Abstract

In the embodiment, the end cover 54, the bearing seat 56 and the elastic member 58 are arranged to cooperate, and the elastic member 58 in a pre-compression state pushes against the bearing seat 56, so that the ultrasonic transmitting end 10 of the ultrasonic radar 1 is tightly adhered to the inner surface of the metal plate 3, and the loosening caused by vibration of the motor vehicle in the advancing process is avoided. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the elastic member 58 is a coil spring, and it is understood that the elastic member 58 may be a torsion spring, a V-shaped compression spring, or the like.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, a flexible buffer pad 59 is further disposed between the bearing seat 56 and an end surface of the ultrasonic radar 1 far from the ultrasonic transmitting end 10. In this embodiment, by providing the flexible cushion pad 59, the elastic member 58 is prevented from damaging the ultrasonic radar 1 due to an excessive pushing force, and the ultrasonic radar 1 can be effectively protected.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a fastening hole 501 is formed on the second end of the cartridge 50, a fastener 54 is formed on the inner sidewall of the end cap 54, and the end cap 54 is assembled to the fastening hole 501 of the second end of the cartridge 50 by the fastener 541. In this embodiment, the assembling and the fitting of the fastening hole 501 and the fastening 541 can be flexibly performed, and the assembling efficiency is high.
In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the sidewall of the cartridge 50 is further provided with a through hole 503 through which the wiring port 12 of the ultrasonic radar 1 protrudes.
