矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,属于汽车灯具领域。
背景技术
目前,汽车前大灯LED透镜模组一般由透镜、遮光罩、支撑架、反光碗、LED芯片和散热块等组成,其中透镜和遮光罩为分体制造的两个部件,各部件要分别开发一副模具,提高了模具的制造成本,而两者在装配时,装配工序麻烦,且无法保证镜面安装的统一性,如有位置偏差,将导致光照射出去的位置会偏移,并导致折射出去的光分散,甚至出现漏光。因此,本申请人曾申请了一种中国专利号201821412337.3,名称为“带一体式配光镜的汽车前大灯LED透镜模组”的专利,其透镜为矩形透镜,聚光效果更好,照射出的光线更加清晰。但在实际产品中,汽车的前大灯有远近光,需要设计一种自动调节远近光的结构。同时,其透镜通过支撑架与散热块相固定,产品结构比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用电磁阀带动自动调节远近光,透镜直接固定在散热支架上,构思巧妙,结构紧凑,成本省的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构。
本发明矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构的技术方案是:包括矩形透镜和散热支架,散热支架中设置反光碗和LED灯珠组件,其特征在于所述的矩形透镜一侧设置开口,开口中设置远近光自动调节机构,所述的远近光自动调节机构包括在位于开口处的散热支架上设置固定板,固定板上安装电磁阀,固定板的前部两侧各设置连接片,两个连接片之间通过卡簧活动连接调节板,所述调节板上设有横杆,电磁阀的阀杆连接横杆。
本发明的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,主要特点是在矩形透镜的一侧设置开口,开口处中设置电磁阀和调节板,远光时,电磁阀通电,阀杆带动横杆,横杆带动调节板通过卡簧转动,调节调节板的位置,即调节板不挡住光源直射,汽车前大灯远光;近光时,电磁阀断电,调节板在卡簧作用下自动复位,调节板挡住部分光源直射,汽车前大灯近光。本方案采用电磁阀直接驱动调节板调节,结构简单,驱动可靠,克服透镜内部空间限制,实现远近光自动调节,具有非常有益的积极效果。
本发明的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,所述的阀杆上设置夹件,夹件夹住横杆,采用夹件夹持,连接、拆卸方便。所述的散热支架上设置折板和固定孔柱,折板上设有定位杆,固定板上设置定位孔,定位杆与定位孔相配合,固定板上制有固定孔,固定孔与固定孔柱通过螺钉相固定,安装方便、可靠。所述的散热支架上顶面四角各设置连接孔柱,矩形透镜的下底面四角各设置一体成型的连接孔座,连接孔柱与连接孔座由螺钉相固定,矩形透镜直接固定在散热支架上,无需支撑架,减少部件,简化结构,节省成本。所述的散热支架两侧设置均布的散热杆,散热效果好。所述的散热支架底部设置散热风扇,进一步提高散热性能。

本发明涉及一种矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,如图1—图5所示,包括矩形透镜1和散热支架2,散热支架中设置反光碗3和LED灯珠组件4,所述的矩形透镜1一侧设置开口14,开口14中设置远近光自动调节机构,所述的远近光自动调节机构包括在位于开口14处的散热支架2上设置固定板5,固定板上安装电磁阀6,固定板的前部两侧各设置连接片7,两个连接片7之间通过卡簧8活动连接调节板9,所述调节板9上设有横杆10,电磁阀6的阀杆11连接横杆10。本方案的主要特点是在矩形透镜1的一侧设置开口14,开口处中设置电磁阀6和调节板9,远光时,电磁阀6通电,阀杆11带动横杆10,横杆10带动调节板9通过卡簧8转动,调节调节板9的位置,即调节板9不挡住光源直射,汽车前大灯远光;近光时,电磁阀6断电,调节板9在卡簧8作用下自动复位,调节板9挡住部分光源直射,汽车前大灯近光。本方案采用电磁阀直接驱动调节板调节,结构简单,驱动可靠,克服透镜内部空间限制,实现远近光自动调节,具有非常有益的积极效果。所述的阀杆11上设置夹件20,夹件20夹住横杆10,采用夹件夹持,连接、拆卸方便。所述的散热支架2上设置折板15和固定孔柱16,折板15上设有定位杆17,固定板5上设置定位孔18,定位杆17与定位孔18相配合,固定板上制有固定孔19,固定孔19与固定孔柱16通过螺钉相固定,安装方便、可靠。所述的散热支架2上顶面四角各设置连接孔柱12,矩形透镜1的下底面四角各设置一体成型的连接孔座13,连接孔柱12与连接孔座13由螺钉相固定,矩形透镜直接固定在散热支架上,无需支撑架,减少部件,简化结构,节省成本。所述的散热支架2两侧设置均布的散热杆21,散热效果好。所述的散热支架2底部设置散热风扇22,进一步提高散热性能。

Claims (6)

1.矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,包括矩形透镜(1)和散热支架(2),散热支架中设置反光碗(3)和LED灯珠组件(4),其特征在于所述的矩形透镜(1)一侧设置开口(14),开口(14)中设置远近光自动调节机构,所述的远近光自动调节机构包括在位于开口(14)处的散热支架(2)上设置固定板(5),固定板上安装电磁阀(6),固定板的前部两侧各设置连接片(7),两个连接片(7)之间通过卡簧(8)活动连接调节板(9),所述调节板(9)上设有横杆(10),电磁阀(6)的阀杆(11)连接横杆(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,其特征在于所述的阀杆(11)上设置夹件(20),夹件(20)夹住横杆(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,其特征在于所述的散热支架(2)上设置折板(15)和固定孔柱(16),折板(15)上设有定位杆(17),固定板(5)上设置定位孔(18),定位杆(17)与定位孔(18)相配合,固定板上制有固定孔(19),固定孔(19)与固定孔柱(16)通过螺钉相固定。
4.如权利要求1所述的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,其特征在于所述的散热支架(2)上顶面四角各设置连接孔柱(12),矩形透镜(1)的下底面四角各设置一体成型的连接孔座(13),连接孔柱(12)与连接孔座(13)由螺钉相固定。
5.如权利要求1所述的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,其特征在于所述的散热支架(2)两侧设置均布的散热杆(21)。
6.如权利要求1所述的矩形汽车前大灯LED透镜模组远近光自动调节机构,其特征在于所述的散热支架(2)底部设置散热风扇(22)。
