技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,涉及一种墙体浇筑工装,特别是一种竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具及模具制造方法。
背景技术
随着建筑行业新技术、新材料、新工艺的不断应用,以及人们对绿色、节能、环保及质量精品的意识不断增强,竹模饰面现浇清水混凝土作为一种崇尚绿色、环保,回归自然的建筑装饰效果,是近年来新兴的一种工艺,在当前不少建筑得到推崇应用。
现浇竹纹饰面清水混凝土墙体需要一次成型原生态混凝土,并通过混凝土本身质感和竹板刻印在其表面的竹状、竹节的排列等产生原生态特点,对其施工工艺控制提出了较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种利用常规胶合板做为基板,以PVC板及弧形竹片板做内衬,脱模成型特定竹节饰面的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具及模具制造方法。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,包括两面相对峙设置的集成模板,两面集成模板之间为浇筑容腔,所述集成模板由多个单个模板拼合形成,所述单个模板包括呈栅格状的内部主体,所述内部主体由若干根竖肋与若干根水平龙骨相互垂直交叉形成,所述内部主体的两侧竖边上均固设边框,所述边框的内侧面固连若干根所述水平龙骨的端部,所述内部主体的一侧面上固设胶合板,所述胶合板通过焊接点与若干根竖肋、若干根水平龙骨固连,所述胶合板的外侧面上粘接排列若干条PVC板,若干条所述PVC板的外侧排列固设若干排竹片板,所述竹片板的切面与PVC板之间通过双面胶粘接,所述竹片板的两边檐上还插设若干枪钉,所述枪钉钉设入所述胶合板中,所述竹片板与所述PVC板的接缝间隙内填设密封胶,相邻排所述竹片板之间设置间隔空隙,所述间隔空隙中露出所述PVC板,相间隔排列的所述竹片板与PVC板形成内衬,所述内衬表面涂覆脱模涂层,两面所述集成模板由内衬相对,两面所述集成模板上呈对峙开通若干组固定孔,每组固定孔内贯穿一根对拉螺杆,所述对拉螺杆中部套接两个堵头,所述堵头封堵所述内衬上的固定孔,所述对拉螺杆的两外端上均套接夹具,两个所述夹具由外侧向内压紧所述集成模板。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具中,所述堵头与所述内衬之间夹设海绵条,所述堵头的底面压紧所述海绵条;所述堵头为塑料堵头。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具中,所述竖肋采用规格为230~300mm的金属方通,所述水平龙骨采用规格为600mm的10#双槽钢,所述边框采用14#槽钢。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具中,所述胶合板与PVC板之间通过胶体粘接,所述胶体选用树脂胶或万能胶。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具中,所述PVC板的尺寸宽度比单个模板尺寸宽度小1~2mm。PVC板宽具体为120mm,以便安装模板时内接口的严密性铺贴PVC板。
竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、制作单个模板:
a、将若干根竖肋与若干根水平龙骨相互垂直交叉固连,形成格栅状的内部主体,内部主体的两侧竖边呈对称固设边框,若干根水平龙骨的端部固连位于同侧的边框;
b、在内部主体的一侧面上固定胶合板;
2)、铺贴面板;
a、将步骤1)制成单个模板的胶合板表面清理干净,采用橡胶刮板在胶合板表面均匀涂满胶体,等待10~15min后胶体呈干膜状态;
b、根据单个模板尺寸下料若干条PVC板,将PVC板从一边向另一边赶贴,并同步用橡皮锤锤击,使其粘贴牢固,不存气体,防止粘贴后的PVC板产生鼓涨现象;
3)、安装竹片板:
a、加工竹片板:将竹材均匀剖成三等份,使用木材压刨机将剖开的竹条进行压刨,最后将全部竹条一致压刨形成厚度35mm;
竹片板选用毛竹或楠竹,竹片板的竹材外口直径为10~14cm,单根圆竹头尾直径偏差不大于2cm。
b、竹片板相接:在若干条PVC板铺设好后,在胶合板表面弹线,将每条竹片板的排列线标出,将竹片板按排列线进行排列衔接,且相邻排竹片板之间预留35~45mm的间隔空隙,间隔空隙中露出PVC板;
c、竹片板固定:先在竹片板的切面上用双面胶粘在PVC板上初步固定,再用钉枪镶钉固定于胶合板上,打钉点在竹板片两边檐,打钉间距均匀分布;
竹片板镶钉后连接牢固性应满足使用要求,必要时应进行连接强度测试。
4)、竹片板缝隙处理:
竹片板固定后在其与PVC板接缝处使用环保胶水或胶泥进行密封,以防止混凝土浇筑时发生漏浆;
5)、模板组装:
a、模板安装前复核基层上的模板控制线,作好控制标高;
b、单个模板拼装前必须在内衬表面涂刷脱模剂,并根据预拼编号进行模板组装,保证模板拼缝的垂直度及衬板蝉缝能水平交圈;
c、通过吊装将两面拼装好的集成模板相对竖立设置,保证具有竹片板的内衬位于内侧相对,通过至少一根对拉螺杆贯穿两面集成模板,在对拉螺杆中部套接两个堵头,通过堵头封堵集成模板上的螺栓孔避免漏浆,在对拉螺杆的两个穿出端上分别套接夹具并均匀施力拧紧。
均匀施力以保证相邻的对拉螺杆和夹具受力大小一致,避免模板产生不均匀变形。加固用钢管箍或槽钢箍严禁挠曲、变形,且必须具备足够的强度和刚度。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法中,在步骤3)a中竹片板加工时,在相邻竹节的中间点进行截断,以便竹片板与竹片板连接时形状连续一致。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法中,在步骤3)b中同一排竹片板衔接时,采用大头对大头、小头对小头接缝的衔接方式;相邻排竹片板采用大头布设方向与小头布设方向交错排列。

在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法中,在步骤5)的施工前还要对模板进行现场预拼,对模板表面平整度、截面尺寸、阴阳角、相邻板面高低差以及对拉螺杆组合安装情况进行校核,以保证模板质量,并根据预拼情况在单个模板背面编号,以便安装需要。
在上述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法中,其特征在于,步骤5)b中,在集成模板拼装时,严禁模板缝、PVC板缝与竖楞接合缝三缝合一,三缝均要错开,铝梁加固要与模板拼缝垂直设置;相挨单个模板竖向拼缝与竖楞接合缝错缝,两者之间采用高密度的海绵条密封,且海绵条粘贴靠近模板一侧,禁止海绵条在衬板一侧露头;相挨单个模板接头处先将模板边缘用手工刨推平,然后贴上双面胶带,保证对齐后再进行拼接。
与现有技术相比,本竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具及模具制造方法具有以下优点:
利用常规胶合板面板做为基板,以PVC板及弧形竹板片做内衬材料,采用金属方通及槽钢作为受荷骨肋,采用传统螺杆拉结固定安装形成的复合模板体系,制作、安装拆除便捷,施工速度快。竹片板之间设置PVC板条,并配合脱模剂的使用,便于脱模,保证混凝土成型观感质量。采用整体大模板体系,减少模板现场拼装,不仅能保证竹模饰面清水混凝土施工质量,可取消混凝土结构的装饰层,材料成本低廉,从而缩短工期,节约工程造价。

如图1和图2所示,本竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,包括两面相对峙设置的集成模板,两面集成模板之间为浇筑容腔,集成模板由多个单个模板拼合形成,单个模板包括呈栅格状的内部主体,内部主体由若干根竖肋1与若干根水平龙骨2相互垂直交叉形成,内部主体的两侧竖边上均固设边框3,边框3的内侧面固连若干根水平龙骨2的端部,内部主体的一侧面上固设胶合板4,胶合板4通过焊接点与若干根竖肋1、若干根水平龙骨2固连,胶合板4的外侧面上粘接排列若干条PVC板5,若干条PVC板5的外侧排列固设若干排竹片板6,竹片板6的切面与PVC板5之间通过双面胶粘接,竹片板6的两边檐上还插设若干枪钉,枪钉钉设入胶合板4中,竹片板6与PVC板5的接缝间隙内填设密封胶,相邻排竹片板6之间设置间隔空隙,间隔空隙中露出PVC板5,相间隔排列的竹片板6与PVC板5形成内衬,内衬表面涂覆脱模涂层,两面集成模板由内衬相对,两面集成模板上呈对峙开通若干组固定孔,每组固定孔内贯穿一根对拉螺杆7,对拉螺杆7中部套接两个堵头8,堵头8封堵内衬上的固定孔,对拉螺杆7的两外端上均套接夹具9,两个夹具9由外侧向内压紧集成模板。
堵头8与内衬之间夹设海绵条,堵头8的底面压紧海绵条;堵头8为塑料堵头8。
竖肋1采用规格为230~300mm的金属方通,水平龙骨2采用规格为600mm的10#双槽钢,边框3采用14#槽钢。
胶合板4与PVC板5之间通过胶体粘接,胶体选用树脂胶或万能胶。

竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、制作单个模板:

b、根据单个模板尺寸下料若干条PVC板5,将PVC板5从一边向另一边赶贴,并同步用橡皮锤锤击,使其粘贴牢固,不存气体,防止粘贴后的PVC板5产生鼓涨现象;
3)、安装竹片板6:
a、加工竹片板6:将竹材均匀剖成三等份,使用木材压刨机将剖开的竹条进行压刨,最后将全部竹条一致压刨形成厚度35mm;
竹片板6选用毛竹或楠竹,竹片板6的竹材外口直径为10~14cm,单根圆竹头尾直径偏差不大于2cm。
b、竹片板6相接:在若干条PVC板5铺设好后,在胶合板4表面弹线,将每条竹片板6的排列线标出,将竹片板6按排列线进行排列衔接,且相邻排竹片板6之间预留35~45mm的间隔空隙,间隔空隙中露出PVC板5;
c、竹片板6固定:先在竹片板6的切面上用双面胶粘在PVC板5上初步固定,再用钉枪镶钉固定于胶合板4上,打钉点在竹板片两边檐,打钉间距均匀分布;
竹片板6镶钉后连接牢固性应满足使用要求,必要时应进行连接强度测试。
4)、竹片板6缝隙处理:
竹片板6固定后在其与PVC板5接缝处使用环保胶水或胶泥进行密封,以防止混凝土浇筑时发生漏浆;
5)、模板组装:
a、模板安装前复核基层上的模板控制线,作好控制标高;
b、单个模板拼装前必须在内衬表面涂刷脱模剂,并根据预拼编号进行模板组装,保证模板拼缝的垂直度及衬板蝉缝能水平交圈;
c、通过吊装将两面拼装好的集成模板相对竖立设置,保证具有竹片板6的内衬位于内侧相对,通过至少一根对拉螺杆7贯穿两面集成模板,在对拉螺杆7中部套接两个堵头8,通过堵头8封堵集成模板上的螺栓孔避免漏浆,在对拉螺杆7的两个穿出端上分别套接夹具9并均匀施力拧紧。
均匀施力以保证相邻的对拉螺杆7和夹具9受力大小一致,避免模板产生不均匀变形。加固用钢管箍或槽钢箍严禁挠曲、变形,且必须具备足够的强度和刚度。
在步骤3)a中竹片板6加工时,在相邻竹节的中间点进行截断,以便竹片板6与竹片板6连接时形状连续一致。
在步骤3)b中同一排竹片板6衔接时,采用大头对大头、小头对小头接缝的衔接方式;相邻排竹片板6采用大头布设方向与小头布设方向交错排列。
即第一排竹片板6的大头向左,第二排竹片板6的小头向左,由此按照一大、一小重复排列,以避免每排竹片板6的长向相接点对齐,通过交错排列使完成面的接缝线较不明显。
在步骤5)的施工前还要对模板进行现场预拼,对模板表面平整度、截面尺寸、阴阳角、相邻板面高低差以及对拉螺杆7组合安装情况进行校核,以保证模板质量,并根据预拼情况在单个模板背面编号,以便安装需要。
步骤5)b中,在集成模板拼装时,严禁模板缝、PVC板5缝与竖楞接合缝三缝合一,三缝均要错开,铝梁加固要与模板拼缝垂直设置;相挨单个模板竖向拼缝与竖楞接合缝错缝,两者之间采用高密度的海绵条密封,且海绵条粘贴靠近模板一侧,禁止海绵条在衬板一侧露头;相挨单个模板接头处先将模板边缘用手工刨推平,然后贴上双面胶带,保证对齐后再进行拼接。
与现有技术相比,本竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具及模具制造方法具有以下优点:
利用常规胶合板4面板做为基板,以PVC板5及弧形竹板片做内衬材料,采用金属方通及槽钢作为受荷骨肋,采用传统螺杆拉结固定安装形成的复合模板体系,制作、安装拆除便捷,施工速度快。竹片板6之间设置PVC板5条,并配合脱模剂的使用,便于脱模,保证混凝土成型观感质量。采用整体大模板体系,减少模板现场拼装,不仅能保证竹模饰面清水混凝土施工质量,可取消混凝土结构的装饰层,材料成本低廉,从而缩短工期,节约工程造价。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了竖肋1;水平龙骨2;边框3;胶合板4;PVC板5;竹片板6;对拉螺杆7;堵头8;夹具9等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

1.竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,包括两面相对峙设置的集成模板,两面集成模板之间为浇筑容腔,所述集成模板由多个单个模板拼合形成,其特征在于,所述单个模板包括呈栅格状的内部主体,所述内部主体由若干根竖肋与若干根水平龙骨相互垂直交叉形成,所述内部主体的两侧竖边上均固设边框,所述边框的内侧面固连若干根所述水平龙骨的端部,所述内部主体的一侧面上固设胶合板,所述胶合板通过焊接点与若干根竖肋、若干根水平龙骨固连,所述胶合板的外侧面上粘接排列若干条PVC板,若干条所述PVC板的外侧排列固设若干排竹片板,所述竹片板的切面与PVC板之间通过双面胶粘接,所述竹片板的两边檐上还插设若干枪钉,所述枪钉钉设入所述胶合板中,所述竹片板与所述PVC板的接缝间隙内填设密封胶,相邻排所述竹片板之间设置间隔空隙,所述间隔空隙中露出所述PVC板,相间隔排列的所述竹片板与PVC板形成内衬,所述内衬表面涂覆脱模涂层,两面所述集成模板由内衬相对,两面所述集成模板上呈对峙开通若干组固定孔,每组固定孔内贯穿一根对拉螺杆,所述对拉螺杆中部套接两个堵头,所述堵头封堵所述内衬上的固定孔,所述对拉螺杆的两外端上均套接夹具,两个所述夹具由外侧向内压紧所述集成模板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,其特征在于,所述堵头与所述内衬之间夹设海绵条,所述堵头的底面压紧所述海绵条;所述堵头为塑料堵头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,其特征在于,所述竖肋采用规格为230~300mm的金属方通,所述水平龙骨采用规格为600mm的10#双槽钢,所述边框采用14#槽钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,其特征在于,所述胶合板与PVC板之间通过胶体粘接,所述胶体选用树脂胶或万能胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具,其特征在于,所述PVC板的尺寸宽度比单个模板尺寸宽度小1~2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、制作单个模板:
a、将若干根竖肋与若干根水平龙骨相互垂直交叉固连,形成格栅状的内部主体,内部主体的两侧竖边呈对称固设边框,若干根水平龙骨的端部固连位于同侧的边框;
b、在内部主体的一侧面上固定胶合板;
2)、铺贴面板;
a、将步骤1)制成单个模板的胶合板表面清理干净,采用橡胶刮板在胶合板表面均匀涂满胶体,等待10~15min后胶体呈干膜状态;
b、根据单个模板尺寸下料若干条PVC板,将PVC板从一边向另一边赶贴,并同步用橡皮锤锤击,使其粘贴牢固,不存气体,防止粘贴后的PVC板产生鼓涨现象;
3)、安装竹片板:
a、加工竹片板:将竹材均匀剖成三等份,使用木材压刨机将剖开的竹条进行压刨,最后将全部竹条一致压刨形成厚度35mm;
b、竹片板相接:在若干条PVC板铺设好后,在胶合板表面弹线,将每条竹片板的排列线标出,将竹片板按排列线进行排列衔接,且相邻排竹片板之间预留35~45mm的间隔空隙,间隔空隙中露出PVC板;
c、竹片板固定:先在竹片板的切面上用双面胶粘在PVC板上初步固定,再用钉枪镶钉固定于胶合板上,打钉点在竹板片两边檐,打钉间距均匀分布;
4)、竹片板缝隙处理:
竹片板固定后在其与PVC板接缝处使用环保胶水或胶泥进行密封,以防止混凝土浇筑时发生漏浆;
5)、模板组装:
a、模板安装前复核基层上的模板控制线,作好控制标高;
b、单个模板拼装前必须在内衬表面涂刷脱模剂,并根据预拼编号进行模板组装,保证模板拼缝的垂直度及衬板蝉缝能水平交圈;
c、通过吊装将两面拼装好的集成模板相对竖立设置,保证具有竹片板的内衬位于内侧相对,通过至少一根对拉螺杆贯穿两面集成模板,在对拉螺杆中部套接两个堵头,通过堵头封堵集成模板上的螺栓孔避免漏浆,在对拉螺杆的两个穿出端上分别套接夹具并均匀施力拧紧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤3)a中竹片板加工时,在相邻竹节的中间点进行截断,以便竹片板与竹片板连接时形状连续一致。
8.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤3)b中同一排竹片板衔接时,采用大头对大头、小头对小头接缝的衔接方式;相邻排竹片板采用大头布设方向与小头布设方向交错排列。
9.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,其特征在于,在步骤5)的施工前还要对模板进行现场预拼,对模板表面平整度、截面尺寸、阴阳角、相邻板面高低差以及对拉螺杆组合安装情况进行校核,以保证模板质量,并根据预拼情况在单个模板背面编号,以便安装需要。
10.根据权利要求1所述的竹纹理饰面混凝土墙体的浇筑模具的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤5)b中,在集成模板拼装时,严禁模板缝、PVC板缝与竖楞接合缝三缝合一,三缝均要错开,铝梁加固要与模板拼缝垂直设置;相挨单个模板竖向拼缝与竖楞接合缝错缝,两者之间采用高密度的海绵条密封,且海绵条粘贴靠近模板一侧,禁止海绵条在衬板一侧露头;相挨单个模板接头处先将模板边缘用手工刨推平,然后贴上双面胶带,保证对齐后再进行拼接。
