本发明公开了一种热转印夜光膜,包括PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层,所述PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层从上往下依次覆合,本产品具有价格低廉、使用方便、可以在黑暗环境中起到非常好发光效果的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及夜光膜领域,具体涉及一种热转印夜光膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现有生活中,很多产品都会在表面贴一层膜用来增加美观或用作保护作用,例如手机上的钢化膜可以作为美化以及防刮效果,又比如一些塑料材质上所使用的覆膜,可以通过热转印或者普通包覆膜技术把覆膜覆合在塑料件上,一般的包覆膜是通过机械设备以及各种技术支撑,并利用压轮全面包合在基材上,并利用预热的模式使PVC软化同时和基材相互贴合,可以是各种图案,用途非常广,还有一种覆膜技术是用特殊材质采用热转印等技术覆合在其它物品上,这两种产品在黑暗之处完全是看不见的,特别是在一些特定的场合,需要用光照起到警示或者装饰效果的,在此类领域中现有的包覆贴合膜无法满足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种价格低廉、使用方便、可以在黑暗环境中起到非常好发光效果的热转印夜光膜。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种热转印夜光膜,包括PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层,所述PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层从上往下依次覆合。
进一步的,所述热转印离型剂层包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水。
进一步的,所述热转印离型剂层2按重量比包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂30~50份、二乙二醇丁醚6~10份、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒2~3份、乙醇10~15份、其余为去离子水。
进一步的,所述夜光涂层4按重量比包括以下成分:有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂60~90份、夜光粉0.01~1.5份、微晶石蜡0.3~0.5份和助剂。
进一步的,所述助剂包括聚酰胺蜡、醋酸乙酯、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。
进一步的,所述夜光粉粒径为5μm-20μm。
进一步的,所述夜光粉包括以下成分:硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸。
进一步的,所述夜光粉按重量比包括以下成分:硫化锌50~70份、碳酸锶10~15份、氧化铝18~20份、铝酸锶5~10份、其余为硼酸。
一种热转印夜光膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、首先把硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸经过1600°高温形成结晶体,然后用机械碾压破碎;
2)、把极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水依次倒入反应釜中搅拌至溶解,熟化放置24h以上制得热转印离型剂层;
3)、有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂60~90份、夜光粉0.01~1.5份、微晶石蜡0.3~0.5份和助剂依次倒入反应釜中搅拌至溶解,熟化放置24h以上制得夜光涂层;
4)、然后把PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层5从上往下依次覆合制得热转印夜光膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明针对油墨涂层以及提高夜光效果前提下采用具有热转印离型剂层包括极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水,可在热转印工艺后快速实现剥离,增加印刷层附着力以及缓冲PET层,采用有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂、夜光粉、微晶石蜡为主要夜光材料,有效提高无光情况下夜光效果,且价格低廉制备简单,此热转印夜光膜可用在建材、相框材料、家电电器、广告材料多种行业中使用。

实施例一
所述热转印离型剂层2包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水。所述热转印离型剂层2按重量比包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂30份、二乙二醇丁醚6份、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒2份、乙醇12份、其余为去离子水。所述夜光涂层4按重量比包括以下成分:有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂70份、夜光粉0.5份、微晶石蜡0.3份和助剂。所述助剂包括聚酰胺蜡、醋酸乙酯、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。所述夜光粉粒径为10μm。所述夜光粉包括以下成分:硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸。所述夜光粉按重量比包括以下成分:硫化锌60份、碳酸锶10份、氧化铝18份、铝酸锶7份、其余为硼酸。
实施例二
所述热转印离型剂层2包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水。所述热转印离型剂层2按重量比包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂40份、二乙二醇丁醚8份、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒3份、乙醇15份、其余为去离子水。所述夜光涂层4按重量比包括以下成分:有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂70份、夜光粉1份、微晶石蜡0.3份和助剂。所述助剂包括聚酰胺蜡、醋酸乙酯、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。所述夜光粉粒径为10μm。所述夜光粉包括以下成分:硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸。所述夜光粉按重量比包括以下成分:硫化锌70份、碳酸锶10份、氧化铝18份、铝酸锶5份、其余为硼酸。
实施例三
所述热转印离型剂层2包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水。所述热转印离型剂层2按重量比包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂50份、二乙二醇丁醚6份、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒3份、乙醇15份、其余为去离子水。所述夜光涂层4按重量比包括以下成分:有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂80份、夜光粉1.1份、微晶石蜡0.5份和助剂。所述助剂包括聚酰胺蜡、醋酸乙酯、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。所述夜光粉粒径为15μm。所述夜光粉包括以下成分:硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸。所述夜光粉按重量比包括以下成分:硫化锌70份、碳酸锶10份、氧化铝20份、铝酸锶8份、其余为硼酸。
实施例1-3经检测,实施例二夜光效果最好,其中,使用者可以根据自身产品规格分切对应热转印夜光膜,并通过机械设备及相关技术支撑,利用硅胶轮加热烫印热转印夜光膜,花型可完全转印到承印物上,然后剥离PET原膜层。

1.一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:包括PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层,所述PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层从上往下依次覆合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述热转印离型剂层包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述热转印离型剂层按重量比包括以下成分:极性甲基硅树脂30~50份、二乙二醇丁醚6~10份、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒2~3份、乙醇10~15份、其余为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述夜光涂层4按重量比包括以下成分:有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂60~90份、夜光粉0.01~1.5份、微晶石蜡0.3~0.5份和助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述助剂包括聚酰胺蜡、醋酸乙酯、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述夜光粉粒径为5μm-20μm。
7.根据权利要求4-6任意一项所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述夜光粉包括以下成分:硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种热转印夜光膜,其特征在于:所述夜光粉按重量比包括以下成分:硫化锌50~70份、碳酸锶10~15份、氧化铝18~20份、铝酸锶5~10份、其余为硼酸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种热转印夜光膜的制备方法,其特征在于:
1)、首先把硫化钙、硫化锌、碳酸锶、氧化铝、铝酸锶、硼酸经过1600°高温形成结晶体,然后用机械碾压破碎;
2)、把极性甲基硅树脂、二乙二醇丁醚、聚合物纳米蒙脱土颗粒、乙醇、去离子水依次倒入反应釜中搅拌至溶解,熟化放置24h以上制得热转印离型剂层;
3)、有机硅-丙烯酸酯树脂60~90份、夜光粉0.01~1.5份、微晶石蜡0.3~0.5份和助剂依次倒入反应釜中搅拌至溶解,熟化放置24h以上制得夜光涂层;
4)、然后把PET原膜层、热转印离型剂层、印刷油墨层、夜光涂层和热熔胶层从上往下依次覆合制得热转印夜光膜。
