Description

ETC (electronic toll Collection) split-account payment device, method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of financial electronic equipment and systems, in particular to an ETC (electronic toll collection) split-account payment device, method and system.
Background
In recent years, ETC has been rapidly developed with the support of national policies, and convenience and traffic efficiency of highway vehicles have been greatly improved. ETC is a highway electronic toll collection system. Dedicated short-range communication is performed with a Road Side Unit (RSU) on an ETC lane at a toll station through an on-board unit (OBU) mounted on a windshield of a vehicle. When the vehicle passes through the toll station port, the loop sensor senses the vehicle, the RSU sends out an inquiry signal, the OBU responds and carries out bidirectional communication and data exchange, the background center management system acquires vehicle identification information and carries out background settlement processing with a bank by utilizing a computer networking technology, and therefore the purpose that the vehicle can pay the highway or bridge expenses without parking in the highway or bridge toll station is achieved.
With the development of the internet of vehicles, the vehicles on the highway are more closely connected with each other, and the vehicles are in a team to go out, which relates to the problem of paying for the trip fee, for example, a certain vehicle pays for other vehicles in the same trip, or the vehicles in the same trip pay the fee according to a certain proportion. The conventional ETC charging system only solves the requirement of single vehicle passing payment and cannot meet the requirement of separate account payment.
The prior art application number is: 201911007647.6 discloses a block chain-based ETC payment information processing system and method for a fleet of vehicles, which registers vehicle information in advance through the block chain, and when the fleet of vehicles collectively pass through an ETC channel, the fee is paid uniformly by a front-end vehicle, and each tail vehicle is paid to the front-end vehicle through an on-line or off-line. The technical scheme has the following defects: first, the fleet needs to be lined up in front and rear longitudinal lines by the head fleet to collectively pass through the ETC passageway. In the busy time of the expressway, a great number of vehicles pass through the ETC, and the sequence positions of the vehicles are difficult to ensure. Secondly, the tail car needs to submit the money to the head car in ways such as transferring accounts afterwards, the account distribution process is complicated, and the customer experience is poor.
In addition, the ETC vehicle-mounted unit is complicated in application and registration processes at present, and needs to apply to a road network center or a bank, register users on a mobile phone APP, and then perform a series of operations such as binding. Ordinary users are difficult to finish the operation by themselves, and bank professionals are generally needed for assistance.
In summary, with the rapid development of the ETC, new technical means are needed to improve the application and opening processes of the ETC vehicle-mounted device and to meet the demands of personalized billing such as vehicle traveling.

when the vehicle passes through the ETC, the vehicle information and the station position information sent by the roadside unit server record the vehicle access high-speed station information.
After the vehicle leaves the station in step S1002, the fee for the vehicle to pass at high speed is calculated based on the information acquired in step S1001.
S1003 road network clearing center judges whether the vehicle participates in the activity of the branch account, if yes, the operation enters S1004, otherwise, the step S1006 is carried out.
S1004, the participant of the accounting activity inputs an activity number or a license plate number of the activity applicant through the ETC accounting payment device and sends an activity participation request to the activity applicant.
S1005 is matched according to the deduction protocol generated during the client registration. Date of activity, inbound points, outbound points are in compliance with the rules of the split-billing agreement, fee pattern in the agreement, fee rate/flat fee, and paid vehicle information (own vehicle and vehicle participating in the payment).
And S1006, the road network clearing center acquires the bank deduction protocol number in the ETC protocol.
S1007 road network clearing center sends deduction request to bank clearing center, which finishes deduction.
And S1008, the road network clearing center sends a transaction notice to the ETC branch payment device according to the deduction result.
