Abstract
The invention provides a water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based stainless steel cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 2-5% of polyacrylic acid, 3-7% of glycolic acid, 6-12% of sulfamic acid, 2-3% of sodium benzoate, 1-2% of benzotriazole, 3-6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2-5% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1-1.5% of BK biocide, 2-4% of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and water until the water content reaches 100%. The water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof have good removal effect on oil sludge, rust spots and oxides, and are safe and environment-friendly.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the progress of science and technology, the environmental awareness of people is continuously strengthened, and higher requirements are put forward on the safety protection of field operators. The commercially available stainless steel cleaning agent mostly adopts medium and strong acids such as phosphoric acid, nitric acid, oxalic acid, citric acid and the like as main components of the product, and inevitably contacts with the skin in the using process, and burns of different grades can be caused to the skin if the cleaning agent is not cleaned in time. Aiming at the practical existing conditions, the invention provides the safe and environment-friendly water-based stainless steel cleaning agent which can be used at normal temperature and has good effects of removing oil sludge, rusty spots and oxides.

In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, which have good effects of removing oil sludge, rust spots and oxides and are safe and environment-friendly.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a water-based stainless steel cleaning agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 2-5% of polyacrylic acid, 3-7% of glycolic acid, 6-12% of sulfamic acid, 2-3% of sodium benzoate, 1-2% of benzotriazole, 3-6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2-5% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1-1.5% of BK biocide, 2-4% of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and water until the water content reaches 100%.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 7-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 3-5% of polyacrylic acid, 3-6% of glycolic acid, 6-10% of sulfamic acid, 2-3% of sodium benzoate, 1-2% of benzotriazole, 4-6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2-4% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1-1.3% of BK biocide, 2.5-4% of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and water until the water content reaches 100%.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 9% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 4% of polyacrylic acid, 3% of glycolic acid, 10% of sulfamic acid, 2.5% of sodium benzoate, 2% of benzotriazole, 5% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 3% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1% of BK biocide, 2.5% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 58% of water.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 3% of polyacrylic acid, 5% of glycolic acid, 7% of sulfamic acid, 3% of sodium benzoate, 1% of benzotriazole, 6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1% of BK biocide, 3% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 61% of water.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 5% of polyacrylic acid, 4% of glycolic acid, 8% of sulfamic acid, 2% of sodium benzoate, 1% of benzotriazole, 5% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 4% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1.3% of BK biocide, 3% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 56.7% of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based stainless steel cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of adding half of the production water into the reaction kettle A according to a proportion, starting stirring, heating to 35-40 ℃, then adding sorbitol, sodium nitrilotriacetate, sodium benzoate, benzotriazole and fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether according to a proportion for reaction, preserving heat for 1.5 hours at 35-40 ℃, and then cooling to normal temperature to obtain solution A;
adding the rest half of the production water into the reaction kettle B according to the proportion, starting stirring, heating to 30-35 ℃, then adding sulfamic acid, glycolic acid, polyacrylic acid and hydroxyethylidene diphosphate according to the proportion to react for 30-45 minutes to obtain solution B;
and adding the solution B into the reaction kettle A, stirring for 30-35 minutes, adding the BK biocide, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a finished product.
The cleaning agent selects hydroxyethylidene diphosphoric acid (HDEP) as a polybasic acid, has the characteristics of good chemical stability, difficult hydrolysis, high temperature resistance, small dosage, scale alleviation performance and the like, is a cathode corrosion inhibitor, is a non-chemical equivalent scale inhibitor, is compounded with benzotriazole for use, has a synergistic effect, and can improve the drug effect. The cleaning ability of the mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO), sodium benzoate, glycolic acid and sodium Nitrilotriacetate (NTA) is stronger; wherein the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AE0) is used as a nonionic surfactant, can effectively remove fat and has an emulsifying effect with water; the sodium benzoate has larger lipophilicity and can effectively remove the heavy grease on the metal surface; sulfamic acid and water are mutually soluble, and the product is strong acid and can effectively remove an oxide layer on the surface of the metal and be corroded. Polyacrylic acid, sorbitol and BK biocides exist in the stainless steel cleaning agent in the forms of a dispersing agent, a surfactant and a bactericide respectively to maintain the stability of the stainless steel cleaning agent.
Compared with the prior art, the water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:
the water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and the preparation method thereof have good removal effect on oil sludge, rust spots and oxides, and are safe and environment-friendly.
Detailed Description
Unless defined otherwise, technical terms used in the following examples have the same meanings as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs. The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
1. Adding 30.5 parts of production water into a reaction kettle A, stirring, heating to 37 ℃, then sequentially adding 6 parts of sorbitol, 2 parts of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 3 parts of sodium benzoate, 1 part of benzotriazole and 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether according to the proportion, reacting, keeping the temperature at 39 ℃ for 1.5 hours, and then cooling to the normal temperature to obtain a solution A.
2. And adding 30.5 parts of production water into the reaction kettle B, starting stirring, heating to 35 ℃, and then sequentially adding 7 parts of sulfamic acid, 5 parts of glycolic acid, 3 parts of polyacrylic acid and 8 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate according to the proportion to react for 40 minutes to obtain solution B.
3. And adding the solution B into the reaction kettle A, and stirring for 30 minutes. Then 1 part of BK biocide is added and stirred for 30 minutes to obtain the finished product.
Example 2
1. Adding 28.35 parts of production water into a reaction kettle A, starting stirring, heating to 37 ℃, then sequentially adding 5 parts of sorbitol, 4 parts of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 2 parts of sodium benzoate, 1 part of benzotriazole and 3 parts of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether according to the proportion, reacting, keeping the temperature at 39 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to normal temperature to obtain a solution A.
2. Adding 28.35 parts of production water into the reaction kettle B, starting stirring, heating to 35 ℃, and then sequentially adding 8 parts of sulfamic acid, 4 parts of glycolic acid, 5 parts of polyacrylic acid and 10 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate according to the proportion to react for 30 minutes to obtain solution B.
3. And adding the solution B into the reaction kettle A, and stirring for 30 minutes. Then 1.3 parts of BK biocide is added and stirred for 30 minutes to obtain the finished product.
Example 3
1. Adding 29 parts of production water into a reaction kettle A, stirring, heating to 39 ℃, then sequentially adding 5 parts of sorbitol, 3 parts of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 2.5 parts of sodium benzoate, 2 parts of benzotriazole and 2.5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether according to the proportion, reacting, keeping the temperature at 39 ℃ for 1 hour, and then cooling to the normal temperature to obtain a solution A.
2. And adding 29 parts of production water into the reaction kettle B, starting stirring, heating to 35 ℃, and then sequentially adding 10 parts of sulfamic acid, 3 parts of glycolic acid, 4 parts of polyacrylic acid and 9 parts of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate according to the proportion to react for 30 minutes to obtain solution B.
3. And adding the solution B into the reaction kettle A, and stirring for 30 minutes. Then 1 part of BK biocide is added and stirred for 30 minutes to obtain the finished product.
The water-based stainless steel cleaning agent and commercially available cleaning agent produced in the above examples 1 to 3 were sprayed on the surface of the stainless steel to be cleaned by a high pressure water gun of 2Mpa at 25 c for 10 minutes, and the effects are as shown in table 1 below.

The commercially available product is an FRB-01 type stainless steel cleaning agent.
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the cleaning effect of the product can reach more than 99% after the product is used for cleaning the surface of the stainless steel, and the effect of the cleaning agent prepared by the invention has a remarkable effect.

Claims (6)
1. A water-based stainless steel cleaning agent is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 2-5% of polyacrylic acid, 3-7% of glycolic acid, 6-12% of sulfamic acid, 2-3% of sodium benzoate, 1-2% of benzotriazole, 3-6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2-5% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1-1.5% of BK biocide, 2-4% of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and water until the water content reaches 100%.
2. The water-based stainless steel cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
7-10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 3-5% of polyacrylic acid, 3-6% of glycolic acid, 6-10% of sulfamic acid, 2-3% of sodium benzoate, 1-2% of benzotriazole, 4-6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2-4% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1-1.3% of BK biocide, 2.5-4% of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and water until the water content reaches 100%.
3. The water-based stainless steel cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
9% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 4% of polyacrylic acid, 3% of glycolic acid, 10% of sulfamic acid, 2.5% of sodium benzoate, 2% of benzotriazole, 5% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 3% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1% of BK biocide, 2.5% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 58% of water.
4. The water-based stainless steel cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
8% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 3% of polyacrylic acid, 5% of glycolic acid, 7% of sulfamic acid, 3% of sodium benzoate, 1% of benzotriazole, 6% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 2% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1% of BK biocide, 3% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 61% of water.
5. The water-based stainless steel cleaner according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
10% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphate, 5% of polyacrylic acid, 4% of glycolic acid, 8% of sulfamic acid, 2% of sodium benzoate, 1% of benzotriazole, 5% of sorbitol with the mass fraction of 70%, 4% of sodium nitrilotriacetate, 1.3% of BK biocide, 3% of fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether and 56.7% of water.
6. A method for preparing a water-based stainless steel cleaner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
adding half of the production water into the reaction kettle A according to the proportion, starting stirring, heating to 35-40 ℃, then adding sorbitol, sodium nitrilotriacetate, sodium benzoate, benzotriazole and fatty alcohol-polyvinyl ether according to the proportion for reaction, preserving the temperature for 1.5 hours at 35-40 ℃, and then cooling to normal temperature to obtain solution A;
adding the rest half of the production water into the reaction kettle B according to the proportion, starting stirring, heating to 30-35 ℃, then adding sulfamic acid, glycolic acid, polyacrylic acid and hydroxyethylidene diphosphate according to the proportion to react for 30-45 minutes to obtain solution B;
and adding the solution B into the reaction kettle A, stirring for 30-35 minutes, adding the BK biocide, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a finished product.
