The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The technical schemes in the following embodiments provided by the invention can be combined with each other unless contradictory to each other, and technical features in different schemes can be replaced with each other.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for determining a reason for an abnormal charging order, which can be applied to a charging control module of a charging pile, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
s101: and responding to the charging starting signal, and acquiring current order information corresponding to the current charging operation. The user requests to charge to the operator platform through APP installed on terminals such as a mobile phone, the operator platform sends a charging starting signal to the charging pile according to the request information of the user, and meanwhile, an order is distributed for the current charging operation, the order information can comprise information of the user terminal, information of a charging vehicle, information of the charging pile and the like, and the information used for the terminals and the vehicle can be data reserved during user registration.
S102: acquiring charging state data in the process of executing the current charging operation; the charging pile can detect charging state data in real time by using a sensor, a communication module and the like arranged in the charging pile in the vehicle charging process, and can carry out data communication with the charged vehicle and carry out data communication with an operator platform.
S103: if the charging state data comprises abnormal state data and the current charging operation is not normally completed due to the abnormal state data, adjusting the current order information into abnormal order information, wherein the abnormal order information is configured with an identifier corresponding to the abnormal state data. In the charging process, charging piles, users and charged vehicles are involved in charging, any party can possibly cause order abnormity when abnormity occurs, and the charging piles can classify charging state data detected in the charging process, so that different identifiers can be allocated for different abnormal order conditions.
S104: and sending abnormal order information to the operator platform so that the operator platform determines the reason of the order abnormality according to the identifier.
In the scheme, the charging pile can determine the reason causing the abnormal charging order according to the charging state data in the vehicle charging process, and different identifiers are configured for the abnormal charging order caused by different reasons. Therefore, after the operator platform receives the abnormal order information, the order abnormal reason can be determined according to the identifier. By the scheme, the actual reason causing the order abnormity can be determined, so that the efficiency of subsequent fault treatment can be improved, and the reason not belonging to the reason caused by the fault of the charging pile does not need to send operation and maintenance personnel to the site to overhaul the charging pile, so that the resource waste can be avoided.
In the above scheme, in the step S103, different identifiers are allocated according to different types of abnormality reasons for the abnormal order information, specifically, the following two examples include:
example 1:
s201: acquiring state data of operable components in the charging state data, wherein the operable components can be manually operated, such as a charging gun, a charging pile cabinet door, a charging pile emergency stop button and the like;
s202: if the state data of the operable component is in an abnormal state, the identifier in the abnormal order information is a first identifier, and the first identifier can indicate that the order is abnormal due to the abnormality of the operable component.
As mentioned above, the charging pile is internally provided with various types of sensors, which may include a sensor for detecting the current of the charging gun, and under normal conditions, after responding to a charging starting signal, if a user inserts the charging pile into a charged vehicle normally and the connection is successful, the current value of the charging gun will change, and at this time, if the sensor detects that the current value does not change according to the normal conditions, the user may be considered as not connecting the charging gun successfully. And the rifle that charges is in the charging process, and its current variation also has certain regularity, if the rifle current value that charges when charging mutates to zero, can think that the rifle that charges has disconnected with the vehicle and be connected, think that the rifle that charges pulls out unusually. Based on similar principle, fill electric pile and can whether the cabinet door is opened by the anomaly, whether scram button is pressed by the anomaly and is detected.
Example 2:
s301: and acquiring the charged vehicle interaction data in the charging state data.
S302: and if the charged vehicle interaction data is abnormal, the identifier in the abnormal order information is a second identifier. The abnormal interaction data of the charged vehicle can include communication connection timeout or communication connection failure between the charging pile and the charged vehicle, or abnormal vehicle charging data fed back by the charged vehicle.
For example, the response time of the charged vehicle in the charge state data is acquired, and the response time of the charged vehicle is obtained by: transmitting a charging signal to the charged vehicle during execution of the current charging operation; acquiring a response signal fed back by the charged vehicle according to the charging signal; the interval between the reception time of the response signal and the transmission time of the charging signal is the response time of the charged vehicle; and if the response time of the charged vehicle exceeds a set threshold, the identifier in the abnormal order information is a second identifier, and the second identifier indicates that the order is abnormal due to abnormal communication with the charged vehicle. In the charging process, the charging pile needs to carry out data communication with a charged vehicle to acquire the battery information of the charged vehicle, so that the charging speed, the output power and the like are adjusted according to the battery information. And if the charging pile cannot successfully communicate with the vehicle at the moment and cannot acquire the data of the vehicle battery, the order cannot be continued, and an abnormal order may occur. Similarly, the authentication result of the charged vehicle during charging, the relay voltage, the communication function of the battery management system, the insulation of the power storage battery, the connector function and the like can also be detected.
According to the scheme provided by the embodiment, the identifier can be allocated to each abnormal order information, and different identifiers can represent different abnormal reasons, so that the operator platform can quickly locate the abnormal reason according to the identifier when determining the abnormal order.
Specifically, the order anomaly caused by each type of charging state data anomaly may be assigned with different identifiers, and the correspondence between the charging state data and the identifiers may be defined and issued by the operator platform, so the above scheme may further include the following steps: and acquiring an identifier mapping relation sent by the operator platform, wherein the identifier mapping relation records the corresponding relation between the identifier and the abnormal state data.
Correspondingly, adjusting the current order information into abnormal order information, wherein the abnormal order information is configured with an identifier corresponding to the abnormal state data, and the step comprises the following steps: and determining the identifier in the abnormal order information according to the abnormal state data and the identifier mapping relation.
Therefore, the identification code is determined according to the mapping relation issued by the operator platform, and a data basis can be provided for accurately positioning the abnormal reason.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a method for determining a reason for an abnormal charging order, which can be applied to an operator platform, as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps:
s501: acquiring abnormal order information, and extracting an identifier in the abnormal order information; the operator platform can communicate with charging pile, so that abnormal order information can be received from charging pile. And identifiers in the abnormal order information, wherein different identifiers indicate which type of abnormal data causing order abnormality is.
S502: and determining abnormal reasons of the abnormal order information according to the identifier, wherein the abnormal reasons comprise charging pile faults, vehicle faults and abnormal operation. The charging pile allocates identifiers for the abnormal order information, different identifiers can represent different abnormal reasons, and the charging pile, the vehicle or the abnormal order information caused by misoperation can be located according to different abnormal reasons.
Specifically, the cause of the abnormality may be determined by:
s601: acquiring charging pile information corresponding to the abnormal order information;
s602: acquiring historical abnormal order information corresponding to the charging pile information in a historical time period, and extracting a historical abnormal identifier in the historical abnormal order information;
s603: and determining the abnormal reason of the abnormal order information according to the proportion of the identifier in the historical identifier.
Each order is recorded with the information of the charging pile, the user terminal and the charged vehicle which are associated with the order. All order information (for example, within one week) in the historical time period of the charging pile can be extracted according to the charging pile information, and the abnormal reason can be determined according to the trend of the abnormal order of the charging pile. In this embodiment, it is equivalent to subdivide the order abnormality reasons into 3 categories including, but not limited to, the following according to the charging process participants:
fill electric pile trouble (stake is responsible): the charging pile fault causes order abnormity, such as network module fault, damage of a charging gun connecting device, incapability of normally closing a cabinet door, fault of an emergency stop button and the like;
abnormal operation (human liability): the order is abnormal due to incorrect operation of a user, such as the gun is not plugged for starting charging, the gun is pulled out in the charging process, the cabinet door is opened without pressing a rule, and an emergency stop button is pressed illegally;
vehicle failure (car liability): due to the fact that the order is abnormal due to the interaction problem between the vehicle and the pile, for example, the vehicle does not respond to the battery information query of the charging pile in time, the charging information reported by the charging vehicle is inaccurate, and the like.
Specifically, the cause of the abnormality may be determined by:
s701: if the identifier is a first identifier and the proportion of the first identifier in the historical identifier is greater than a set proportion threshold (for example, 90%), the abnormal reason is that the charging pile is in fault;
s702: and if the proportion of the first identifier in the historical identifiers is smaller than or equal to a set proportion threshold value, the abnormal reason is abnormal operation.
The order abnormality is caused by the abnormal state of the operable component represented by the first identifier, which may be caused by improper operation of a user, such as unsuccessful connection of a charging gun, gun pulling during charging, opening of a cabinet door without regulation, illegal pressing of an emergency stop button, and the like, or may be caused by a fault of the charging pile itself, such as abnormal connection caused by loosening of a charging gun terminal, abnormal closing of the cabinet door, fault of the emergency stop button, and the like. If the charging pile has a fault, the most rate of order abnormity caused by the reasons in the historical time period can almost reach 100%, and if the manual operation is improper, the rate of order abnormity caused by the reasons is sporadic and is small. Therefore, whether the charging pile is in fault or is artificially and abnormally operated can be judged according to the proportion of the abnormal reasons in the historical orders.
S703: if the identifier is a second identifier and the proportion of the second identifier in the historical identifier is greater than a set proportion threshold value, the abnormal reason is that the charging pile is in fault;
s704: and if the proportion of the second identifier in the historical identifiers is smaller than or equal to a set proportion threshold value, the abnormal reason is a vehicle fault.
The charged vehicle interaction data abnormality represented by the second identifier causes order abnormality, and the reason for the order abnormality can be charging pile failure and charged vehicle failure. If the charging pile is in fault, the order abnormity caused by the reasons in the historical time period accounts for almost 100%, and if the charged vehicle is in fault, the order abnormity caused by the reasons is sporadic and accounts for a small proportion. Therefore, whether the charging pile is in fault or the vehicle is in fault can be judged according to the proportion of the abnormal reasons in the historical orders.
The above solution shows that after receiving the abnormal order information reported by the charging pile, the operator platform automatically performs statistical analysis on the abnormal situations of the order by using an aggregation algorithm according to the predefined identifier and the granularity of the charging station, the operator, and the like according to a certain historical time period (for example, one day, one week, and the like), so as to determine the location of the reason. Specifically, the operator platform generates an identifier mapping relationship according to abnormal charging data corresponding to the abnormal reason of the order and sends the identifier mapping relationship to the charging pile, wherein the identifier mapping relationship records the corresponding relationship between the identifier and the abnormal state data. Therefore, the identifier in the abnormal order information reported by the charging pile and the identifier defined by the operator platform can be ensured to have a uniform standard.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the above scheme may further include the following steps:
s503, determining a terminal corresponding to the abnormal reason according to the plan information, and sending the abnormal reason to the terminal; the plan information records the abnormal reason, the corresponding relation between the processing personnel and the terminals of the processing personnel. According to the signal transmission relationship shown in fig. 4, after determining the reason, the operator platform can push the reason to the handler terminal, for example, send information according to the reserved mobile phone number. That is to say, the operator platform side adopts an automatic message pushing measure for the abnormal reason to push the related responsible parties to follow up the solution, thereby reducing the abnormal rate of the order. For example:
A. fill the unusual that electric pile trouble led to: the operator platform pushes the counted abnormal reasons to corresponding pile enterprise operation and maintenance personnel, so that the operators can locate the fault to a specific charging pile or even a charging gun and help the operators to quickly repair the problem. Furthermore, if abnormal orders which are not responded to the charging piles frequently appear in certain brands and even certain batches of charging piles, defects of modules used by the charging piles in the batches can be suspected, and the operator platform can automatically generate alarm messages to feed back to pile enterprise interface persons to request the pile enterprise interface persons to assist in troubleshooting problems.
B. Abnormal operation caused by abnormal order due to improper operation of the user. Because the operation is not in accordance with the specified flow, great potential safety hazards are generated, so that effective means are required to be adopted to restrain users, for example, for the behavior of unauthorized gun pulling in the charging process, an operator platform can push abnormal reasons to the users through an APP, and meanwhile, safe operation specifications are pushed, or the users are required to sign a safe operation manual after account numbers are forbidden for 1 day, and the like, so that the users are helped to form a good safety concept, and the safety risk is reduced.
C. Abnormality caused by vehicle failure: the part of the order is abnormal because the vehicle communication module does not respond to the request of the charging pile in time. Through the aggregation analysis, once the condition that the vehicle of the user frequently occurs is found, the fact that the communication module of the vehicle is in failure can be basically judged. In order to not influence the use of the user and ensure the safety of the user, the operator platform can automatically inform the user through modes of APP notification, short messages and the like, so that the user can conveniently maintain the vehicle.
In addition, when the operator platform counts the abnormal reasons of the orders, a monitoring alarm mechanism can be implemented. For example, a pile enterprise operation and maintenance person can subscribe the pile responsibility abnormality order statistics of a specific pile station according to the maintenance responsible area of the person (an operator platform needs to provide a message subscription way, e-mails, IM messages and the like), and an active problem discovery and solution mechanism is formed through the way, so that the conventional embarrassment of passively waiting for reporting the problem is broken, and the usability of the equipment can be improved.
