本发明涉及交通建设技术领域,具体涉及一种超高性能混凝土装饰净化空气型声屏障单元预制板。
背景技术:
公路交通运行线两旁的居民,常困于交通运输工具产生的噪声和交通工具排放出的大量有害气体。道路两旁设置声屏障,只能降低车辆在运行时产生的声音超出人们生活承受的音量,不能减轻交通工具排出的有害成分对环境的影响。
声屏障主要采用树脂塑料、金属材料和预制混凝土加隔音棉等材料。树脂塑料和金属声屏障材料成本高,树脂塑料在日光中的紫外光照射容易老化、金属材料在风吹雨淋环境下,容易生锈,在室外环境下的耐久性能不好。普通混凝土加隔音棉的声屏障,主要因其强度低导致产品厚且重,从而限制了混凝土声屏障系统的应用。
光催化材料在光照情况下具有分解有机物的功能,能氧化分解汽车尾气中的有害物质。纳米光催化材料通常是纳米粉体或纳米溶胶状态存在,由于难以找到合适的附载体,因此限制了光催化材料在净化空气功能的工程应用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种超高性能混凝土装饰净化空气型声屏障单元预制板,具有光催化净化空气、自清洁和吸音效果好的功能,并实现了工业废弃物锯末削的新应用,并且所制声屏障单元预制板耐久性好,强度高,装饰美观。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种超高性能混凝土装饰净化空气型声屏障单元预制板,包括自洁净化吸音层、结构层和装饰层,所述自洁净化吸音层采用锯末削、纳米光催化材料和水泥砂浆制成,所述结构层采用耐碱玻璃纤维网格布增强的超高性能混凝土制成,所述装饰层采用压花工艺制成。
所述自洁净化吸音层的厚度在10-15mm。
所述耐碱玻璃纤维网格布的厚度在10-20mm
所述纳米光催化材料为纳米二氧化钛粉体、纳米二氧化钛溶胶、Fe2O3-TiO2复合溶胶、SnO2-TiO2复合溶胶中的一种或几种。
所述纳米二氧化钛溶胶体的质量浓度为8-10%,二氧化钛为锐钛矿型。
所述超高性能混凝为掺有活性纳米级硅灰和微米级高岭土、通过高效减水剂处理降低水胶比、去除粗骨料28天强度在120MPa以上的混凝土材料。
所述压花工艺的具体操作是:在超高性能混凝土初凝后,向混凝土表面喷涂彩粉硬化剂,收光,抹平,喷上脱模剂,再用浮雕模具压制花纹图案。

(1)将锯末削浸泡在浓度10-15%氯化钙水溶液中24小时进行防腐处理,过滤,晾干;
(2)将经防腐处理的锯末削放入搅拌机内,并添加纳米光催化材料,充分搅拌,得到光催化锯末;
(3)准备表面有波纹效果的模具,根据强度要求,设计声屏障单元预制板的厚度;
(4)按配比将光催化锯末、水泥和砂加水搅拌成半干料,浇注在模具内,铺平,震动压实,形成自洁净化吸音层;
(5)再在模具内放置耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,作为结构层的增强材料;
(6)将超高性能混凝土浇注在耐碱玻璃纤维网格布内,收光、压实;
(7)待超高性能混凝土初凝后,流动性失去,变为塑型体时,在背面采用压花工艺形成装饰层;
(8)常温养护24h后,脱模。

(1)将锯末削浸泡在重量浓度15%氯化钙水溶液中24h进行防腐处理,过滤,晾干;
(2)将经防腐处理的锯末削放入搅拌机内,并添加锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛粉体,充分搅拌,得到光催化锯末;锯末削和纳米二氧化钛粉体的重量比100:1;
(3)准备表面有波纹效果的模具,根据强度要求,设计声屏障单元预制板的厚度;
(4)将重量比80%光催化锯末、10%水泥和10%砂加水搅拌成半干料,浇注在模具内,铺平,震动压实,形成厚度15mm的自洁净化吸音层;
(5)再在模具内放置厚度15mm的耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,作为结构层的增强材料;
(6)将超高性能混凝土浇注在耐碱玻璃纤维网格布内,收光、压实;
(7)待超高性能混凝土初凝后,流动性失去,变为塑型体时,在背面采用压花工艺形成装饰层;
(8)常温养护24h后,脱模。
实施例2
(1)将锯末削浸泡在重量浓度15%氯化钙水溶液中24h进行防腐处理,过滤,晾干;
(2)将经防腐处理的锯末削放入搅拌机内,并添加重量浓度10%SnO2-TiO2复合纳米溶胶,其中,溶胶固含量中纳米SnO2与纳米TiO2按质量比1:10配制。锯末削与SnO2-TiO2复合纳米溶胶按重量比100:3配制,并充分搅拌,得到光催化锯末;
(3)准备表面有波纹效果的模具,根据强度要求,设计声屏障单元预制板的厚度;
(4)将重量比70%光催化锯末、15%水泥和15%砂加水搅拌成半干料,浇注在模具内,铺平,震动压实,形成厚度10mm的自洁净化吸音层;
(5)再在模具内放置厚度20mm的耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,作为结构层的增强材料;
(6)将超高性能混凝土浇注在耐碱玻璃纤维网格布内,收光、压实;
(7)待超高性能混凝土初凝后,流动性失去,变为塑型体时,在背面采用压花工艺形成装饰层;
(8)常温养护24h后,脱模。
实施例3
(1)将锯末削浸泡在重量浓度10%氯化钙水溶液中24h进行防腐处理,过滤,晾干;
(2)称量100kg经防腐处理的锯末削放入搅拌机内,并添加2kg锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛粉体和0.5kg重量浓度8%Fe2O3-TiO2复合溶胶,其中,溶胶固含量中纳米Fe2O3与纳米TiO2按质量比1:9配制。充分搅拌,得到光催化锯末;
(3)准备表面有波纹效果的模具,根据强度要求,设计声屏障单元预制板的厚度;
(4)将重量比80%光催化锯末、10%水泥和10%砂加水搅拌成半干料,浇注在模具内,铺平,震动压实,形成厚度15mm的自洁净化吸音层;
(5)再在模具内放置厚度15mm的耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,作为结构层的增强材料;
(6)将超高性能混凝土浇注在耐碱玻璃纤维网格布内,收光、压实;
(7)待超高性能混凝土初凝后,流动性失去,变为塑型体时,在背面采用压花工艺形成装饰层;
(8)常温养护24h后,脱模。

(5) 再在模具内放置耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,作为结构层的增强材料;
(6) 将超高性能混凝土浇注在耐碱玻璃纤维网格布内,收光、压实;
(7) 待超高性能混凝土初凝后,流动性失去,变为塑型体时,在背面采用压花工艺形成装饰层;
(8) 常温养护24h后,脱模。
