本发明公开了一种纳米改性的自封闭单组份成膜防水砂浆,属于建筑材料技术领域。其由下述原料按相应质量分数制成,普通硅酸盐水泥:20‑30%、硫铝酸盐水泥:6‑15%、石英砂:10‑25%、可再分散性乳胶粉:40‑50%、纳米蒙脱土:3‑8%、钙粉:2‑6%、硅酸钠:2‑4%、聚丙烯酰胺:1‑2%、外加剂:1‑4%。本发明所制得的砂浆通过能够实现快速成膜抗开裂,并实现自闭合防水修复功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米改性的自封闭单组份成膜防水砂浆,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
基于执行JC/T 2090-2011或者JC/T 984-2011标准的聚合物水泥基防水材料,因为具有无机与有机复合组成特点具有好的耐水性和材料的匹配适应性,被广泛用作室内厨卫装修防水处理材料。此类材料具有优异的环保性、耐候性以及与装修材料的良好匹配性赢得了广大用户和产家的青睐;家装防水基本上已离不开聚合物水泥防水材料。聚合物水泥防水材料分单组份防水和双组分防水;目前单组分聚合物水泥防水材料以有渗透结晶功能的防水砂浆为主,有较好的防水效果,但是在抵抗振动与裂缝方面有天然的缺陷。双组份聚合物水泥防水成膜型和渗透型均有较好的发展。如何在单组分聚合物水泥成膜防水实现材料柔韧性与抗裂抗震动一体化变得富有建设性,此外单组分聚合物水泥材料在包装和运输有其特有的优势。丁鲁之等人基于胶粉和硅灰掺杂开发单组份防水砂浆;李青春等人采用硫铝酸钙补偿收缩技术结合聚丙烯纤维抗裂技术开发了单组份的聚合物水泥防水砂浆。孙秦军等人基于可再分散胶粉50-70%的掺量开发了聚合物防水涂料。
防水砂浆材料在结构上刚性仍然较大,即使是通过外加纤维技术,在抗动态开裂方面仍存有一定的缺陷;防水涂料方面,采用完全的普通硅酸盐水泥体系,冬季施工干燥过程风险较大,后期开裂后没有自我修复功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种纳米改性的自封闭单组份成膜防水砂浆,它解决了防水砂浆的抗动态开裂方面存在的缺陷、开裂后没有自我修复功能的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采取以下技术方案来实现:
一种纳米改性的自封闭单组份成膜防水砂浆,其由下述原料按相应质量分数制成,普通硅酸盐水泥:20-30%、硫铝酸盐水泥:6-15%、石英砂:10-25%、可再分散性乳胶粉:40-50%、纳米蒙脱土:3-8%、钙粉:2-6%、硅酸钠:2-4%、聚丙烯酰胺:1-2%、外加剂:1-4%。
作为优选实例,所述外加剂以下原料按相应质量分数制成:甲酸钙:0.5-2%、消泡剂:2-4%、纤维素醚:1-3%、聚羧酸减水剂:0.01-0.3%、硫酸锂0.01-0.3%。
作为优选实例,所述普通硅酸盐水泥为42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥、52.5普通硅酸盐水泥中的一种。
作为优选实例,所述可再分散胶粉为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
作为优选实例,所述硅酸钠为九水合硅酸钠。
作为优选实例,所述纤维素醚为羟乙基甲基纤维素醚或羟丙基甲基纤维素醚中的一种或者一种以上混合物,粘度在20000mPa·S-30000mPa·S。
作为优选实例,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
作为优选实例,所述石英砂规格为70-140目砂。
用料及部分参数说明:本发明的纳米改性单组分自封闭成膜防水砂浆,在使用时拌合清水使用,以重量比计,清水:粉料组分=(0.6-0.8):1;本发明使用的普通硅酸盐水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥;所述硫铝酸盐水泥,市售硫铝酸盐水泥;所述聚丙烯酰胺为市售阳离子聚丙烯酰胺。
材料制备工艺:
(1)先按照配合比准确称量;
(2)按上述配合比准确称量,将普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸水泥、石英砂、纳米蒙脱土、石英砂、硅酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺在干粉搅拌机中混合均匀,再加入已称量好的助剂,预先手动搅拌后,再放入JC/T681-2005行星式水泥胶砂搅拌机低速搅拌配比材料,搅拌15分钟混合均匀即可。
使用说明:
施工温度应为0℃~40℃,相对湿度10%~80%;基面密实、平整;按照包装上建议的配比与清水(粉料:清水=1:0.6-1:0.8)混合,用电动搅拌机搅拌至均匀流体浆料,用滚涂将搅拌好的浆料均匀滚涂上墙,单道施工厚度0.8mm-1.5mm;待第一遍施工干固后(4—6小时),施工第二遍,按照包装上建议的配比与清水(粉料:清水=1:0.6-1:0.8)混合,用电动搅拌机搅拌至均匀流体浆料,用滚涂将搅拌好的浆料均匀滚涂上墙,单道施工厚度0.8mm-1.5mm;施工完成后,现场保护,待干固,总施工厚度1.5-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)普通硅酸盐水泥+硫铝酸盐水泥二元体系在高胶粉掺量下,再分散乳胶分组份溶胶与基材中形成胶体膜,实现快速成膜抗开裂;
(2)纳米蒙脱土能有效提供具有持续自封闭防水组份,遇水形成渗透结晶自封闭体达到持续防水有效;
(3)纳米蒙脱土在硅酸钠与聚丙烯酰胺的共同分散作用下可以均匀的分散浆料中,均匀连续性可以有效增加抵抗动态开裂风险。

注,表中所提及的聚羧酸减水剂为西卡530P聚羧酸减水剂;有机硅消泡剂为瓦克有机硅消泡剂。
结论:本发明所提及的配方制得的砂浆,拉伸强度断裂伸长率、粘结强度上的检测结果均在不同程度上超出标准要求,且满足不透水和抗渗性的检测;根据上述的检测结果表明本发明所使用的普通硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸水泥所构二元体系掺杂45-55%的胶粉同时添加纳米蒙脱土改性,再结合硅酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺实现均匀分散和材料自身构造防水,能够实现快速成膜抗开裂、持续防水有效和抵抗动态开裂风险。
