Abstract

Disclosed are a corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, a color-coated steel plate containing the coating, and their preparation methods. The coating comprises component A and component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42-52 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 17-23 parts of polyester triacrylate, 5-8 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 25-32 parts of phenolic epoxy resin, 14-18 parts of polyaniline modified epoxy resin, 6.5-9 parts of a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane, 4-6 parts of vinyl ester glass-flake cement, 2.4-2.7 parts of a filler, 3.5-5.5 parts of an antioxidant, 3-5 parts of an anti-ultraviolet agent, and 90-150 parts of a solvent; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-37 parts of dicyandiamide, 12-16 parts of polyamide, 45-55 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, and 15-20 parts of cyclohexanone peroxide. The coating of the invention has good resistance to neutral salt spray, good artificial aging resistance, high hardness, and good wear resistance. 20

CORROSION-RESISTANT AND AGING-RESISTANT COLOR-COATED STEEL PLATE COATING, COLOR-COATED STEEL PLATE CONTAINING SAME AND THEIR PREPARATION METHODS TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of coatings for
color-coated steel plates, in particular to a corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant
color-coated steel plate coating, a color-coated steel plate containing the same and their
preparation methods.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Because of its beautiful appearance, different color combinations and
excellent protective performance, color-coated steel plates are widely used in the roofs and
walls of a light steel structure in the construction industry. With the characteristics of
simple operation and wide application range, corrosion-resistant coatings are still the most
extensive corrosion-resistant method for steel structures. Corrosion-resistant coatings
commonly used at present mainly include epoxy resin coatings, polyurethane resin
coatings, and glass-flake coatings. Epoxy resin has excellent alkali resistance,
anti-permeability, adhesion and mechanical properties, and has become one of the most
widely used resins in corrosion-resistant coatings.
[0003] However, the color-coated steel plate coatings currently used still have the
following problems:
[0004] With poor corrosion resistance, the color-coated steel plate coatings
currently used are prone to rusting, blistering and falling off;
[0005] With poor aging resistance, the color-coated steel plate coatings currently
used are prone to rusting, blistering and cracking;
[0006] Since the coating has low hardness and poor wear resistance, with the
increase of use time, the color-coated steel sheets often encounter failure problems such as
loss of gloss, chalking, discoloration, and rust corrosion, and their overall performance is
poor.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Based on the above situation, the objective of the invention is to provide a
corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, a color-coated steel
plate containing the coating, and their preparation methods, which can effectively solve
the above problems.
[0008] In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention further adopts
the following technical solution:
[0009] A corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating,
including component A and component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to
the component B is 100:(1.4-1.8);
[0010] the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
[0011] 42-52 parts of unsaturated polyester resin,
[0012] 17-23 parts of polyester triacrylate,
[0013] 5-8 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate,
[0014] 25-32 parts of phenolic epoxy resin,
[0015] 14-18 parts of polyaniline modified epoxy resin,
[0016] 6.5-9 parts of a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime
trimethylsilane,

-37 parts of dicyandiamide, 12-16 parts of polyamide, 45-55 parts of dibenzoyl
peroxide, and 15-20 parts of cyclohexanone peroxide.

100:1.6;
[0024] the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

[0026] 20 parts of polyester triacrylate,

ketoxime trimethylsilane is 1:(1.6-1.85).

anti-ultraviolet agent, a solvent, dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide, and
cyclohexanoneperoxide;

polyester triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline
modified epoxy resin, and the mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime

the vinyl ester glass-flake cement, the filler, the antioxidant and the anti-ultraviolet agent,

coating, including: uniformly coating the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant
color-coated steel plate coating on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, and
drying, thus obtaining the color-coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant and
aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating.

advantages and beneficial effects:
[0050] According to the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel
plate coating of the invention, by selecting raw materials carefully and optimizing the
content of each raw material, unsaturated polyester resin, polyester triacrylate,
tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline modified epoxy
resin,peroxide, the mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime
trimethylsilane,vinyl ester glass-flake cement, the filler, the antioxidant, the
anti-ultraviolet agent, the solvent, dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide, and
cyclohexanone peroxide are selected in an appropriate ratio; they not only give full play to
their respective advantages, but also complement each other and promote each other. The
paintcoat made from the coating has good resistance to neutral salt spray, and can be
soaked for a long time without rust, blistering, or falling off. It has excellent corrosion
resistance; has good artificial aging resistance and can withstand a long test time without
rust, blistering or cracking, thus being great in aging resistance; and has high hardness and
good wear resistance.
[0051] The preparation method of the invention has simple process and simple operation, and saves manpower and equipment costs.

component A and component B, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component

the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
42-52 parts of unsaturated polyester resin,
17-23 parts of polyester triacrylate,
5-8 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate,
25-32 parts of phenolic epoxy resin,
14-18 parts of polyaniline modified epoxy resin,
6.5-9 parts of a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane,
4-6 parts of vinyl ester glass-flake cement,
2.4-2.7 parts of a filler,
3.5-5.5 parts of an antioxidant,
3-5 parts of an anti-ultraviolet agent, and
90-150 parts of a solvent;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-37 parts
of dicyandiamide, 12-16 parts of polyamide, 45-55 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, and 15-20
parts of cyclohexanone peroxide.
2. The corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according
to Claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100:1.6;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
48 parts of unsaturated polyester resin,
20 parts of polyester triacrylate,
6.5 parts of tripropylene glycol diacrylate,
28.5 parts of phenolic epoxy resin,
16 parts of polyaniline modified epoxy resin,
7.75 parts of a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane,
5 parts of vinyl ester glass-flake cement,
2.55 parts of a filler,
4.5 parts of an antioxidant,
4 parts of an anti-ultraviolet agent, and
130 parts of a solvent;
the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 33 parts of
dicyandiamide, 14 parts of polyamide, 50 parts of dibenzoyl peroxide, and 18 parts of
cyclohexanone peroxide.
3. The corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according
to Claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the 3-trimethylsilyl anisole to the dimethyl ketoxime
trimethylsilane is 1:(1.6-1.85).
4. The corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according
to Claim 1, wherein the filler is nitrogen-doped graphene.
5. The corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according
to Claim 1, wherein the solvent is at least one of ethanol, butyl acetate, dibutyl ester, and
methyl ethyl ketone.
6. A preparation method of the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according to any of Claims 1-5, comprising: weighing the following materials in parts by weight: unsaturated polyester resin, polyester triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline modified epoxy resin, a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane, vinyl ester glass-flake cement, a filler, an antioxidant, an anti-ultraviolet agent, a solvent, dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide, and cyclohexanone peroxide; preparing component A: firstly adding unsaturated polyester resin, polyester triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline modified epoxy resin, and the mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane into the solvent, and stirring at 500-800r/min for 30-40min; then adding the vinyl ester glass-flake cement, the filler, the antioxidant and the anti-ultraviolet agent, and carrying out shearing dispersion at 1500-1800r/min for 20-30min, thus obtaining the component A; preparing component B: well mixing dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide, and cyclohexanone peroxide to obtain component B; and mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 100:(1.4
1.8) for instant use.
7. A color-coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color
coated steel plate coating according to any of Claims 1-5, comprising a color-coated steel
plate body and a corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant paintcoat, wherein the corrosion
resistant and aging-resistant paintcoat is arranged on the surface of the color-coated steel
plate body, and the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant paintcoat is made of the corrosion
resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating.
8. A preparation method of the color-coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant
and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating according to Claim 7, comprising:
uniformly coating the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating
on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, and drying, thus obtaining the color
coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel
plate coating.
