Abstract
The invention provides a thick coating type PE clear primer, which comprises a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, wherein the component A comprises 65-75 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin, 2-3 parts by weight of polyether resin, 0.2-0.3 part by weight of dispersing agent, 18-25 parts by weight of filling agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of unsaturated solvent; the component B is a diluent; the component C is ketone peroxide; the butyl component is a curing accelerator. By adopting the combination of the unsaturated polyester resin and the polyether resin, the coating has the advantages of good sinking resistance, good transparency, high filling property, no cracking and the like, and can be widely used for primer coating of high-grade solid wood and customized furniture.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wood primer, in particular to a thick coating type PE clear primer.
Background
The wood is taken as the traditional material of China, is deeply loved by Chinese people, and develops the wood furniture market widely along with the improvement of the living standard of the masses. Before the wooden furniture leaves a factory, multiple painting is needed, and the paint is used for prolonging the service life of the wood. However, the existing wood primer has the defects of slow drying speed, poor filling property, general adhesive force, poor transparency of thick coating, easy cracking and the like, which is a difficult problem which always troubles the coating industry.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a thick coating type PE clear primer to improve the physical properties of a coating.
The invention provides a thick coating type PE clear primer, which comprises a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, wherein the component A comprises 65-75 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin, 2-3 parts by weight of polyether resin, 0.2-0.3 part by weight of dispersing agent, 18-25 parts by weight of filling agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of unsaturated solvent; the component B is a diluent; the component C is ketone peroxide; the butyl component is a curing accelerator.
Further, the component B is selected from one or more of ethyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate and styrene.
Furthermore, the component B comprises 40-45 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 25-30 parts by weight of dimethyl carbonate and 35-40 parts by weight of styrene.
Further, the component C is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.
Further, the butyl component is cobalt naphthenate.
Further, the weight ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C to the component D is 100:50:2: 2.
Further, the preparation method of the component A comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing unsaturated polyester resin, polyether resin and a dispersing agent, and dispersing at medium speed for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly distributed, wherein the viscosity is guaranteed to be 10000 +/-500 CPS/25 ℃;
step 2: adding a filling agent into the solution obtained in the step 1, and uniformly dispersing;
and step 3: adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, an anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 2, and uniformly dispersing;
and 4, step 4: adding the residual unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 3, and dispersing until the fineness is less than or equal to 50um and the viscosity is controlled at 10000 +/-500 CPS/25 ℃.
Further, the filler is selected from one or more of transparent powder and talcum powder.
Furthermore, the filler is composed of 15-20 parts by weight of transparent powder and 3-5 parts by weight of talcum powder.
Further, the unsaturated solvent is styrene.
Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the combination of unsaturated polyester resin and polyether resin, so that the coating has the advantages of good sinking resistance, good transparency, high filling property, no cracking and the like, and can be widely used for primer coating of high-grade solid wood and customized furniture.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments.
The adhesive is prepared from unsaturated polyester resin, polyether resin, 15-20 parts by weight of transparent powder, 3-5 parts by weight of talcum powder, a dispersing agent, a flatting agent, a defoaming agent, an anti-greening agent and the like, wherein an unsaturated solvent is added into a component B, the component B is prepared from 40-45 parts by weight of ethyl acetate ester, 25-30 parts by weight of dimethyl carbonate and 35-40 parts by weight of styrene, a component C is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and a component D is cobalt naphthenate; during construction, the components A, B, C and D are uniformly stirred according to the proportion of 100:50:2:2 and the charging sequence and then are used for coating wooden furniture.
Wherein, the unsaturated polyester resin of the embodiment of the invention adopts Changxing 2310M; the polyether resin is special vinpocetine polyether resin, and the transparent powder is Guangsheng transparent powder; the pulvis Talci is Shenpeng pulvis Talci; the dispersing agent adopts EFKA 122; the flatting agent adopts Huaxia HX-2030; EFKA-3777 is adopted as the defoaming agent; the greening-preventing agent adopts SX-607; the unsaturated solvent is styrene.
The preparation method of the component A in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 1: mixing unsaturated polyester resin, polyether resin and a dispersing agent, and dispersing at medium speed for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly distributed, wherein the viscosity is guaranteed to be 10000 +/-500 CPS/25 ℃;
step 2: adding a filling agent into the solution obtained in the step 1, and uniformly dispersing;
and step 3: adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, an anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 2, and uniformly dispersing;
and 4, step 4: adding the residual unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 3, and dispersing until the fineness is less than or equal to 50um and the viscosity is controlled at 10000 +/-500 CPS/25 ℃.
Example 1
The component A of the embodiment of the invention consists of 65 weight parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 2 weight parts of polyether resin, 0.2 weight part of dispersant, 15 weight parts of transparent powder, 3 weight parts of talcum powder, 0.3 weight part of defoamer, 0.3 weight part of flatting agent, 0.1 weight part of anti-greening agent and 3 weight parts of unsaturated solvent;
the component B consists of ethyl acetate 40 weight portions, dimethyl carbonate 25 weight portions and styrene 35 weight portions.
Example 2
The component A of the embodiment of the invention consists of 75 weight parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 3 weight parts of polyether resin, 0.3 weight part of dispersant, 20 weight parts of transparent powder, 5 weight parts of talcum powder, 0.5 weight part of defoamer, 0.5 weight part of flatting agent, 0.2 weight part of anti-greening agent and 5 weight parts of unsaturated solvent;
the component B consists of 45 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 30 parts by weight of dimethyl carbonate and 40 parts by weight of styrene.
Example 3
The component A of the embodiment of the invention consists of 70 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin, 2.5 parts by weight of polyether resin, 0.3 part by weight of dispersant, 15 parts by weight of transparent powder, 5 parts by weight of talcum powder, 0.3 part by weight of defoamer, 0.3 part by weight of flatting agent, 0.2 part by weight of anti-greening agent and 5 parts by weight of unsaturated solvent;
the component B consists of ethyl acetate 40 weight portions, dimethyl carbonate 25 weight portions and styrene 40 weight portions.
Comparative example 1
The component A of the comparative example consists of 72.5 weight parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 0.3 weight part of dispersant, 0.3 weight part of defoamer, 0.3 weight part of flatting agent, 0.2 weight part of anti-greening agent and 5 weight parts of unsaturated solvent;
the component B consists of ethyl acetate 40 weight portions, dimethyl carbonate 25 weight portions and styrene 40 weight portions.
Comparative example 2
The component A of the comparative example consists of 70 parts by weight of alkyd resin, 2.5 parts by weight of polyether resin, 0.3 part by weight of dispersing agent, 15 parts by weight of transparent powder, 0.3 part by weight of defoaming agent, 0.3 part by weight of leveling agent, 0.2 part by weight of anti-greening agent and 5 parts by weight of unsaturated solvent;
the component B consists of ethyl acetate 40 weight portions, dimethyl carbonate 25 weight portions and styrene 40 weight portions.
Taking the coating of embodiment 3 of the invention as an example, physical property tests are carried out, and the results are shown in the following table, and the detection method comprises the following steps: the performance index can be referred to as Q/BDSH 003-.
The thick coating type PE clear primer disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has excellent comprehensive performance, has the characteristics of good sinking resistance, good transparency, high filling property, no cracking and the like, and can be widely applied to primer coating of high-grade solid wood and customized furniture.
The following table shows the comparison of the performances of inventive examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2.
The anti-cracking test method comprises the steps of spraying the coatings of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 on a coated object for construction, ensuring that the thicknesses of a plate and a coating film are the same, and observing the cracking condition of the coating after the plate and the coating film are placed for 48 hours;
the filling test method is that the coatings of the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 are sprayed on the fraxinus mandshurica solid wood with the same coating thickness, and the filling condition of the coating on the wood is observed after the coating is placed for 48 hours;
the coatings of the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention form a layer of environment-friendly surface coating with high transparency, sag resistance, high filling and the like on the surface of the wood furniture, and utilize unsaturated polyester resin and polyether resin to improve the fullness and flexibility of the coatings and reduce the cracking phenomenon of the products. Meanwhile, the embodiment of the invention combines the transparent powder and the talcum powder, thereby providing high filling property and transparency of the product and enabling the coating to have special mechanical effect which can not be compared with other similar paints. In addition, the component B in the embodiment of the invention is environment-friendly, makes full use of the polarity principle of materials, and adopts a benzene-free low-pollution solvent as the material, so that all detection indexes of the produced product are far lower than the national enterprise standard.
The PE thick coating type PE clear primer disclosed by the invention is proved by detection and trial to have strong adhesion, high hardness, good wear resistance, temperature resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance and excellent application property and leveling property, and is particularly in a leading position in the industry in the aspects of high filling property and no cracking.

The thick coating type PE clear primer is characterized by comprising a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D, wherein the component A comprises 65-75 parts by weight of unsaturated polyester resin, 2-3 parts by weight of polyether resin, 0.2-0.3 part by weight of dispersing agent, 18-25 parts by weight of filling agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of defoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 part by weight of leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of unsaturated solvent; the component B is a diluent; the component C is ketone peroxide; the butyl component is a curing accelerator;
the weight ratio of the component A to the component B to the component C to the component D is 100:50:2: 2;
the filler consists of 15-20 parts by weight of transparent powder and 3-5 parts by weight of talcum powder.
2. The thick coating type PE clear primer according to claim 1, wherein the component B is one or more selected from the group consisting of ethyl acetate, dimethyl carbonate and styrene.
3. The thick coating type PE clear primer according to claim 2, wherein the component B comprises 40 to 45 parts by weight of ethyl acetate, 25 to 30 parts by weight of dimethyl carbonate, and 35 to 40 parts by weight of styrene.
4. The thick-coated PE clear primer according to claim 1, wherein the third component is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.
5. The heavy duty PE clear primer according to claim 1, wherein said butyl component is cobalt naphthenate.
6. The thick coating type PE clear primer according to claim 1, wherein the component A is prepared by the following method:
step 1: mixing unsaturated polyester resin, polyether resin and a dispersing agent, and dispersing at medium speed for 10-15 minutes until the mixture is sufficiently and uniformly, so as to ensure that the viscosity is 10000 +/-500 cPs/25 ℃;
step 2: adding a filling agent into the solution obtained in the step 1, and uniformly dispersing;
and step 3: adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, an anti-greening agent and 3-5 parts by weight of an unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 2, and uniformly dispersing;
and 4, step 4: adding the residual unsaturated solvent into the mixture obtained in the step 3, and dispersing until the fineness is less than or equal to 50um and the viscosity is controlled at 10000 +/-500 cPs/25 ℃.
7. The thick coated PE clear primer according to claim 1, wherein the unsaturated solvent is styrene.
