背景技术
造纸毛毯属于工业用特殊纺织品,是现在造纸工业必不可少的贵重易耗器材,它的质量与生产的纸张质量、造纸机的生产效率和能源的消耗等方面均有着直接的关系,随着造纸工业生产技术的发展,要求造纸毛毯应具有强力大、平整性好、压缩回弹性好及尺寸稳定性好等特点。
目前,造纸毛毯是应用于造纸技术中湿纸压榨脱水或输送等步骤中的关键物品,其工业制备方法通常是先用合成纤维制成间隙宽而多的基网,然后再与非织造布复合,经针刺、化学处理、树脂整合和热定型而成,现有的造纸压榨毛毯在出压榨区后回弹速度欠佳,导致出压榨区的纸页含湿量大,进而导致后续的纸张干燥流程时间增长、能源消耗增加,最终导致生产效率降低,生产成本增加。
如何解决现有技术中造纸压榨毛毯在出压榨区后无法迅速回弹导致纸页含湿量大的问题成为本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。

骨架层,设置在所述中间层纤维网与所述底层纤维网之间,包括至少一层上层基网和至少一层下层基网,所述上层基网和所述下层基网均为经纬纱交织基网结构;
弹性体层,设置在所述上层基网与所述下层基网之间,为一体成型的网格型结构;
所述纤维网层、所述骨架层和所述弹性体层之间通过针刺缠结连接。
优选地,所述弹性体层的材质为TPE。
优选地,所述弹性体层的材质为TPU。
优选地,所述弹性体层的厚度为0.3毫米~1.0毫米。

本发明提供的造纸压榨毛毯经针刺机反复将纤维缠结而成,以一层上层基网4和一层下层基网5为例,可以先将弹性体层6设置在上层基网4与下层基网5之间,经针刺机缠结连接,然后将中间层纤维网2经过针刺机缠结,然后将底层纤维网3经针刺机缠结,最后将表层纤维网1经针刺机缠结,依次定型、整理,得到本发明公开的造纸压榨毛毯。
作为可选的实施方式,弹性体层6的材质可以为TPE,即热塑性弹性体,是一种具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性的材料,所谓弹性体是指玻璃化温度低于室温度,断裂伸长率大于50%,外力撤除后复原性比较好的高分子材料。
弹性体层6优选的材质为TPU,即热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,硬度范围宽(60HA-85HD)、耐磨、耐油、透明、弹性好,是作为弹性体的绝佳材料,选用TPU等热塑性弹性体材料作为造纸压榨毛毯的骨架材料,可以提高造纸压榨毛毯的弹性回复性能,在造纸压榨毛毯出压榨区后,因弹性好的特性使毛毯快速膨胀,在毛毯表面形成负压,保持纸张的干度,减少纸页的返湿,从而降低纸机干燥成本,起到节能、减耗的作用,最终提高造纸压榨毛毯的使用周期,提高造纸机生产效率,降低造纸成本。
较佳的,上述弹性体层6的厚度可以为0.3毫米~1.0毫米,可以为0.3毫米、0.5毫米、0.8毫米或者1.0毫米等,弹性体层6为一体成型的网格型结构,网格可以为矩形网格,优选的实施方式为正方形网格,材质为TPU的弹性体层6的宽度一定,长度可以达到500—1000米,可以采用拼接方式与骨架层搭配使用,并与纤维网层经针刺植绒形成即有强力、又有弹性的造纸压榨毛毯。
可选的,上述的每层上层基网4或每层下层基网5均由经线7和纬线8交织而成,每层上层基网4或每层下层基网5的多根经线7和多根纬线8位于同一水平面,多根经线7平行设置,多根纬线8呈折线形交替绕过一根或多根经线,参看图3,图3所示的是上层基网4或下层基网5结构图,上层基网4和下层基网5结构相同,多根经线7平行设置,每根纬线8从一根经线7底部穿过后绕到经线7上方,从相邻的三根经线7上方穿过,然后再次绕到下一根经线7下方,如此依次穿过多个经线,多个纬线8交替排列,上述的经线7和纬线8可以为单根纤维合股丝或者多合股纤维合股丝,纤维的材质可以为尼龙6或者尼龙66或者涤纶或者聚烃烯等。
进一步的,上述的经线7和纬线8均可以由六股合股丝合股而成,合股丝的截面为圆形,六股合股丝的圆心可以围成圆形排列,相邻两股合股丝的截面相切;或者以其中一股合股丝为中心,其他五股合股丝均匀分布在其周围,其他五股合股丝均与中间一股合股丝连接且中间一股合股丝的截面均与周围五股合股丝的截面相切。
实施中,上述的表层纤维网1可以由纤度为3dtex~44dtex的纤维制成,例如可以为3dtex、20dtex或者44dtex;中间层纤维网2可以由纤度为11dtex~44dtex的纤维制成,例如可以为11dtex、20dtex或者44dtex,底层纤维网3可以由纤度为11dtex~66dtex的纤维制成,例如可以为11dtex、30dtex或者66dtex,上述纤维的材质均可以为尼龙6或者尼龙66或者涤纶或者聚烃烯等。

Claims (10)

1.一种造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,包括:
纤维网层,包括表层纤维网(1)、中间层纤维网(2)和底层纤维网(3);
骨架层,设置在所述中间层纤维网(2)与所述底层纤维网(3)之间,包括至少一层上层基网(4)和至少一层下层基网(5),所述上层基网(4)和所述下层基网(5)均为经纬纱交织基网结构;
弹性体层(6),设置在所述上层基网(4)与所述下层基网(5)之间,为一体成型的网格型结构;
所述纤维网层、所述骨架层和所述弹性体层(6)之间通过针刺缠结连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述弹性体层(6)的材质为TPE。
3.根据权利要求2所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述弹性体层(6)的材质为TPU。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述弹性体层(6)的厚度为0.3毫米~1.0毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述上层基网(4)和所述下层基网(5)均包括位于同一水平面的经线(7)和纬线(8),多根所述经线(7)平行设置,多根所述纬线(8)呈折线形交替绕过一根或多根所述经线(7),所述经线(7)和所述纬线(8)为单根纤维合股丝或多合股纤维合股丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述经线(7)和所述纬线(8)均由六股所述合股丝合股而成,所述合股丝的截面为圆形,相邻两股所述合股丝相切且六股所述合股丝的圆心围成圆形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述表层纤维网(1)由纤度为3dtex~44dtex的纤维制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述中间层纤维网(2)由纤度为11dtex~44dtex的纤维制成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述底层纤维网(3)由纤度为11dtex~66dtex的纤维制成。
10.根据权利要求5~9任一项所述的造纸压榨毛毯,其特征在于,所述纤维的材质为尼龙6或尼龙66或涤纶或聚烃烯。
