other historical communication information, or a contact object to which the information to be replied points is determined based on a selection operation of the user in the contact list, and the like. Wherein each unread communication record comprises object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user, one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object and the like, the contact object comprises but is not limited to a contact of the user, a stranger who does not establish a friend relationship with the user, or a group chat joined by the user, the corresponding object identification information comprises but is not limited to a contact, a stranger, a head portrait of the group chat, a name, an identification code and the like, each unread communication record presents the object identification information of the corresponding contact object and one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object, such as presenting one piece of unread communication information which is closest in receiving time or presenting multiple pieces of unread communication information simultaneously in a small font (such as determining the font size according to the number of the unread communication information) or presenting one piece of unread communication information which is closest, and providing a display control of other unread communication information of the unread communication record, and displaying all the unread communication information of the unread communication record by touching the display control. As shown in fig. 2, the unread communication page includes multiple unread communication records, each unread communication record includes object identification information (such as a name and a head portrait) corresponding to a contact object, each unread communication record presents a latest piece of unread communication information, when multiple pieces of unread communication information exist, prompt information of more communication information is presented in a corresponding text bubble, and the multiple pieces of unread communication information of the unread communication records can be viewed by clicking the prompt information.
In some embodiments, in step S101, if the trigger condition corresponding to the unread communication page is met, the terminal jumps to the unread communication page and presents at least two unread communication records of a user to which the terminal belongs and a common input box in the unread communication page, where each unread communication record includes object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user and one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object. For example, the unread communication page is suitable for a scene in which a plurality of unread communication messages exist in the instant messaging application, the unread communication page is provided with a certain trigger condition, and if the trigger condition is met, the unread communication page is jumped and presented in the instant messaging application. If an unread communication control corresponding to an unread communication page is set in the instant messaging application, if the touch operation of the user on the unread communication control is obtained, the terminal jumps and presents the unread communication page; or, the instant messaging application sets a corresponding preset number threshold for the unread communication records, and if the number of the unread communication records is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold (for example, 5 or the maximum number that can be displayed on the current screen, etc.), jumps and presents the unread communication page, and presents the unread communication records on the unread communication page; for example, when the unread duration of an unread communication record in the instant messaging application is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold (e.g., 12 or 24 hours), the terminal jumps and presents a corresponding unread communication page, where the unread communication page may be a primary page or a secondary page in the instant messaging application. According to the method and the device, the triggering conditions of the unread communication pages in different scenes are limited, the practicability of the unread communication pages can be improved, the application range of the unread communication pages is wider, and the response of the unread communication records of the user is guaranteed. As in some embodiments, the trigger conditions include, but are not limited to: acquiring touch operation of the user on an unread communication control corresponding to the unread communication page; the number of the unread communication records is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold; the unread duration of some unread communication record in the instant communication application is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold. For example, the unread communication control is set at different positions based on different attributes of an unread communication page, if the unread communication page is a first-level page of the instant messaging application, such as the unread communication page shown in fig. 4, the unread communication page is set as a first-level page, and the unread communication page belongs to the top level of the product/application logic of the instant messaging page, where the first-level page in the instant messaging application includes five pages such as "message", "friend", "dynamic", "unread", and "me", all of the five first-level pages are located at the top level of the product logic of the instant messaging page, and the first-level page belongs to the top level page of the instant messaging page (e.g., the main function page of the instant messaging page) or a corresponding page on the front screen of the instant messaging page; here, the corresponding unread communication control is disposed on the main function page of the instant messaging application, and the corresponding unread communication control belongs to one of the plurality of main function controls. The unread communication pages can also be set as secondary pages, the secondary pages are all positioned at a second layer of the instant communication page product logic, the secondary pages belong to a second layer page of the instant communication page (such as a lower layer page of a main function page of the instant communication page), the jump entry of the second level page is typically provided in the first level page of the instant messaging page, as shown in figure 5, the communication page is provided with an unread communication control corresponding to the unread communication page, if the touch operation of the user about the unread communication control is acquired, the unread communication page is jumped and presented, and of course, the unread communication control can also be arranged on other primary pages, which is only an example here, other existing or future unread communication controls, as applicable to the present application, are also intended to be encompassed within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference. In some embodiments, the unread communication pages include, but are not limited to: a primary page in the instant messaging application; and the jump inlet of the secondary page is arranged on the primary page in the instant messaging application. According to the method and the device, the user can jump to the unread communication page under certain conditions, the user is prevented from being mistaken and missed when replying too many unread communication records, meanwhile, the user can reply a plurality of unread communication records once through the public input box, the effect of batch processing of the unread communication records is achieved, and the reply speed of the unread communication records is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, in step S101, a terminal receives at least two unread communication records of a user to which the terminal belongs, where each unread communication record includes object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user and one or more pieces of unread communication information of the contact object, and the at least two unread communication records are sent by corresponding network equipment; and presenting the at least two unread communication records in the unread communication page according to a specific sequence, and presenting a common input box. For example, the terminal establishes a communication connection with the network device through the instant messaging application, through the communication connection, if the network device receives communication information sent by other users to the user, the network device issues corresponding communication information to the terminal, the terminal receives the communication information and establishes or updates a corresponding unread communication record and the like based on the time of the user about the latest contact of a contact object (such as the latest entering of a communication page of the contact object or the latest reply of the communication information and the like), and the unread communication record comprises the corresponding contact object and one or more pieces of unread communication information. And if at least two unread communication records are received, the terminal presents the at least two unread communication records and a common input box in the unread communication page according to a specific sequence, for example, the sequence is performed according to the receiving time of the latest unread communication information, the quantity of the unread communication information or the object attribute information. Different presentation modes are adopted for different unread communication records based on different amounts of unread communication information contained in the unread communication records, so that the readability of the unread communication records can be improved, and meanwhile, a good presentation effect of an unread communication page is provided for a user. In some embodiments, said presenting said at least two unread communication records in said unread communication pages in a particular order comprises: if a certain unread communication record comprises an unread communication message, presenting the unread communication message of the unread communication record in the unread communication page according to a specific sequence; and if a certain unread communication record comprises a plurality of pieces of unread communication information, presenting the latest unread communication information of the unread communication record and other unread communication information corresponding to other unread prompt information in the unread communication page according to a specific sequence. For example, as shown in fig. 2, in order to make the presentation form of the unread communication page more beautiful, for an unread communication record that only includes one piece of unread communication information, the terminal presents the contact object of the unread communication record and the corresponding unread communication information in the unread communication page; for the unread communication record containing a plurality of pieces of unread communication information, the terminal presents one piece of unread communication information with the nearest receiving time in the unread communication page, provides a display control of other unread communication information of the unread communication record, and can present all the unread communication information of the unread communication record by touching the display control. In some embodiments, the particular order includes, but is not limited to: sequencing according to the receiving time of the nearest unread communication information in each unread communication record; sequencing according to the information quantity of the unread communication information in each unread communication record; and according to each unread communication record, corresponding to the object attribute information of the contact object. For example, each piece of unread communication information includes the receiving time of the unread communication information, the terminal sorts the unread communication information according to the receiving time of the latest piece of unread communication information in each unread communication record, and arranges the unread communication records in sequence according to the receiving time corresponding to each unread communication record, and the like; for example, each unread communication record contains one or more pieces of unread communication information, the unread communication records are sorted according to the number of the unread communication information contained in the unread communication records, and the unread communication records corresponding to each unread communication record are arranged from at least large or from small to large, and the like, and for unread communication records containing the same number of unread communication information, the unread communication records can be arranged according to the receiving time or the object attribute information, and the like; for example, the object attribute information includes a degree of attention of the user to the contact object, for example, the user may set the contact object as special attention, comparative attention, or general attention, and meanwhile, a corresponding stranger is set as not paying attention, and the degree of attention of the contact object according to the unread communication record is ranked from high to low, wherein the degree of attention may also be determined according to the frequency of sending and receiving communication information between the user and the corresponding contact object, for example, an average number of the sending and receiving communication information in a day or a week is used as the corresponding degree of attention. Here, the receiving time, the information amount, the object amount information, and the like may be sorted based on a single factor, or may be sorted in a comprehensive manner by giving priority to one factor and giving priority to at least one other factor. According to the scheme, the presentation modes of the unread communication information are enriched, the user can be attached to the presentation mode of the targeted unread communication records to the greatest extent, and the unread communication information in the unread communication page is presented orderly and reasonably, so that the user can finish the reply of the unread communication information more quickly and accurately, important communication information is prevented from being missed, and the like, and a good communication environment is provided for the user.
In step S102, the terminal obtains the information to be replied, which is input by the user in the public input box. For example, as shown in fig. 2, in an unread communication page, a common input box exists below the unread communication page, where the common input box is used to obtain characters input by a user or files, images, voices, or videos to be sent, and generate corresponding information to be replied based on the corresponding characters or files, images, voices, or videos to be sent. Of course, the common input box may be disposed at any position of the unread communication page, the common input box disposed below the page shown in fig. 2 is only an example, and other common input box arrangements that may exist or may appear in the future, such as may be applicable to the present application, are also included in the scope of the present application, and are hereby incorporated by reference. Here, the existing reply information is generated based on the position of the object communication page, and the corresponding reply information is usually generated by directly pointing to the contact object corresponding to the object communication page, whereas the to-be-replied information is generated in the common input box in the present application, and the sending object of the to-be-replied information cannot be determined when the corresponding to-be-replied information is generated, and the corresponding sending object needs to be determined based on the operation of the user.
In step S103, the terminal obtains at least one object identification information of the user about the information to be replied, and sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information via a corresponding network device. For example, the terminal determines that the object identification information of the at least one unread communication record is the at least one object identification information of the to-be-replied information based on the touch operation of the user on the at least one unread communication record, and sends the to-be-replied information to the contact object of the at least one object identification information through the corresponding network device. In some embodiments, in step S103, the terminal determines, based on a first touch operation of the user on at least one unread communication record of the at least two unread communication records, at least one object identification information of the user on the information to be replied, and sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information via a corresponding network device, for example, if the information to be replied and the corresponding at least one object identification information are sent to the network device, the network device sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to each object identification information in the at least one object identification information respectively. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of unread communication records are present in a current unread communication page, and based on a touch operation performed by a user on one of the unread communication records, the terminal acquires object identification information corresponding to the unread communication record, and sends information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the unread communication record. In some cases, a plurality of pieces of object identification information may be determined based on a touch operation (e.g., multiple clicks or sliding operations, etc.) performed by a user on a plurality of unread communication records, and the determined information to be replied is sent to contact objects corresponding to the plurality of pieces of object identification information via the network device, respectively. The method and the device for sending the reply information can determine one or more object identification information corresponding to the reply information based on the selection of the user about the object, can realize the editing and batch sending of the same message, and are different from the conventional operation of editing the reply information first and then sending the reply information in batch by being limited by an independent object communication page in application.
In this embodiment, the execution of step S102 and step S103 is not in a fixed order, and different execution orders exist according to different modes determined by the generation logic of the corresponding reply information. In some cases, the terminal determines object identification information of a corresponding contact object according to touch operation of a user on unread communication information, then detects whether input information currently exists in a public input box, generates information to be replied based on the currently existing input information if the input information currently exists, and sends the information to be replied to the determined object identification information via the network device. As in some embodiments, in step S102, the terminal detects whether input information input by the user exists in the common input box based on the first touch operation, and if so, determines corresponding information to be replied according to the input information. For example, the input information includes, but is not limited to, characters, expressions, images, voice, video, files, and other information input by the user; as shown in fig. 3, only corresponding input controls (such as an input frame and an add control for adding an expression, a file, an image, voice, or a video) exist in a corresponding common input frame, a corresponding send control does not exist, the corresponding send function is determined after detecting the common input frame after determining based on a first touch operation of a user on an unread communication record, for example, the terminal detects whether a first touch operation on the unread communication record exists in a current unread communication page, if so, determines corresponding at least one object identification information based on the first touch operation, then, the terminal detects whether input information exists in the common input frame, if so, generates corresponding information to be replied according to the input information, and sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information via the network device. In some embodiments, the method further includes step S104 (not shown), in step S104, if the at least one unread communication record corresponding to the first touch operation does not exist, the terminal jumps to an object communication page corresponding to a contact object of the unread communication record according to the at least one unread communication record corresponding to the first touch operation. For example, if the terminal detects that no input information exists in the corresponding input frame after the terminal performs the first touch operation for the unread communication record, it is determined that the user does not currently perform an operation of replying communication information, but wants to enter an object communication page of a contact object corresponding to the unread communication information to view more communication information, such as a plurality of unread communication information or other historical communication information. And the terminal jumps to an object communication page of the contact object corresponding to the unread communication record based on the first touch operation of the user, so that the user can look up more communication information of the contact object. For example, in other cases, the corresponding common input box includes a sending control in addition to the input control, the terminal first obtains an input operation of the user, generates information to be replied according to the input information based on a second touch operation of the user on the sending control, and automatically enters a corresponding contact object selection step, and in the process, the terminal determines a contact object of the information to be replied based on a selection operation of the user on the corresponding unread communication record. The method and the device for determining the contact object can detect whether the corresponding input box has the editing content or not when the contact object is determined directly based on the first triggering operation of the communication record, are different from the traditional sending operation of clicking a sending button, directly determine the corresponding contact object according to the scheme, generate the corresponding information to be replied based on the editing content, simplify the operation of replying the information by a user, and realize quick and accurate reply of the communication information. As in some embodiments, in step S102, the terminal obtains the input information of the user in the common input box and the second touch operation related to the sending control, and determines the corresponding information to be replied according to the input information. For example, the sending control is configured to generate corresponding information to be replied according to the input information in the public input box, based on a second touch operation of the user on the sending control, the terminal generates corresponding information to be replied according to the input information in the public input box, and enters a selection step of a contact object, if the touch operation of the user on one or more unread communication records is obtained, it is determined that object identification information corresponding to the unread communication records is one or more object identification information of the information to be replied, and then the terminal sends the information to be replied to the contact object corresponding to the one or more object identification information via the network device. According to the scheme, the communication information can be conveniently and quickly replied for the user according to different information input modes adapted by the user.
In some embodiments, step S103 further comprises: and if the selection operation of the user on the object identification information of at least one contact object in the corresponding contact object list is acquired, the terminal also determines at least one object identification information of the information to be replied according to the object identification information of the at least one contact object. For example, for a contact object of a communication record (e.g., an unread communication record and/or a historical communication record) existing in an unread communication page, by clicking the communication record presented in the page, object identification information of the communication record is determined as at least one object identification information corresponding to information to be replied, and then the information to be replied is sent to the contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information; however, for a user who does not have a corresponding communication record in the unread communication page, the user needs to enter the contact object list to select (such as touch control, check, or sliding operation in the list) when selecting the contact object, so as to determine that the object identification information selected in the contact object list determines the corresponding at least one object identification information, and send the information to be replied to the contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information through the network device. Here, both the object identification information determined by the communication record and the object identification information determined by the contact object list may include at least one object identification information corresponding to the same message to be replied. Through the selection operation of each contact object in the contact object list, the input content in the public input box of the unread communication page can be sent to the contact object corresponding to the unread communication record and can also be sent to other corresponding contact objects at the same time, the utilization efficiency of the public input box is improved, the batch reply objects of the public input box are expanded, and the use experience of a user is improved. In some embodiments, the unread communication page is further configured to present one or more pieces of historical communication information of the user, where each piece of historical communication information includes object identification information of a contact object corresponding to the user and one or more pieces of historical communication information of the contact object. For example, the unread communication page includes, in addition to a plurality of unread communication records, one or more historical communication records of the user, where the one or more historical communication records and the at least two unread communication records can be replied by communication information through a common input box, where the historical communication records include corresponding contact objects and a latest piece of historical communication information, a ranking of the corresponding historical communication records may be ranked according to a receiving time of the latest piece of historical communication information, object attribute information of the corresponding contact objects, and the like, the historical communication records may be presented after being ranked, and may be presented together with the unread communication records based on a specific ranking rule. In some embodiments, in step S103, the terminal determines at least one object identification information of the user about the information to be replied based on a third touch operation of the user about at least one communication record of the at least two unread communication records and the one or more historical communication records, and sends the information to be replied to a contact object corresponding to the at least one object identification information via a corresponding network device. For example, when the unread communication page is used for presenting a historical communication record about the user, the terminal may determine at least one object identification information of the information to be replied and the like based on the selection of the user in the unread communication record, the historical communication record and even the contact object list, so as to return the information to be replied to the contact object of the at least one object identification information. According to the method and the device, the communication information can be replied in batch by the user through the public input box on the unread communication page through the supplement of the historical communication records, the contact object list and other contact objects, the range of the reply object of the public input box is enlarged, the speed of the user for replying the communication information through the public input box is increased, and therefore good social experience can be created for the user.
