The mould bag grouting filling device is characterized by comprising a guide pipe (9), wherein a hoop (20) capable of moving along the axial direction of the guide pipe (6) is arranged in the guide pipe (9), a mould bag (10) is connected onto the hoop (20), and the other end of the mould bag (10) freely extends in the guide pipe (9); wherein the mould bag (10) is connected with the air supply pipe (4) and the grouting pipe (5).
2. A mould bag slip casting and filling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said slip casting pipe (5) is nested within said gas supply pipe (4), and said circumferential collar (20) is provided on said gas supply pipe (4) and is movable along said gas supply pipe (4).
3. The apparatus for filling a mold bag with a slip casting according to claim 1, comprising:
the end head (16) is provided with an end head groove (23) at one end and a bulge for blocking the annular hoop (20) from sliding at the other end;
a clamping tenon (15) is arranged at the tail end of the track where the annular hoop (20) moves, and a lantern ring (14) capable of moving under the pulling of a pull rope is arranged outside the clamping tenon (15);
when the lantern ring (14) is at least partially sleeved on the clamping tenon (15), the clamping tenon (15) is locked on the end socket (23).

The apparatus for filling a mold bag with a slip casting according to claim 1, further comprising: a supporting tube (8) hinged with the guide tube (9); the grouting pipe (5) comprises a vertical grouting pipe positioned in the supporting pipe (8) and a horizontal grouting pipe positioned in the guide pipe (9), and the vertical grouting pipe is connected with the horizontal grouting pipe through a hose.

A mould bag grouting filling device according to claim 1, characterised in that it also comprises a protective cover (17), the other end of the mould bag (10) freely extends into the protective cover (17) in the guide tube (9), and the protective cover (17) is bonded with the guide tube (9) by hot melt adhesive.
6. A method for filling a cavern type goaf by surface grouting by using the device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, mounting an end: the annular hoop is sleeved outside the air supply pipe, then the joint of the end head section and the air supply pipe is realized by the clamping tenon, and the clamping tenon is limited by the lantern ring to be opened to realize a locking structure.
Step 2, filling the mold bags: the bag opening of the mould bag is tied on the annular hoop by a hoop rope, the annular hoop is pushed to fold and pack the mould bag into a sleeve between the guide pipe and the air supply pipe, and the tail end of the end section is sealed by a protective cover.
Step 3, lowering and positioning: the mold bag is conveyed to the preset position of the gob through the supporting pipe and the guide pipe and is lifted by the winch through the pull rope to rotate to the horizontal direction.
Step 4, expanding the mold bag: high-pressure air is sent into through the air compressor machine and promotes the mould bag and back open the safety cover to blow and expand to predetermined shape, drive cyclic annular clamp simultaneously and slide to the end, limit in the protruding department of end.
Step 5, grouting and filling: filling the filling material into the mold bag through a grouting pump through a grouting pipe;
step 6, separating the mold bag: after the designed filling amount is reached, the lantern ring is opened through the pull rope, the clamping tenon is unlocked, the end head is separated, and finally the die bag and the end head section are separated from the air supply pipe.

sending a guide pipe (9) to a preset position of the goaf, wherein a circumferential hoop (20) capable of moving along the axial direction of the guide pipe (6) is arranged in the guide pipe (9), a mold bag (10) is connected to the circumferential hoop (20), and the other end of the mold bag (10) freely extends in the guide pipe (9);
ventilating the mold bag (10) by using the air supply pipe (4) to drive the mold bag to integrally slide and expand;
the mold pocket is grouted by a grouting pipe (5) to form a pier stud.

A method of grouting a goaf in a ground surface to fill a cavity of the goaf type in accordance with claim 9, characterized in that the grouting pipe (5) is sleeved inside the gas supply pipe (4), and the circumferential collar (20) is mounted on the gas supply pipe (4) and is movable along the gas supply pipe (4).
